We will NEVER trust AAA Insurance again.This would be ZERO stars if that was allowed.We had auto and homeowners insurance through AAA Insurance for two years and when we found a MUCH better rate we notified them we were cancelling the policys.AAA Insurance continued to charge our credit card for the the Auto Insurance and refused to stop. AAA Insurance also refused to refund the entire years premium paid by our mortgage company, which means we paid DOUBLE for homeowners insurance last year.A AAA Insurance employee told us they dont believe they have to comply with the law.We had to file complaints with the Division of insurance to get the money back and were still waiting on about $1,000 for our homeowners insurance.I would question the validity of any review posted here that gives AAA Insurance four or five stars without explaining why.

As usual, we were treated very well. We have no complaints about anything. We were treated with respect, all questions answered.

Asked for information about Brandon. Was given a Vacation Guide that pretty well covered everything we needed to know about Brandon. Also got a map of the area and the Tour Book for the State.

My wife and I stopped to pick up an Atlas. In addition we got tour/cruise info. You were most helpful.
