CPM Fitness is the best gym or Crossfit gym Ive ever gone to, even though calling CPM Fitness a gym seems too watered down for what they offer. Its better described as having a personal trainer that runs small group classes. I love being able to show up after a busy day at work and not having to worry about what Im going to do that day. I walk in the door and I see what the workout is without having to plan out a full fitness routine.There are some movements Im not great at or Im not at the fitness level to do right now and the coaches are great at helping you scale the workout with either appropriate weight or different movements altogether. There are members at all levels of fitness including absolute beginners, those that are working at getting in shape, and those that are in great shape. The classes are great at making sure everyone is included and has an appropriate workout. I find everyone to be very friendly and accepting to everyone at any fitness level. Doing the same workout as everyone else in a group is a great way to stay motivated with a sense of camaraderie.Ive bounced around to different places but I was never able to stay consistent and stick around for too long. Thats all changed with CPM Fitness and their great staff. Chris asked me the first day I met him what my goals were and what I needed help with. I told him I needed someone to keep me accountable and he took it to heart.He reaches out to me if I havent shown up in a while and has been great in putting together a plan with me to keep me consistent. There isnt any judging or pestering, only a true willingness to help me reach my health goals. Without having someone keep me accountable and help me with a plan, I wouldnt be consistent in being healthy and would be in terrible shape. I’ve now been able to stay consistent for several months and feel like I’m on a great path to good health.On top of the great workouts and fitness, I genuinely really like the coaches and the other people in the gym. It’s great when you feel like your part of a community rather than walking into a gym where you workout by yourself then leave. I recommend CPM Fitness to anyone that has a busy schedule and can use some help with a fitness and health plan whether that’s simply showing up to the pre-planned group workouts or utilizing the coaches for a customized fitness and nutrition plan.

After taking a year off from the gym, I couldve went to any fitness center or gym. I went back to CPM for the familiarity, coaches and workouts that I knew would give me the results Im looking for. The coaches are easy to work with, and work with you if you have special needs or requests. I like that the workouts are challenging but simple in their make up.

Coming to CPMFitness I was mixed bag of feeling, scared I wasnt going to measure up, exited to try something new, and most importantly worried I wasnt going to fit in. After my initial meeting and my first session all my worries were gone. I never felt so welcomed and motivated in any other place I have been. Everyone from the owners, the trainers, and even the other people there working out are so committed to your success that your excited to come back for more.Fair warning there homework, and the more you do your homework the better you will be. In total I have lost 45 lbs and my coach Dr. Fit has a lot to do with that, thank you Chelsey for everything.

CPM has been just what I needed to increase my strength and fitness... I came to the gym and to Chris on a referral from coworkers. Am so glad that I did and I am feeling stronger all of the time. I joined to increase my upper body strength having good lower body strength from running. Am seeing benefits that I didn’t expect to see such as less shoulder and neck tension and improvements in my running workouts. Looking forward to continuing to build strength and improve my overall fitness levels.One on one training with Chris has also been extremely helpful to learn to do the exercises the right way and avoid injury. He has a great way of explaining the moves and identifying ways to adjust movement to get you on track to do the exercise correctly. So glad that I was introduced to this gym and group of people.

Coaches and owners are always personable and non-judgmental. They make sure to find alternate movements if you are currently dealing with an injury and encourage scaled movements when needed. Furthermore, I have an irregular schedule so getting to the gym consistently can be difficult but they are great at providing comparable at-home workouts or fitting you in for a 1-on-1 session at a more convenient time. They also focus on healthy eating and work with you on your own personal lifestyle/wellness goals. Truly, CPM is more than just a gym.

CPM FITNESS is amazing! The environment that theyve created to set goals, learn new movements, be competitive (or not - if thats your thing), and to achieve your definition of success is unreal!The coaches all take part in every clients goals, successes and challenges. They celebrate with you for even the minor achievements and help you improve both mentally and physically.Chelsey, AKA Dr. FIT, is an exceptional coach. She identifies where you need to improve with ease and eliminates the complexity of the gym. She has taken my limited mobility and turned it into a personal challenge. I am now able to perform movements that a few weeks ago I was unable to even come close to.Dont join a gym. Hire a Coach!

CPMFITness has been a great experience for me since joining a few months ago. I had little experience with CrossFit or even various weight lifting besides the basics. I’ve been a runner all my life and have maintained or plateaued for the most part. I wanted something different for a challenge and was introduced to Chelsey and Chris. They went through everything about me and my goals, expectations and overall health. I’ve been working with Chelsey who’s been great at progressing me through this new type of workouts, which has been challenging but not overwhelming. The workout have been a mix of everything and I’ve already seen changes in my body as well as the choices I make as far as nutrition. It’s all catered to you, so they’ll go at your pace but also give you the push you sometimes need. Overall it’s great. I’m just starting classes and so far all the other members I meet are nice and vary in life stages and fitness levels so you feel comfortable. The gym has a team/family atmosphere which is inviting.

