Ordered 2 tires from them and made an appointment. Got there ahead of the appointment time and they didnt have the tires. Blamed everyone but themselves. I closed my business hours early and drove 30 miles down off of the San Bernardino mountains on nearly bald tires to get there. They had my phone number to call me, but didnt. I have to say, this seems to be the status quo for many inland empire businesses. I guess thats what I get. The second star is because the guy there said he was sorry for my inconvenience.

The place in San Bernardino is great. I called in the day before for 4 tires for my travel trailer. They promised to have the tires the next day. Came there following day and manager have the tires ready at 9:00 am and they installed it less than an hour. I went there early , lucky it was not busy.The price of the tires were very good also. Its the best price compared to other shops and they are the one that can order the tires and deliver in 1 day!!!

This place was Great! I dealt with Peter who was very polite and professional.My car ended up needing a new a/c compressor kit installed and they had the parts delivered and the install finished the same day. Went in because I needed a new tire my tire had a nail in it since I was thier I decided to get 4 new tires they replaced them I went home the next day one of the tires was flat I tried to call no answer so I went to the shop so they can look at it ,about 15 min later they let me know I have a cracked rim I was very confused and ask how did they not notice this crack very big I was told they dont look for cracked rims we just put on tires so to be honest Im not sure if it was cracked before or after I took my car in but the fact they let me drive home with a cracked rim was dangerous and I will not be going back

Everyone was so helpful and courteous.. Only problem I had was when and someone changed my seat settings. . They are difficult to reset is it when I get back in the car.. I been waiting to write this review. Wanted to confirm my information first. So. A few months ago I brought brand new tires from this place. With warranty. About 3 months after having them one of them got a razor on the side of tire and it was not repairable. So I take my car in and they gave me a new under warranty. So while they are putting the new tire on the “manager” tells me that one of my arm brackets is broken and needs to be repaired because it will wear out the tire and they will not give me a new because it will not be considered “regular” wear and tear. I have been coming to this location for about 3 years now. I like it because they offer a variety of services. I like the fact I can get my tires rotated for free with each oil change. Now I don’t know if business is hurting or what but I feel like this location and group of guys that work there a full of you know what. So comes out and gives me a quote to get my car fixed there. $2000. When I had asked him to show me the repair needed for “Safety” reasons I was not allowed in the shop. Feeling Weird about it I take the quote and leave. So now 4 months later and 3 different dealerships telling me and showing me my arm broken is not broken and does not need replacement just tells me these guys scam people like most repair places do. I’m disappointed and will never be back again. I hope this location goes out of business so that no one else gets cheated!

Very fast & efficient. Went to patch up a tire they told me it would be done within the hour & it was. They ended up patching two of my tires & I was still out within the hour. I talked about getting new tires with them and they said they have some for my car already. I told them I would call in another day when I had time. Very kind and friendly staff.

Went for an alignment they hooked me up from 100 bucks to only paying 60. They did quick fast quality work and car is driving smooth and strait. Id recommend them for an alignment Im unsure of other things but seemed to be on their game with all things and busy which is a good sign. 👍

The hours are wrong in Google they don’t open until 8:30 and they were short staffed so it took a long time. And I felt the tire was really expensive

I got my tires fixed some months ago, the year warranty tires to be exact. And today i got a flag tire and AAA came to fix my car and come to find out DISCOUNT TIRES stripped all my love nuts on ALL of my tires! They stripped them so bad the AAA man almost couldn’t even fix my tire. I shouldn’t have to pay that much for brand new tires and have a problem like this, i am extremely disappointed and you guys will see me very soon!

Ordered tires this morning and was told they would be here by 2pm so I made an appointment for 2pm. I was told no need to call just come in and my tires would be here. Drove 50 miles to find out tires never got Ordered. Stay away from discount tires

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I had called ahead of time and made an appointment at 12 because I had other appointments I even asked how long the servicing would take and I was told to change my tires and do an alignment it would only be an hour. I arrived ten minutes early and wanted to check in but the man in the front was extremely rude and told me “it’s not even twelve yet” I tried to keep being polite and asked if I could check in early and he ultimately agreed. I then left to grab lunch thinking that by the time I came back my vehicle would be ready. I came back roughly an hour later and proceeded to wait because my car wasn’t ready. I ended up waiting THREE hours and was late to the rest of my appointments. Everyone was very unprofessional and should work on not only their customer service but also inform their customers correctly.

These guys never fail. We would have been late for a portrait session but they fixed our flat in minutes. Thanks guys for the help.

