Very helpful staff!! From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with a warm welcome by Sheila and Dr. James Brown is super friendly and informative! They helped me make the best selection of hearing aids for my hearing loss and took the time show all of the features. They were super helpful, friendly, and professional! Would recommend over and over!

I’ve been seeing James Brown the Hearing Aid Doctor since 2 years ago and has helped me tremendously. I had some loss on my left near and he suggested an ear amplifier which was not quite a hearing aid but enhanced my hearing a lot. I could hear!I was missing a lot of information and discussions but not anymore.Well, about 13 months later I lost my hearing amp and went to see him again.He re-checked my hearing in both ears and noticed that my loss in the left ear had increased as well as a hit in my right ear.He suggested a pair of hearing aids at a great and affordable price to me.He has a great manner with clients and took his time with me explaining things and answering all my questions.That was in March 2020. In the past few months I’ve felt a slight discomfort in my left ear due to the hearing aid. Felt like something scratching me.From time to time Sheila or James himself calls me and just asks how things are going with the hearing aids.On this most recent callback I scheduled an appointment with James. He is doing curbside therapy due to covid and asked me specific questions, took both hearing aids and tested them and cleaned them.Turns out all was food on the units and he made a small tweak. He replaced some on left unit from a 6 to 5mm size.That took care of my problem.Bottom line: both of the staff there are friendly, professional, and care about each and every patient. They want to ensure that o am happy with my hearing aids.I’ll be going back to them from now on for all my hearing aid needs and will be referring friends to them.Thanks, James Brown and Sheila.

It took forever to see someone only to find out my mother in law needed her ears washed out and we can come back again.

I was there for a promotion to test my hearing and try out a set of new, top quality design of hearing aids. I did have my hearing tested and we went over the results. However there was never any offer to try out their new and amazing hearing aids. I was afraid to ask about it thinking maybe I didnt dress nice enough or look like an upper class of person. I was kind of disappointed about the whole thing???
