So nice to have a good agent to help take care of things after an accident. I called Monte after getting rear ended, he reassured me, answered all of my questions, called the other drivers insurance company for me and helped me get a claim started right away. Much nicer than calling an 800 number and talking to a stranger. I would recommend Monte 100%. Great customer service and rates were even better than I had with progressive. Win win! Thanks Monte!!

Bottom tier level of service. Guy will squeeze every cent he can out of you. He couldn’t even come close to competing with other quotes I received. I was a State Farm customer for 6 years. Never again due to his horrendous service.

Ive had my home and auto insurance with Monte Fernandez at State Farm Insurance for over 10 years. We recently had a sump pump break and water in our basement. Montes office is great to work with and they really helped out. I would highly recommend.

Every time I have called in with a change of address, vehicle, or simply a question each agent and person assisting me has been very friendly and taken care of all of my issues. Their customer service is impressive and really makes you feel as if your account matters!
