Love this place. Its a comfortable atmosphere and everyone is there to do better for themselves concerning their bodies.

We stopped by while traveling. The club was clean and everyone was keeping a safe distance from each other. The club was equipped with everything you need for a great workout!

I love this gym! It has all the right equipment and enough equipment so I can get to the machines I want quickly. Everything is super clean! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and totally positive even though I havent been to a gym in years and it shows! I love the classes they offer. Im trying to get back into a good routine and everyone here is so encouraging!

Visiting Sioux Falls today , decided to try out Anytime Fitness by the mall Being very hesitant about gyms due Covid 19 I must say I was very impressed how clean this place was Watched Cleaning person literally hand clean and sterilize every single cardio equipment “smelled so clean” 5⭐️

Great atmosphere! The gym is a comfortable size so you dont feel overwhelmed. Meagan and Rachel are super fun and approachable! Clean and organized all the time. Highly recommend!

The staff are so supportive and helpful. They are there to help with questions as well as keeping you motivated to stay on track for a healthier life. I can’t say enough good things about the staff!!!

I think this is the better A.F in Sioux Falls. I travel a lot for work and get to see the way a lot of AFs are set up. I like that there is an abundance of equipment and opportunity at this facility. I was there the other night and there were decent amount of people with a variety of strengths and we all seemed to share well and give space. I even saw someone let another member work out into the gaps in their sets. Sharing equipment is not something you see everyday. Good job to AF for setting up this kind of environment.

I needed a teenage friendly environment that was close by that my Special Needs son could go over the summer. The staff was excellent and is always there for him when he has questions. I couldnt have found such a great place and staff for the price. You guys rock!!

UPDATE: Improving my review. The Kleenex is back, the mirrors are back up and an effort was made to modify the deadlift platform to accommodate most rack exercises improving the capacity of the gym. In addition the 30” sign blocking the entry has been removed. Its good to see a business acting upon reviews. If things continue to improve they will be back to five stars in short order.I’ve been a member of this specific anytime for about 8 years I think. I’ve been through two locations, two sets of owners, and half a dozen managers. Used to be a five star gym, I had at one time referred so many people I had a year and change free of dues. That’s how much I loved this gym. Past year things have gone down hill. Three star rating for their Efforts to invest money in the gym, otherwise Id consider it a two star. Reasons: investments although appreciated are offering a poor return for members. Added a deadlift platform at the expense of a power rack(poor trade of space), removed mirrors over turf, ate up space for a trainers office which I don’t understand as they already have an office. The changes in visitor policy are terrible, used to be every Friday now it’s twice a year. They stopped supplying towels and Kleenex. Apparently people were stealing the Kleenex... the place is riddled cameras, would have made sense to simply put the Kleenex in view of a camera and then hold people accountable. Along this line the tone of the manager’s notices and memos is more akin to a scolding, exasperated mother than a manger or leader. One morning this week there was a giant sign taking up 60% of the entry way telling people to take off their shoes. Again Cameras everywhere, this should be addressed with offenders. Frequently they’ve started stocking junk food by the office. Box of cookies at the gym? One good investment that was overdue was a new tanning bed. Unfortunately after they added it I was accused of not paying the dues for tanning for the past 8 years. After a return call from me they did clear that up. I travel for work, so i utilize the nationwide access. If your local I’d consider a different gym. If you travel and use this one the minority of time it’s probably okay.

The staff here is the best! Also theres individual tvs on most of the machines. Wish it was slightly cheaper, but definitely worth it if you live on the west side of Sioux Falls.

I love this gym. If I miss a few days Megan emails me to see whats up. Always a good workout.

Nice new facility. Exemplary variety of machines. Could use another squat/bench rack. Free weight selection is good. Overalll bit of a cluttered layout. Once they reconfigure that I think it’ll be a 5-star gym.

I cane I. For first time Saturday and was clean and comfortable, enjoyed working out. Just getting back into the groove. I will be back.

I travel a lot for work and I use Anytime when Im out of town. This is a great location and has a lot of room. Even when busy it doesnt feel too crowded. Overall Im pretty satisfied with Anytime in general as well. Consistent in the areas I visit regularly.

Nice $300 plus bill I got in the mail for a gym membership I cancelled. I havent even been to that gym in over a year. I cancelled it.... Now I have a freaking collections bill. Just really confused it sucks .

I have been to both Anytime Fitness locations in Sioux Falls in an attempt to sign up for a membership, I dont know how they stay in business, because I have YET to find a staff member who is actually there during their staffed hours. I contacted them when I came and the sign said someone would not be there for the next 3 hours and expressed my outrage. They invited me to come in and meet with a manager to make things right. I tried that location TWICE for said meeting, and guess what? There were never any staff there! Mind you, this is in the middle of their POSTED staffed hours.So I decided to try this location, and wouldnt you know... there was no staff there. I am convinced that the staff at both locations are imaginary. If you have a contract you cant get out of, you could probably sell it on the black market to people who are trying to get a membership but cant because no staff will sign them up!Ridiculous. Especially in a market like Sioux Falls where there are plenty of other options, they should be very cognizant of the customer service they provide.

They are really friendly and if you need help working the equipment they gladly help you. Im so glad we have a membership here.

Good gym, clean environment, no one bothers you while you workout.

Just like any other anytime fitness. Everything is kept clean. One problem i have is in the middle of the night when I go often times half of the paper towel dispensers around the gym are empty.

The gym is ok but the way the charge u is out right crazy being call everyday if u late on one payment then a crazy late fee never paid late fee at greatlife I will never go back there .then my wife call she never got back to her ,then my wife went there never in her office then get ex charges on my bill that was never told to me really please please dont go here if u want someone blowing ur phone up thats cant even let u in gym if u pay them wow bad business

One of the smaller anytime fitness gyms I’ve been to. Some dumbbells need to be replaced.

They make it impossible to cancel. When I did try to go in to talk to someone no staff were around (during staff hours). For the price its not that great with gross bathrooms and tubs to put your stuff in. Wouldnt recommend.

They make it impossible to cancel memberships. Ive heard from multiple people that they had the same experience as us. You tell them not to renew, but somehow they keep withdrawing the fee every month. Then have to spend hours making calls, filling out paper work, stopping in to get refunds and cancelation confirmation. Not worth the hassle.

Im a runner, training for my first marathon. So during the winter I need a treadmill for my 8-20 mile runs, or just an eliptical for 1.5 hours but I always feel rushed. I didnt see a mat to stretch on or sweat towels. It really is a box of a gym, very basic, 2 single person bathrooms, 2 tanning beds, the manager will try and say its a good price ($30-39 depending on the deal), but compared to another gym its 3x the price for a cramped, somewhat hot (dripping in my dri-fit brooks shirt after an hour), without a proper locker room. Meh.

Very big with many machines and helpful staff

Overall good gym but it gets very crowded and its difficult to get an efficient workout done.

Remember to bring your own towel.
