Seth Bruce was my advisor when I brought in my Ford Edge to repair my front end that was making noise. He got it diagnosed correctly. I was very satisfied with the repair job done. Took truck in for shifter issue on Friday. Was told it would be done by Tuesday. Called to check on it on Tuesday and told the part wouldn’t be in until Wednesday and truck would be done Thursday. They did “rush” a part and had it completed on Wednesday. In the end they were helpful and got the job done.

Its either your cam phasers for 3,000 or you need a whole new engine for 7,000. We dont know for sure. Well if you dont who the hell does?

Buyer beware!!! As a condition to purchase a used vehicle, the dealer was to replace a missing trailer hitch cover for the rear bumper. They did replace the hitch cover. However it fell off my vehicle while driving without noticing. I dont know if it was installed incorrectly or missing the screws but If installed properly there is absolutely no reason for the hitch to fall off under normal driving conditions. The dealer refused to remedy the situation. There are too many other dealers choices to waste time at a dealer that refuses to correct their own workmanship.

Sold me a car back in 2016 knowing it had transmission problems, but was not transparent about any of it (see the 2012-2014 Ford Focus lawsuits for details). It has been recalled and has had problems since 2 months after I bought it. Absolutely a terrible experience. Will never, ever be buying a Ford, or a car from Sioux City Ford again. Went to a dealership this week to trade in the vehicle and they explained that Sioux City Ford should have never sold the car to me without being transparent about its transmission recall issues.

Some minor recall work performed on 14 Focus. Was pleased that they were able to complete quickly on a Saturday morning. Only minor complaint I have is the service department left the steering wheel, seat, and floor covering in place after service was completed. Maybe they do this to let you know that these were protected?

Did a great job for me I give them an A+. I used quick lane and they had serious work to do on my truck.

The Sioux City Ford facility is always spotless and clean. The techs are always courteous and friendly. The waiting room area is about the best there is. The value of service is very reasonable. Its the only place Id take my vehicle for service.

They sold me a van without mentioning that it had 3 different brands of the wrong size tires on it. I had my two children with me and was a little too busy to notice this. I had to spend $1000 to get new matching tires. With this and the low initial offer they gave me for my trade-in, I do not recommend that you shop here. If you have to, be very careful and know that they may do this kind of thing to you.Edit: I called the number in the comment below. After being on hold and going through a phone tree, I spoke to the woman mentioned. She told me that she didnt write the comment and that she would talk to some other department and give me a call back. She did not call back. Because of this I changed my rating from a 2 star to a 1.

We went in for a broken driver side tail light assembly. Sam was very good. Communication was good. We had asked about if the light would be repaired under warranty since we had gotten some extended warranty coverage and we had the vehicle less than 6 months. From first glance it did not look that way. He said he would dig into it more. Work was done correctly. We then received a call that he found where the light would be covered under warranty saving us over $1,000 and we had to pay the deductible. This was very nice and lets us know that Sam treats our money like his money and not wanting the customers to pay for items they shouldn’t. We would like to use Sam on all service related items. Very good!

I needed to replace my vehicle due to an accident. I know Zeke from his previous job and he was a hard worker so i knew i was in good hands. i expressed to him what i was looking for and he had several options for me...i drove the first vehicle and was sold. Zeke was very efficient and had everything lined up and ready to go when i stopped in to seal the deal. i will definitely be back. Just visited here and decided to take a chance getting financing for a Fusion. Long story short,being fully aware of my situation, too much neg equity and crapoy credit,I believe Jared,new car manager or something, came over to say none of my banks can do anything,sorry.I was here a year or more ago and recall it was him who did the same thing,come o era and say sorry cant help you.This guy didnt even maybe attempt to shake my hand, wouldve been a nice gesture, had really nothing to say.Doesnt seem very personable at all.Will never try and go here again as long as this guy is there.

The lady I was with took her vehicle to check the air in her tires & they said she needed a new master cylinder for the brakes they took her vehicle and gave her a rental and said they couldnt get the part for the master cylinder when it was all said and done she didnt have hervehicle for 6 days and it cost her $1,200 I think that was a little bit on the high side and I think they were counting on her wanting to buy the rental car

Parts counter is a little slow

I have been a loyal customer to Sioux City Ford for over 10 years now. I have bought my vehicles from them and haven been satisfied with the sales and the service up until the last few years. I own a 1995 Ford F150 which I did not buy at the dealership. I have taken it in for service, oil changes, and tires. Almost every I have taken the truck in something has happened to it. They have broken things while replacing parts or caused other issues. Every time this has happened I have been told its an old truck and not their fault and am responsible for all excessive costs. When I have complained about the treatment the management acted the same way. I watched my last oil change and watched as the technicians tried to pry my front push bar and bend it away from the hood in order to open, among other things, they basically treated it like nothing more than junk. Once again, management acted the same way. My mustang is treated with the utmost respect and treated seriously when I take it in. When I point this out I am told all vehicles are treated the same. I am no longer a customer of Sioux City Ford.

