Amber is the best insurance professional we have ever had. Weve had different providers but been with State Farm agents for almost 10 years and other agents have been more than accommodating when it came to signing with them, but then you never hear from them again. Amber is not like other agents... She is responsive to questions, she did a thorough review of all of our policies to ensure we were not only getting the best coverage but also the best deal, and she even took the time to look at our homeowners policy and give advice on some of the improvements we were making to the home. I just graduated high school and my parents said I needed to get my own insurance policy. I live close by so I stopped in. I know nothing about insurance so I had no idea what I was doing. Everyone has always just said get full coverage. Turns out full coverage can mean a lot of different things. Don’t get me wrong the girls were all very sweet and helpful but in less than two months I got an email stating they could no longer cover my business. I had less than 5 business days to figure something out and my card is still being charged. Called State Farm but they were no help. Apparently no one can do anything about it?! Very disappointed.

I have been a customer of State Farm since I was 16 yrs old. I am 48 now. Never(knock on wood) had to use it. I moved to Vegas 2 years ago. This office has not been one bit of help. Took almost a month to get my insurance in order. I pay over 200 a month for full coverage. I was in an accident a few weeks ago(not my fault) called State Farm who said I had to handle it myself, then they would take over if I had any issues. Well of course i did. I left a message and never received a call back. This happens all the time. When you call with an issue, they take forever to figure it out. My son joined our plan. They were supposed to send a beacon for a drivers discount. Never sent. He had to call the main number to ge tone sent to him because They never sent it out. When he finally received it, nothing he did would work and he lost his discount. Not to mention he had taken a day off work to get hos insurance and go to DMV. He waitwd all day with no return call. They made the usual excuses. They have no clue what they are doing unless it is to well you more insurance...or when youre late on payment. So if you want to hear from them i suggest using one of two excuses. Never heard from Amber no matter how many times ive had to complain. I end up frustrated every time I have to talk to them. I have NEVER had issues before. The ladies in the office in Kentucky had it together and then some. When ive paid over 30,000 into a company over the years, I expect to be called back. When I send a 375 payment(son included) we expect service from people who know what they are doing.
