I have been coming to Jiffy Lube for many years and have always had very positive experiences when it comes to changing my oil. However, I came to this location today around 2:30 and was not helped professionally. I did not have a chance to get the guys name, but he was very rude off the get go and was trying to over charge me. I have never paid more than $90+ To change my oil. If he wouldn’t have been so rude, I would have done the recommended oil for my vehicle. I don’t think I will come to this location again, i will continue going to another where I’m not meted by someone so rude

They left my plastic cover loose and I almost drop it on the freeway. I didnt like that pretty disappointed and I paid 79 dlls, not cheap.July 8, 2021, Today, after a year since the owner reached to me and I send him an email I havent hear from him, he just responded to cover his behind on the review and to try to show off.

I have taken my cars here a few times. They are pretty fast, dont try to lie so you buy stuff you dont need, so thank you for that guys. I think the prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and if you have a question for them, they will answer it and not make you feel stupid for asking like some other places do.

My Ram 1500 took 7qts and when I arrived I could hear a light ticking from a low oil stand point. Jose took care of that and I really appreciate his professionalism and customer service! The guy was horrible the boss Tom Didn’t care that his worker put my tire on wrong and my brake pads on wrong that could’ve caused me a wreck I had to go somewhere else and pay to get it fixed he didn’t even want to reimburse me half of my money back or all of my money I will never ever recommend anyone to go here Lord that’s something I have to pray about because he They didn’t even take my life into consideration Not to mention I spent like 200 or more

First he told me that it might be an hour but then in less than five minutes I was in there getting the new oil. That was fast. Raye gave me the manager special (10W30 for $20) and I was outta there in less than 20 minutes. Good job guys. Ill be back again.

I needed a quick oil change and air in my tire over the weekend and decided to stop by the Highland Ave location now I normally go to the E. Highland ave one in Highland but I was on a low tire and didnt think I could make it, any way so I pulled into the driveway. At first the manager told me it would be 45 min and $79 for an oil change, I almost drove off but knew I needed air in my tire. I have NEVER paid more that $35 for an oil change so when the manager told me it would $69 with the online coupon I thought it would be he Signature service. Per their advertisement, The Signature Oil change comes with full points & plugs check, tire rotation, vacuumed rugs, washed windshield (the whole 9 yards) So when the Manager told me my car was Finished after a whole 5 Minutes I was shocked!. The Manager never showed me what He Changed or Checked ! That was the FASTEST $72 I have ever spent in my life! Needless to say My car was filthy still, my tire was still low and I highly Doubt my car was ever even worked on.Dont take your car here, I gave the location the worst review and I will continue to do so until the place refund my money. I was the typical stereotype, a woman alone in a desperate situation and I was taken advantage of!

Says the location is supposed to be open on Sundays. Was completely closed. Sometimes the weekends are the only time we have. What a major inconvenience. They should really follow thru with their business hours.

Opens at 8. I arrive at 9 for my oil change and the doors are still locked. This single location is the only one Ive seen run poorly.

My car needed an oil change today it was hot I didnt want to go but they were fast and it only took me about an hour so right on Jiffy Lube!

I came here for an oil change during business hours and waited there it seems like no one was even there I dont know if they were out to lunch but I waited and decided to just leave.

These dudes are not running a stand up honest business they have different prices for every customer for the same job and they are running some type of scam with their neighbors next door OReilly auto parts they tell the every customer the same thing about their car and then tell people to go next door and buy the part from oreillys