I was happy with everything except that it was supposed to be ready to go by the end of the week and I went to pick it up on Saturday and the window vents hadnt been ordered and the spray on protection which they were going to do right away in Monday when I bought it wasnt done it will have to go back to Sioux City to be done .

Great service in terms of getting your oil changed. Had some aftermarket parts installed and the part that held my exhaust up was broken off while they had the vehicle. They said they could fix it, but wouldnt accept any responsibility for my vehicle being damaged while they had it. Will recommend for oil changes, but not for any other type of vehicle work.

I have taken my 2014 F150 to see what was wrong with my radio. They told me I needed a new one. Took it to a radio shop and it was just a fuse. Sioux City Ford wanted to charge me $1200 for a new stock radio. Then I have been calling for the past few days now for service request and they tell me they will have some one call me. Still have not received a call from them, and I have moved on from doing business with them in the future!!

Tom is a great guy. He was responsive to my questions over text and voice calls. He had everything set-up for me when I arrived to test drive the truck. The rest of the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Excellent customer service during my vehicles oil change. They gave me a fairly accurate estimate of my wait time and listened to me. My only concern came when they told me the tire tread depth, and two of the tires had actually gained 1mm since the last oil change! My only guess is theres not a consistent method of checking this from one technician to another.

Drove an hour away to purchase a vehicle at the value lot. There was one employee working and multiple people looking at vehicles. The man working seemed very nice and it wasnt his fault but we werent going to sit around and wait to be helped. We waited about 30 mins and then left. They lost a sale today. Too bad for this company but frustrating we drove an hour for nothing.

Only place in Sioux City we take our cars, mostly to get our oil changed but we have had to take our cars in to get serviced though. It is very convenient to be able to pull right in to the building and the service writers are right there. It has a real clean and friendly environment, and the staff is very helpful. We are satisfied with the service they have done for us so far. The Quick Lane is also convenient, its usually busy but if they are I usually have them give me a ride to work and back later to pick it up.

Great sales department, service department never answers the phone and seems under staffed. Want to talk to someone in service? Best to find another dealer...EDIT 1/18/2018....I went to the dealer to negotiate a warranty claim that had been denied. I purchased an extended on my F150 and the first claim I made was denied. In an effort to satisfy my claim and to help their most valuable commodity, the customer, they are now going to honor my warranty claim. The management staff took my issue, spent many hours on it working out a resolution and decided what was right is to take care of the little guy. A most enlightening and viewpoint changing experience.

Had two oils changes schedule with Quicklane and they both wnet quick. One was forf person vehicle and the other was a fleet car, both were done fast this time. I have had slower visits in the past and tried another vendor in between but decided to give them another chance. No issues with my visit and I was able to work in the waiting area while they did both changes.

I purchased a 2019 Ford Ecosport 4WD. After leasing for 8 years and never having a car this small I was a little hesitant, but truth be known I LOVE my car. Took my 2008 Ranger in to have the 4x4 looked at, came back that the tech was recommending all new brakes, drums, rotors, calipers and brake pads and brake lines. Almost 1000.00 dollars total, nothing why the truck was brought in to have the 4x4 looked at but to say it worked fine, and what’s funny is because I just had my brakes rotors, pads and drums replaced two years ago and I roughly put on about 5000 miles on the truck since I had them changed with no problems. Costed me 135.00 to have them do nothing. love my Fords and I will still buy and shop from there. but no way am I doing any service work there again!!!

Great people but the Fast Lane oil changes can take hours. For my fleet I have found it advantageous to not use the free oil change coupons. I would rather pay to have fleet vehicles on the road rather than delays and paying someone to sip coffee in the lounge. Sales staff 5 star, repairs/recalls, 3 star, oil changes or similar maintenance, 0 stars.

I was scheduled to have my left front tire pressure sensor replaced on Tuesday, October 30th at 9:00. I dropped my Explorer off on schedule and went to the waiting area. Steve has always been friendly. When we were choosing our car, he was helpful and more than willing to do what was necessary to get us the car. I really wanted to like ford because I bought my car from them with high expectations. My car had a 12 month warranty. Within those 12 months I brought my car in two different times to get my front brakes checked because it was making a low humming noise every time I braked. The first time they said it was moisture and it never went away. I brought it in again and said the front brakes were an issue. They replaced the back brakes and the issue still wasn’t fixed. Two weeks after my warranty was up I brought it in AGAIN and then they FINALLY fixed the issue. It was the rotors and brake pads that cost $450 to fix because they said the warranty wouldn’t cover it anymore. I took my car to a different mechanic because my car started making this AWFUL squealing sound after they replaced everything. He told me that the squealing wasn’t normal and that they had put cheap quality brake pads and rotors on. I’m incredibly upset and disappointed in their service. In the end they are an overpriced greedy company that doesn’t value their costumers what-so ever. I will NEVER suggest anyone to go here.