Been coming here for some time now and normally am some what happy but today took the cake went in and was told there was about a 1hr wait which is cool told them I would be right back they checked me in and came back in 45 mins was told that there was now 4 new cars ahead on me and is was going to take some time..I waited another 1hr and 45mins and the TV they have in the waiting room had some movie the was playing Profanity left and right it Would have not bothered me except for the fact that I had my 2 and a 1/2 year old daughter with me Except she is like a parrot and copies everything that you say not cool also the place needs to be cleaned up

Great deal on tires but when they replaced my studs and lug nut they failed to get the correct size so my hub cap would go back on. So my car didnt come back the way it was supposed to. They didnt even offer money off. Ive have studs and lug nuts replaced before and never had a problem with my hub caps fitting back on. I feel they shouldve called and gotten the correct size lug nuts and made my car whole. Or given me a discount so I couldve taken my car to get it fixed to make my car whole. Other than that Im happy with the techs and the tires.

I went to les Schwab by my house needing new tires and to figure out what chewed up my old ones. They told me I got the wrong type of shocks for my car and tried to sell me new ones. That didnt sound right so I went home and double checked the shocks to make sure they were the right ones and checked what else might be causing it. It looked like it might be other suspension components. I went to discount tire center because they had a buy 2 get 2 free deal and a 3 year alignment deal so I could figure out whats wrong and get it realigned when I replaced parts. I got the tires and they started the alignment. They didnt finish it, said it would be pointless and brought me under the car and showed me why. Rubber bushing were rotted away and 1 ball joint had a hole in it and grease was leaking out. 15 year old car so not too surprised. They gave me a quote and it was huge. I told them I would try to tackle it myself and they didnt blame me.

I went in and the guy at the front desk quoted me $72 for a basic oil change and doesnt even know the mileage on my vehicle. He said it would be an hour wait on top of that... Jiffy lube is cheaper and faster... Not to mention... They actually give me a Veteran discount at jiffy lube. So obviously i went elsewhere instead of discount tire centers. The guy at discount tire centers was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place to single, unaccompanied females. Take a male with you, you might get treated better.

**DOES NOT HONOR MILEAGE WARRANTY - BUYER BEWARE**Came in here for an oil change and to have my tires/brakes checked. Tires were purchased here last year, 26k miles ago, supposedly with a 50k mileage warranty. After my oil change, Edgar Rodriguez tells me that my front tires need replacing and said it looked like I wasnt getting rotations. I assure him I have. This is where he turned argumentative and condescending and starts telling me how often I should be getting my vehicle serviced etc. I am meticulous about my vehicles maintenance and this is the first time Ive allowed anyone other than the dealer to do an oil change in the 3 years since I bought the car. I ask about the mileage warranty the tires came with, he immediately and without hesitation tells me that my tires did NOT come with a warranty. Then he tells me that even if they came with a warranty, it would be voided because of my lack of rotations. Again, tell him Ive had them. He says they wouldnt honor the warranty because they have no record of them. I said Ill get them. I tell him I live in the mountains and ask if the wear was suggestive of mountain driving (I know it is but I want to hear what this con artist has to mansplain to me next.) He agrees and says that mountain driving would definitely void the warranty that I definitely didnt have. I ask him to show me where in the warranty it specifies that mountain driving would void the warranty. He could not produce any information for me. Eventually he admits he found that I have a 50k mile warranty but its definitely still not valid because of mountain driving. I asked why I was not informed during purchase because the mileage warranty was a major selling point. No clear answer.I see on my receipt DECLINED FREE TIRE ALIGNMENT. I ask why it says that I declined it when I wasnt even asked. He babbles some nonsense and then blames it on another guy.At some point he realizes that Im pretty friggin ticked off and just want to leave and never come back so he says he wants to offer me a credit so Ill replace the two tires... he produces an invoice that is ALMOST DOUBLE what I originally paid for the same exact tires and then subtracted almost half of the invoice price so it looks like Im getting a credit. What an actual joke this place is.

Had a used Audi . Heard some kind of clicking.. I payed discount auto center for a complete tune up and asked to look at the front suspension. Long story short they told me it was the control arms so 1200 dollars later still hearing noises .. they actually put the pieces back in loose which caused car to break down with codes. They’re a greedy business hated ever trusting them.

They go way out of the way to get you the best deals. John saved me big time on my tires. Yes they are slammed most the time so make an appointment if you can.

After an unfortunate event with a different tire shop I came here and got the help I needed immediately with free inspection, they showed me I was missing some bolts which they replaced and fix errors from other shop during alignment, thanks I will be coming back.
