Love the cycling class!

I love this gym! It seems to attract friendly people and yet theres always enough room to grab a treadmill or squat rack, or head upstairs and make use of a beautiful spin room! This place feels like a hidden gem for your dedicated workouts. Whether you are a heavy lifter or just looking for a place to stretch in peace, this is a great place. Its also one of the Great Life locations thats open 24 hours so thats a huge perk if youre a night owl or a real early riser.

I typically workout in Dell Rapids, but when I am in Sioux Falls, I workout here. Great gym- feels more like a weight room instead of a wellness center. Very clean, not too populated (most of the time), and is all around a very good place to lift.

Excellent staff, great cardio area separate from a great weights area. Classes upstairs. Large locker space. Best GreatLIFE location in town, especially if youre hoping to avoid the large crowd of the main one. Feels more like a gym and less like a club.

Great gym when i want to change locations. I trained at this location when it was another gym and GL has really stepped it up. Smart use of space. Great classes offered, excellent equipment and knowledgeable trainers. Always clean here. Plus, post gym options at the GIANT Hyvee next door. #chickenandrice

Always clean, hardly ever busy. Theres also a lot of lifting equipment.

If you don’t cancel your membership 30 days of it expiring, you’ll automatically get signed up for another year without having signed another year contract. Try to get out of the second year contract? Then you’ll have to pay the rest of the year up front, the only way they’ll let you out of the contract is if you move out of the area. Shady Business!