I bought a used 2011 Ford Escape at their value lot. After only 5 days of having the vehicle, it stopped starting and the problem ended up being a shot battery. Both the salesman from the used lot and the person I talked to at the main office refused to cover any of the costs. They would have made me pay for the inspection, the cost of a new battery, and the labor to replace it. I will never buy a vehicle from Sioux City Ford or take a vehicle there to get serviced ever again.

That night, we reviewed the ford website to find the car we wanted. The next day, my husband emailed the car sales person, Doug, what we wanted with what monthly payment we were looking for and asked him to run the numbers. The sales person emailed back with all of the info we needed.We went in after work to sign all of the paperwork. We were in and out of there with our new car in less than 40 minutes.LESS THAN 40 MINUTES. That included Don setting up my cell phone in the car and showing us other things new to the sync 3 option.I will definitely buy my next future cars at Sioux City Ford.

Had a weird noise coming from the steering. They took care of me and gave me updates every step of the way. The best part is most people wouldnt notice or hear it but being a perfectionist it annoyed me. They took the time to figure it out and get it take care of.

Very poor customer service. Don’t trust them. After purchasing a vehicle it took them a week to get it ready for us after saying three times in there it was ready and scheduling drop off. After getting the vehicle it was in the shop more than on the road. We have thousands of dollars into repairs on it in just 3 months of owning it and it still doesn’t run. I’ve been told three times a manager will call me and they never have. I would rate them with 0 stars if I could.

Sioux City Ford has been good to me. I had miscommunication with them and they went the extra distance to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the work that was done to my vehicles. They showed me that they care about my interests as a customer and they want to do right by us.

Brought new truck in 8,000 miles for warranty work, oil change and tire repair. They told me the tire was not repairable, nail in the middle of the tread, and tried selling me a new tire. I brought the tire to a respectable tire shop and they fixed it and had no idea why they said it couldnt be repaired. Ive bought 2 new trucks here in the last 4 years. Never again will I buy anything from this place.

Went looking for my daughter a car and a dealer comes out. He shows us a car to test drive it and we did. After the test drive we came back and we wanted other options in our price range. He said he had none in a very angry tone and handed us a card and turned around and went inside. I have never been treated like that at a dealership!!

I called to schedule a time to have our F350 to be worked on and Danny fit us in at a time convenient for us the next day. They were able to repair and get our vehicle back to us late afternoon the same day. We always receive great and quick service here! Great service department!! We have had Ford vehicles for over twenty years, Best Ford Dealership thus far!!

Went in and bought out the lease to my truck. In early May It was clear that they were Rushing due to end of the day coming up. Told we were good to go rest would be mailed, left with no financial paperwork which we thought was odd but trusted ford. 3 weeks later told something messed up in the financial paperwork and had to resign paperwork. Week and a half goes by and we get a call from the financing bank wanting payment which was now past due. Called ford and asked about it and was told they would look into it. Turned into a massive finger pointing game with both sides more focused on saving face leaving us stuck in the middle to come up with 2 months payment in 3 weeks. To make matters worse we couldnt even start saving for 1 payment because we were waiting on the final paperwork so we knew what our payment would be. Dont trust them. Dont leaving without every single form finalized. Once you hit the parking lot its tough luck your on your own.

Don Krier was the sales representative who assisted me. Don was the most honest, helpful, and genuine sales representative I have ever met. I dont know if sales representatives make commission here or not, but if they do, he did not act like it at all. He cared about putting me in the right vehicle and catering to my needs. Although I did not buy a vehicle, if I could only buy from one person, it would be Don. I have never had someone, especially in sales, be so honest. I would highly suggest going to him. He is experienced, he knows exactly what he is talking about, and he is seriously the nicest person ever. Thank you so much for the help, Don.

It took about 2 hours just to change my oil in my car. Even then it cost almost $40 and would have charged me a extra $14 just to rotate tires. The last time I was there I had to go in 3 different occasions to get it fixed because the part they ordered had not come in yet. Turns out they ordered the part from a different dealership in town, that I choose not to go to. I could have gotten the part faster from amazon or a different parts website. I won’t be bringing my vehicles back, instead I will find a local mechanic who won’t charge me so much to look at my car and takes pride in their work verse charging a outragous amount in labor like these big dealers do.
