I placed an order for tires with Carter. He called to let me know when they were in. He scheduled an appointment around my schedule the same day I called. Mike personally helped swap all 6 tires because he knew I needed to get in and out. While the other tire stores are listening to themselves on the radio, Mike and Carter are getting it done!

These guys are very good at their job, they helped me find the perfect wheels and tires for my truck at a amazingly good price.

Highly recommend this place! I was driving through the area when I got a flat tire. I pulled in and they were able to quickly assist me in getting back on the road. Special shout out to Pete for being so patient and understanding with me as I was more than a little flustered.

Had a tire out of balance in Sioux City, so stopped by the Hamilton Blvd store. In and out in about 10 minutes. Phone was ringing all the time an all staff were calm, courteous and helpful to each customer. Liked this store better than my original purchase store!

Every 30 days I was going to discount tire just to have them air up my front 2 tires. One of the guys who works there asked if this was happening regularly? (I think he started to recognize me) I told him yes and he proceeded to tell me that they can check the tires and repair the flat if thats what it was for no charge when I had time. So, I set up an appointment and come to find out I had corrosion on my valve stems on both tires. They told me it would be an easy fix and they fixed it and didnt charge me anything and I didnt purchase the tires from them. They even replaced a black cap for the valve stem that has been missing for a long time.Their customer service is awesome! I highly recommend these guys!!

Called for prices on tires. Price was at the price point and a better quality tire than I had been looking at. So when we got there and working out the deal was looking at rims and found some that were both different and looked good. So went from just tires to tires and wheels and was same day installation even though near end of the day. Fast friendly service and all around great guys.

This is the only place I utilize for the services they offer. They are helpful and patient and always willing to go beyond expectations. I recently brought in my car with a flat late in the day, they got me in and out as fast as they could. One guy even talked to me about what was going on when it was time for him to go home. In short, their service is exceptional.

They fixed my radial pull after driving cross country 1400 miles by rotating tires. Im yet to buy new tires however they fixed my issue untill I do this upcoming winter.

Wow, the staff here were amazing! We called ahead about a sound our car was making and when we got there they diagnosed it quickly and were very nice! It ended up being no problem and they didnt try to charge us for something we didnt need. Definitely a great tire shop.

1st time customer. I heard great things so i stop in on a Friday to put tires on my new Jeep Grand Cherokee (hemi) i bought my wife for Xmas. Although they did have my tires which is great, in their haste to get the job done quickly, the inexperienced tech lifted my new vehicle by the ground effects!!! Creased the plastic in 4 places (2 on each side!) They told me they would file a claim and get back to me on Monday. Well its a month later and i havent heard back from them and no return on repeat calls. Quality in America has gone to sh*t!! Im sick and tired of the lack of care/responsibility from these big businesses!

I arrived on time for an 8:30 appointment. My car was pulled in almost an hour later. I value my time and dont appreciate unannounced delays. If I am an hour late for an appointment they cancel and charge me. Really not satisfied.

When leaving work tonight around 415, I noticed my low tire pressure light on, I immediately called DT, I knew they closed at 5 but wanted to see if they werent busy and could still get in today. They informed me that we very busy but to still bring it in and they would help me! Glad I did, there was a screw in and they fixed it up free of charge! Nice people but When it came time to execute it was an F for failure u pay for what you get and when you get for free you don’t get much. Just tellThe customer you don’t have time to fix it instead Saying it will be an hour and then two hours later going home and not fixing it. New businesses only get one shot and if you screw that up it’s a good chance they will not come back

Amazing service. My wife got a screw stuck in her tire the night before, flat in the AM. I filled it up and drove down in the morning, they pulled the screw, patched it up. While waiting the guys were very chill and easy to talk to. Talked about some rims for another car. Didnt charge to patch it up! Super Impressed. Probably will do all my tire work with them! Cool

Was supposed to get my tires replaced because one of them is about to explode. However, apparently my lug nuts arent of the right shape, so they refused service unless I purchased a $55 kit with correct lugs. Not the best of situations but the guy there was respectful about it and explained it all in a nice manner, so overall it was alright. They serviced my old vehicle a year or two ago and that experience was great, so they get 4/5 this time.

I went here to have something checked on my car. They first tried to sell me tires I did not need. They manager then showed me a small metal piece in a baggie and told me he replaced the valve stem on my tire for free. I know for certain that was not off ny car, maybe he assumed I know nothing about cars. Thatvis the kind of thing thatvmake people not trust mechanics. We will never go back here.

Tires were low on sir after a cold snap in the weather, cheerfully, and quickly inflated my tires for no charge. I checked their tire prices and found them very competitive.

The initial service was awesome and fast. Fast forward less then 6 months and less then 5,000 miles my chords are showing on my tire (mind you I had a 40,000 mile warranty on them) my husband called and they said bring it down and we will get them replaced for you. I take it down there and the story changes to oh its mechanical and we can give you a discount on two new tires so not only are they not replacing them but heres the biggest joke! We go in to see what kind of discount he can give me on two new tires. Two new tires would be $220 and thats with a $50 discount are you kidding me! I only paid $171 with all of the fees for the two that they put on! My other two tires were junk yard tires and cost less then these two brand new ones and they still have a lot of life left on them. What a joke, I will not be using their services ever again!

Absolutely the best tire store in town now! I went in looking for a used tire, I had already been to a couple other shops and had no luck, and I only had $60 so I could only afford a used tire. Tom, the gentleman at Discount Tire though helped me to get a brand new tire cheap, only $80, and then he even let me pay him the rest a couple weeks later. Ive never even heard of a shop doing something like that! What incredible customer service! Ill never go anywhere else for my tire needs again. I cant recommended this place highly enough!

Ive been there twice and Im usually in and out in less than a half of an hour. I had called ahead of time to test the patence and professionalism of the staff and the gentleman took the time and helped me decide on some mid-range, quality tires for a good price. I left and was then able to be serviced right away, with no surprise charges. There is an inexpensive certificate plan to cover the tires in case they need replacing due to hazards, for which I opted in, although in retrospect I should have considered the manufacturers warranty.Update 1: I lowered my rating because the tires were under-inflated by 10 psi; Amateur mistake that shouldnt be taking place at any tire shop. Also, one of the hubcaps was placed incorrectly and I had to remedy that myself. Update 2: Im maintaining 4 stars instead of 5 because after the second visit because I had to have the mechanic go back and refill my front tires, which they deflated to 34 (again) as I was getting rear tires replaced. The front tires were already at the proper PSI which is 44. He didnt understand this and I tried to explain it to him. He wasnt all that argumentative about it, but its still a mistake they should not be making, nor should there be any issues when theyre having to be corrected.
