I have been going to Burn for a month now and have truly enjoyed each class. They vary day to day and involve the strength training I have been missing from my workouts. The trainer is able to modify or make the class more challenging for each individual while in the group environment. Everyone super helpful and it feels like each member is part of a team, pushing each other to improve. I have been excited to go to class, set goals and am already starting to see changes in my body. I would highly suggest Burn Boot Camp to help you meet your fitness goals!

Burn boot camp is the reason I have enjoyed working out again! The people and atmosphere are so fun! Any fitness level will benefit from the camps as they show you modifications if you aren’t able to do the full move. Hard but fun workout in 45 minutes!

When I seen ads on Facebook, I thought to myself wow, that looks pretty simple and easy, especially in 45 minutes so I decided to go for it. My first day was leg day so I sure did feel the burn and I loved it. The trainers and ambassadors are awesome, they push you, support you and motivate you to do better and become better. I really needed that kind of support and positivity, helped me focus on my goals. I after 3 weeks into my 4 week trial, I went for it and became a member. Overall, its a great place, everyone is friendly and its a very welcoming place to be!

I absolutely love this place! The trainers are high quality and educated people who care about what you get out of your workouts and nutrition! I have met so many nice members who also care about each other and encourage and cheer on each other through every challenge. There are diverse workouts every day that continue to challenge you no matter your fitness level. The atmosphere is the best ever! When I say Burn was one of the best decision of my life, I can not stress the sincerity of that! Burn is more than a gym, it is a community- a family. I am now an official member after my 4 week trial, but even in those short 4 weeks the trainers knew my name, learned my limits, and pushed me outside of my comfort zone to become better, faster, and stronger. The workouts are challenging, but also FUN! The environment created at Burn by both the trainers and the ambassadors make you WANT to go to the gym! Again, one of the best decisions I could have made for now only my physical fitness, but social and mental wellbeing as well!

Burn Boot Camp is an environment like none other! The camps are full of positive energy, challenging workouts regardless of your level of fitness or age, high fives, encouragement, motivation and community among members. I walked in to join a gym, and gained a family who supports me, encourages me, and inspire me to be the best version of me. The trainers there not only lead the camps, but they offer one on one advice during the camps if you need help, and also offer one on one checkins before and after camp for measurements, healthy/nutrition advice, or just to talk about your goals so that they can help you accomplish them. Burn Boot Camp is not just a gym, it’s a family who also loves to serve the local community however we can! Give it a shot, you’ll never regret it!

The atmosphere at this gym has been amazing. From the first day, you dont feel out of place. I have felt very welcomed, and enjoy the staff that pushes you each week. Definitely worth trying for 4 weeks, and then of course joining!

The staff and members are so positive and help each other out. I love the diversity and how great the challenge is but foremost how fun the camp is!! Definitely recommend and we are only on our 3rd day and cant wait to see our results😊

I joined for the Rise to the Challenge four week program. So far the experience has been wonderful! Trainers make sure that you get in a challenging workout no matter how experienced you are. Focus meetings help to hold you accountable as well as provide you with new ideas and goals for additional challenges. Going to finish my challenge first, but I think Ill become a member when this is over!

I love this place! I have joined many gyms but this is different... everyone is soo welcoming and friendly. I’m always looking forward to the next class! I have knee issues and they are always very easy to work with and modify stuff for me while giving me an amazing workout .

Incredible value for a place that takes all excuses out of the equation! Daycare, multiple camp times, nutrition guidance, amazing trainers that make you feel comfortable and welcome and high energy workouts that make you want to come back! Im so glad I found Burn!

I have only been going to Burn East Boot Camp for about a month. But, I have seen some real results already. Last week, when I couldnt go due to being sick. I really felt like I was missing out. The trainers are awesome, giving you pointers and ways that you can modify the exercises till you get stronger. I also like it that you can go at your own pace. And you dont feel pressure from them that your a loser because you werent able to finish one of the exercises that day!!

This place is great! Theres something new every day and has helped me change up my workouts and start pushing myself again. All I need to do is show up and follow the trainers so it takes the work out of planning my workouts...I just have to commit to pushing myself during class!

I love the positive energy in this gym, great (and free) childcare, and the trainers are very encouraging and attentive to any problems you’re having with form or if you need modifications. Workouts are challenging and always different, and 45 minutes goes by so quickly!

100% recommend Burn Boot Camp! I started at burn a few weeks ago, and I knew after my first few workouts there that it was the best place for me. It’s a positive environment where everyone pushes each other to be the best they can be inside AND outside the gym. Trainer Josh works with you 1:1 in the group workout setting, and also offers such helpful focus meetings so you can set your goals and find ways to achieve them! I’ve never been to a gym like it. Come check it out!!!

Have enjoyed Burn Boot Camp since they opened in Oct 2018. Challenging but effective workouts in 45 minutes. I can tell such a difference in my strength and stamina. The childwatch area is amazing and has great employees. My son loves going and actually asks to go to “gym school”!