Absolutely LOVE CPM, my amazing coach Chelsey and all the coaches and members I’ve worked out with. Can’t rave enough about the location, community, and the variety of workouts. As someone who has been to multiple group classes, boutique fitness classes, online programs, and tried doing it on my own, I can say that none of those compare. I’ve been going to CPM for only a few months and have already made massive strides in my fitness journey — dropping weight, gaining muscle but more importantly I’m feeling so much stronger and more confident already! There are modifications for every single exercise if needed, but the coaches are also the type of people to push you to try new things and grow with every workout, which is one of the major reasons why CPM is worth every penny and more. The people here CARE about your success. Chelsey and the other staff have invested countless hours into me and my personal fitness which means so much to me! If you’re questioning if you should sign up, just DO IT.

I started going to CPMFITness about a year ago. I have loved it ever since. The staff/coaches are amazing. I started off hiring Chelsey aka Dr Fit as my coach. She is very good and very educated on what she teaches. You can tell her passion when your around her and work with her. Highly recommend her if your looking for a coach. The gym all together is very clean, great place to work out, the community is so great to be around. Everyone is always so encouraging because not everyone is on the same level. I initially contacted Nicole because of knee pain. My hope was to be able to stop the pain and maybe be able to take a jog once in awhile. Nicole and CPM changed my life!! She worked with me on the importance of a life of health instead of a quick knee fix. We discuss nutrition, sleep, lifestyle, and of course I look forward to daily gym work outs! For the first few years, I constantly was asked about what I was doing to make the obvious transformation. I love how I feel and look forward to my gym time every day! I was a runner for a lot of years... about 5 years ago, I needed a change. A friend introduced me to CPM Fitness, and I couldnt be more thankful! I love attending the group classes with other members that have become like family and trainers that motivate, encourage and believe in each and every member. I also do some personal training with Annie, who is absolutely amazing - she has been a life-saver when it comes to helping with nutrition, keeping me accountable, and building my confidence both in and out of the gym! One of my biggest concerns was how my body would hold up given prior injuries and getting out of shape. Working one-on-one with Chris to start was extremely helpful. Chris developed a strategy to transform my body back into shape step-by-step. This was with both the workouts and also with education and resources for improved nutrition. Since starting with CPM in January, 2020, my strength, flexibility, and endurance have improved tremendously. I look forward to the workouts and feel like an athlete again. I’ve gone to CPM for many years. First off, you need to know, it’s not just a gym, it’s a community. I love my 5am classes. The coaches are great as are my fellow CPMers. They push me harder than I’ve ever pushed myself before.I also appreciate the different lifestyle and dietary challenges they present on a regular basis. When I first started CPM, it was a little intimating. Im not an athlete, or competitive, so I was unsure what benefit I could gain. But I needed to try something different. I havent looked back since.The programming and support I received from owners, coaches, and the community have been amazing. The class schedule allows for various times in the day for a busy professional. Ive been able to modify the movements to meet what my needs are at the time. But always working toward the goals.Through out the year there are special events to help keep you interested and working on goals.Great place, great people, great WODs.

Before CPMFITness, I did what everyone does, I put my hour in at the gym. Sometimes I would work hard and sometimes I would just get through it. A friend told me that I should try CPFITness. She said, after going to a few classes you will become almost addicted to it. So, I gave it a try and she was right.It is a Cross Fit which incorporates cardo, Olympic lifting, and varying types of exercises. I immediately saw results. I lost a lot of weight and my body started to tone up. I like competition, so there is a certain amount of competition that you can do with each session. But really you do not have to compete at all, you can make each session the way you want it. The coaches really care about you and want you to succeed, which has really been the biggest benefit to me. The coaches greet you; they watch you to make sure you are doing things correctly, and they encourage you. They work on your nutrition as well as you are training. Every member becomes family to you. It has really been a life changing experience.

I have been a member at CPMFitness now for just over 6 months, and it is one of the absolute best decisions I have ever made. Dealing with previous back injury issues, I have always been a bit cautious with working out for fear of re-injuring myself. Within my first few sessions with DrFit (Chelsey), I knew I was in great hands. DrFit and the entire team of coaches at CPMFitness work closely with each member to accommodate any injuries or restrictions they may have, while ensuring we still get the best workout possible, each and every day.The group classes are typically 45 minutes long and available several times throughout the day, including morning, afternoon and evening allowing flexibility for even the craziest of work schedules like mine. Im so happy with the results Ive achieved so far, and looking forward to seeing what the continued commitment brings for me. CPM has the slogan of “Don’t Join a Gym - Hire a Coach.” When you join CPM you hire a stable of coaches, each of whom invests in your own individual fitness journey. One of the distinguishing factors is accountability. Any gym has your normal equipment, but CPM has coaches that will text you after a week of not going to classes to check in.It does not matter what stage of fitness you come in with. Workouts are designed and modified for all levels of fitness. If you are looking for a personalized fitness experience, CPM is the place for you.

I started at CPM when they opened because they were doing a nutrition challenge- I thought I would check it out mainly for a quick weight loss challenge..... 7 years later and I am still in it. CPM is about a lifestyle and they challenge me physically and mentally as well as learning more about nutrition (which is always a challenge ☺️). They are always able to find a substitute for a movement or exercise to keep the body moving and healing. I would not feel concerned about starting if you have been out of the exercise zone or nervous about a new gym- the atmosphere at CPM is fun, challenging, and always helpful.

