This was my first time using Brakes 4 Less. I wanted new brakes and after checking around at other places, they offered the best price. I couldnt be happier with the service. They actually talked me out of work that I didnt need. My brakes were installed quickly and accurately. The shop is clean, friendly and very professional. I highly recommend Brakes 4 Less over anyplace else in the area. The manager was extra friendly and helpful, more than anyplace Ive been before.

Today was my first time trying out Brakes 4 Less. It kinda almost has the same feel as Discount Tire - a technician does the inspection and then you’re presented with your options. Not gonna lie - I did expect that the guy would quote for something that would end up costing $1,000 but he was honest with me. The wait time was a bit much but that’s how it is everywhere now. No more squeaky brakes and I got honesty from them. So I’ll definitely return when it’s necessary

Outstanding service, efficient and honest. I was sure my front brakes needed to be replaced as Id just replaced the back ones (rotors and pads) myself. I was told that my front brakes were fine and that the issue I was experiencing was being caused by something else. They were able to fix the issue and I was back on the road within two hours.It would have been easy for the manager (Hunter) to recommend pads and rotors and charge me alot more, but he didnt. Needless to say, I will be back when my brakes do need to be replaced.They replaced my wifes brakes about a month ago and showed the same level of professionalism and integrity. We are both delighted with the level of service we received and wont be going anywhere else in the future.

Today I went to brakes for less in Simpsonville and it was an amazing experience. They were friendly and professional they greeted me as I came in, we talked about the issues going on with my car I was able to get an affordable rate for the brake issue that I had and rotors. They didn’t try to up sell me with what I didn’t need. They offered advise of what would be best for my cars performance. What I appreciate as a woman is they didn’t just go in start putting on what they wanted without talking to me about my vehicle and hand me a $750 bill. (this is happened to me before)

I called Brakes 4 Less when I started hearing a grinding noise when applying the brakes on my old truck. They gave my truck a thorough inspection and there was a lot that needed to be done. The manager, Hunter, was very nice and professional, and even gave me a ride home from the business. The truck was ready the very next day, and Hunter took the time to drive to my home and give me a ride back so I could pick up the vehicle. Thank you, Brakes 4 Less.

I went in for a free brake inspection. Great service..polite..friendly and professional. Brake system was good even gave a percentage of brake I still had and for how long before another inspection. Recommended a total fluid flush and at a good rate plus a Military/Veteran discount. I told them I had another appointment elsewhere and they expedited the service. Great job guys . Thanks.

I love this place. Hunter is the manager on site. Very professional. They checked my brakes for me because they were squeezing from time to time. Turns out I didn’t need to change my pads. They also rotated my tires and didn’t even charge me. I recommend this place to EVERYONE! The employees are very welcoming and love taking care of their customers. Thank you so much Brakes 4 Less.

Decent prices for brakes.. cheaper than most shops ... The only peeve I have about the place is that there isnt much of a place to wait, they dont offer rides even within a small radius while the car gets worked on.

After inspecting my cars brakes the manager explained in detail what needed to be done to fix my brakes and how much it would cost. All the employees were friendly and very knowledgeable. My appointment was at 2:30 and the car was done by 4 not bad on time and for what needed to be done the price was reasonable as well. I would go here again.

Took moms 2002 car for brake check. There staff very nice. Did thorough inspection of all 4 wheels. shared honest results to me. Did not even charge for this service. Was a relief to know brakes are in good working order. Mgr. Hunter & crew very nice.

I was having problems with my truck front brakes. Called, made an appointment and went in...expecting, and hoping that it was something small and quick, like a bad master cylinder, still praying that it was nothing major.Waited about thirty, thirty-five minutes as they inspected my truck. Then they called me in.In detail, Hunter explained everything that was wrong with my truck. And when I say everything, In detail I mean, in detail.After Hunter explained everything to me, he told me how much it would cost to get me, and my old truck back on the road safely.I dont have a lot of money...to be honest, I almost told him no, because I knew that I didnt quite have all of the money to fix all that was needing to be fixed. I guess he could see it in my face. Then to my surprise, he says to me, Hold on a second. After going over somethings, he made some adjustments.To make a long story short, he (Hunter) went way, way above and beyond what was expected of him, and his job for me...a total stranger...I could have kissed him. I couldnt have been more pleased with him and the guys there.They are, first, very professional, polite, friendly, honest and very knowledgeable of their profession.Second; I highly...no, I very highly recommend Brakes 4 Less in Simpsonville. This location is Excellent. I was helped as soon as I arrived and was given a quote from a competitor and they beat their price and replaced my parts instead of re-using them. I would recommend this staff to anyone they were professional and very helpful and understanding.

After detailed free inspection I was given 4 possible options, with a detailed explanation of each by Mr. Hunter Ducker, the store manager. He was professional, knowledgeable and considerate throughout, patiently answering all my questions.The initial inspection and subsequent work were done in a timely manner.My brakes were in terrible shape when I brought my car in. They are operating more smoothly now than when I first bought my car. Mr. Ducker was even able to call around and save me nearly $100 from estimated price. Exceptional parts and labor warranty. What a wonderful Brakes for Less location! My experience here was a 180° from the Laurens Rd store. Hunter, the manager, is knowledgeable and passionate about his job. I left feeling my concerns were not only handled but that he and his employees went above and beyond for me. I will only be going to this location for my brakes, or other automotive needs! 👍👍

I recently came to this establishment to get a quote on how much it would be to get my rosters shaved, front brakes changed, and to replace a small hose. It was 9 dollars for brake fluid. They said they charge 30 dollars to add the brake fluid after they change the brakes, which is a whole separate outrageous price. This place is ridicules. And to add on when they Finnish they don’t tell u exactly what they did. You have to ask, and when you do there hesitant, don’t wast your money here people. There is a lot of better and cheaper options

My wife’s Tahoe needed brakes so I looked for a place in Simpsonville. I read the reviews and the prices looked good at Brakes4Less so decided to try them out. My wife couldn’t get them on the phone so she went up there. She called saying she’d been standing in the office for what seemed like several minutes and no response from anyone. Finally someone came and he was very helpful. They said they could get my truck scheduled for 11:00 (10:30 at the time). I left work and met her there so she could take me back to work and then swap with her Tahoe at 1:00 pm when they set her appt. Being the man I am I went in to make sure she didn’t just tell them change all four brakes as we discussed doing all 4 on both, if needed. The guy informed me they would be checking them all and only repairing what is needed snd would let us know what was needed before starting. Side note: I asked them to adjust my parking brake as it seemed lose and not holding well. Turns out I didn’t need any brakes replaced. He said there would be no charge. They even adjusted the pedal to tighten the brake. They did suggest replacing the brake fluid which we did. My wife’s car was not as fortunate so we did put all new ceramic brakes on it. Got off on less than a great foot considering the lack of answering the phone and taking a few minutes to acknowledge a customer. But they turned all that around as soon as we made contact with the guy running the front (sorry _____ I’m terrible with names!). They were prompt and obviously honest or would have at least charged to change 2 brakes. I will definitely be recommending Brakes4Less!

Had my vehicle serviced at the Simpsonville location. Very honest. I thought I needed back brakes.. they indicated that I dont for quite a while. Just needed a little alignment and flush out. I was helped out by Hunter, a very friendly salesman.

Will never use them again they gave me a quote on front brakes with them providing the brakes and labor and when I provided my own brakes they went up on the labor cost. And was charging me $95 for a brake hose that cost $34 at advance auto a bunch of crooks
