My car had issue of not starting and they diagnosed it in timely manner and fixed it at reasonable cost. Todd and mechanic explained what was wrong with car. Customer service was very good.

Bought 4 Goodyear Assurance tires 2 years ago. Cost me $529.08. The pictures tell the story after only 32k miles. I religiously had them rotated and balanced at my local Goodyear store every 6k miles. Wont be getting new tires at Simpsonville Tire and Service again. Shameful!

I had a minor brake loss issue going on and didnt want to delay in getting my truck looked at. My family has been going to this establishment for years, so I knew I would be in good hands. I dropped it off with Todd and received an update a few hours later. Todd was very friendly and straight-forward about my options and what the overall cost would be. I was kept updated about the repair at all times. The price was fair and its nice to have fully functional brakes again. Thank you!!

Pulled in with a flat tire around 3 on Friday February 26. The staff wasnt interested in helping me. They said my tire was ruined and they didnt have my size 235/75R15 super common. Asked them for shot of air, drove it home, put a plug in it and all is well. I just got out of hospital with heart failure and a fib. Im no tire expert but got it fixed because I had the desire maybe they could find some desire. Thanks for the air.

My 16 year old daughter stopped by today because her car alerted her that air pressure was low in one tire. She asked if they could put air in her tire. They told her no and that they could do it the next day. I understand that they may have been busy but it literally takes about 1 minute to put air in a tire. Thankfully she made it to another tire store who happily checked all of her tires and made sure the tire pressure was correct in all tires and they didn’t even charge her one cent! I will never recommend Simpsonville Tire to anyone!

Had to have a tire ordered and it arrived the next day! Tire was promptly put on.

Todd, has serviced our cars for years. He is very truthful and dependable. It is best if you can leave your car since he is always busy which is a good sign.

Before taking your car here take pictures of your rims just had 4 new tires mounted yesterday brand new car when I picked it up all 4 rims had scratches on them took it back to the shop the guy did not take any ownership for it , won’t be coming here again BEWARE!!!!

I went in to ask them if they would help me air up my mower tire, their response was to tell me $10 and we can to which I responded by offering to show him the 13 mower tire, the guy behind the counter said were just to busySo my advice to anyone looking for service would be, find somewhere that isnt so busy that they forget about the customer experience.Jesses tire just across the street was more than gracious enough to help with 60 seconds of air and for that courtesy has earned my future business.

This place was recommended by a friend of mine. I went in around noon because I had to get 2 new tires. I sat there for a good 20 minutes, watching employees come and go and the only thing I got any attention from was their *reception cat*. Give him/her a job and this place might have better customer service. #sodisappointed.

This place doesnt even deserve one star! My son in law needed a flat tire fixed. He went in early morning, no customers. He explained he is traveling and needs to get on the road. The guy said, he ate to busy, so it will be about 5 hours. So my son left and went a couple buildings down to Blue Ribbon Express. He said the wete like a pit crew, all came out to help with friendly and quick service.

Two stars just for the point that I tried to schedule a tire install and alignment ( I have the tires already) and the gentleman couldn’t give me a straight answer on how long it would take or when he could get to it. I just can’t leave my car there for a week. What sense does that make? Maybe it’s a one man show or he’s understaffed? That is in my mind below average as I can’t even get in there to have work done. Too bad as he’s really close and I hate going to chains. Have to keep searching for someone to give my money to.

Was an hour from home. Stopped here 30 minutes before closing with a flat tire. They stated they would not work on it today. They were not helpful at all! Owner was not very polite. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Called to ask a general question (a would you be able to do this type of question). Received a very rude response from Todd. Inappropriate customer service.

They are ALWAYS honest. I recently had an oil leak that they repaired for $60. I believe if I had gone anywhere else the repair would have been in the hundreds. Its unfortunate that I had to move out of state.
