On 9/1/21 I had an extensive (+/- 1 hour) conversation with Becky convering all the ins and outs of my personal and business needs. Fantastic call. She was very kind and supportive, and shared that Janelle is very knowledgeable in the areas of my needs. We ended the call with her advising that Janelle would call me tomorrow (Thursday).On Friday, 9/3/21 I emailed Becky advising I had not heard from Janelle. She emailed back advising the Janell would now call on Monday instead. I indicated we would be out of town and would love to hear from her the following Monday. Unfortunately, I never heard from Janelle--even after yet another follow up email on 9/15--to which there was no reply despite the email being opened three times.If it werent for Becky being so kind on our call, this would be a one star review. Im not sure whats more frustrating--me advising that the matter was urgent due to our relocation or the fact that the lack of response equates to mine and Beckys valuable time being wasted, which I find to be disrespectful, unprofessional, and out of integrity.I was looking forward to working with them and hoped this to be a good fit. Unfortunately, Ill never know. However, Im hopeful that this feedback, concerns like this can be addressed internally to prevent others from experiencing similar concerns.