Do you remember that feeling when you just joined a gym and you have all this excitement to make big changes and become a different person? Then reality sets in, you lose some motivation, and eventually the luster of something new wears off and you eventually quit? Well that doesn’t happen at CPM. I speak from experience as a gym wanderlust who happened to be walking by the CPM one day and decided to check it out. After 5 years at CPM I’m just as hungry, motivated and inspired as the day I walked in the door. And you will be too. I cannot say enough good things about this gym. Chris and Annie and the whole coaching staff are first rate. There is a great collegial atmosphere within membership. The classes are fun and challenging and your peers push you to squeeze a little extra out of your work out and bring a little extra juice before you start. The coaches go out of their way to give you personal tips, push good form and encourage skill development. In my 5 years as a member, I can’t think of anyone getting hurt from a workout because they were doing things beyond their skill level or using bad technique. That’s hugely important and something that people don’t consider enough. I talked to a doctor one time who joked about new gym members putting his kids through college. Not CPM member though—I can promise you that. I’ve definitely gotten stronger. I wrestled and power lifted in high school and thought I was fairly strong. However my 45 year old self would take my 18 year old self out in the ally and whoop his bu*#. My tailor says my shoulders have become thicker than a bowl of oatmeal; whatever that means? I’ve also learned new skills and set new personal bests with everything from how fast I can run a mile, to lifting weights, learning how to climb a rope, doing a handstand push-up—you name it. Never a dull moment. The trainers will also reach out to make sure you are getting to the gym and encourage you to stay invested. CPM also puts on special challenges to work on nutrition, hydration, sleep and other holistic approaches to health. Membership is for everyone. We have teenagers and people in their 60s who regularly attend. The staff pushes and loves everyone the same. It’s a special community that I’m glad to be a part of. CPM is and will be my forever gym home.

This is why I am a not only a gym member, I am a friend to all the coaches that push me to be a better me! Dancing around 40 years of age CPMFITness has allowed me to continue to do the activities that I did when I was in my twenties! I joined CPM in October of 2020 after not working out for over 2 years. I had never stepped foot inside a CrossFit gym prior to joining either. The coaches are amazing and really take the time to make sure you’re comfortable with what’s going on and the movements that you’re doing. The vibe in the gym is really positive and encouraging. CPM has given me a new outlook on “working out.” I actually want to go to the gym now and it’s not a dread. My job can be very stressful addressing violence, abuse, and trauma in our society. I really needed to be able to unload some of this stress and learn how to take care of myself. Nicole Zacker is my coach. After two years, I have continued at CPM and I credit Nicole. She has been a life coach and truly committed to my success. I have never known how to prioritize myself because my family and work has always come first. She holds me accountable and does so in a caring, professional, and compassionate manner. She is a role model, and I want to strive to be like her. I appreciate her! I continue to struggle to carve out the time for the CPM workouts during my crazy work days, but it is worth it. CPM and my time with Nicole provides SO much more than I thought a gym would offer. I strongly recommend CPM and Nicole as a personal trainer for anyone!

I love being part of the CPM Fitness community! I first joined needing a challenge and some serious accountability as I was not active and didnt have healthy eating habits. After a year of coaching and group classes, I have gained a lot of strength, look forward to the workouts, and have slowly and sustainably improved my nutrition and lifestyle habits. Most importantly, I feel great. Joining CPM was the best choice Ive made for myself and I wish I had done it sooner.

I stopped in for a short time while I was home planning for my wedding. In one weeks time I already felt so motivated and excited to keep achieving my fitness goals. I looked forward to the workouts each day as they were all very different and challenging. The atmosphere and location of this gym is fabulous. This is the kind of gym I want to be a part of. The coaches are all extremely talented and encouraging. I had a great time getting to know everyone attending the gym. This experience has truly been an inspiration to me. This gym has changed my whole world with respect to health. Until I started this gym I had never heard of the Whole 30... this clean eating has really opened my eyes to food in so many ways. What food does for me, how it affects me, how to change my ways of eating for a lifetime and not for a diet. The coaches are amazing at tailoring every class and/or movement so every body type and ability is able to partake. Life changing in more ways that I am able to express. Love it!!!!

I have been active at CPMFITness for a year now and I cant say enough good things about this gym. From the coaches to the other participants, this gym is something special. I come from a background in long distance running and had never even attempted many of the movements performed in the programming at CPM. The coaching has brought me to a very functional point where I am seeing gains in areas I never really aspired to. I keep finding myself thinking I wished I had been involved in workouts like this in high-school. I feel very fortunate to have landed at CPMFitness.... Ive been to previous CrossFit type gyms & what separates this gym from others is the camaraderie, the brotherhood type atmosphere, and the tight bond that we all have there. I cant say enough about the encouragement and motivation from all the coaches and even amongst ourselves helping one another achieve our goals. I never thought I would look forward to getting my butt kicked like I do!
