Avoid at all costs.I went to this location in March of 2019 and had a good experience in service, however, this year - 2 years later - I receive a bill informing me I was overdue in a $310 payment. I tried emailing and calling but received no communication from the office.The debt was sent to a debt collector after a month or so and I still had no success contacting the office for information on my debt. After working with the insurance company we had in 2019, my husband and I discovered The Rim Dental Care had never filed a claim with our insurance company. The office certainly had our insurance information (otherwise they wouldn’t have been billing my husband, whose plan I was under at the time) and they had never sent us an earlier bill.I finally paid the debt just to get the situation over with but this has been a giant pain and I still have received no communication at all from this office.

No one is ever available either via phone or physically. I was left with Incomplete work, yet continued to be billed. The work that was done was subpar and had to be redone multiple times. DO NOT RECOMMEND this practice at all. I read the reviews and gave them a chance anyway, don’t make the same mistake.

Same as all the recent reviews. This company completely disappeared when COVID hit and started sending bills and I wasnt able to reach anyone for almost a year about the bill in question. When I finally did get in contact with someone (not at the same office but their affiliate office) they said oh ya we switched companies for our billing and they have been sending out incorrect bills and to just ignore it and they will get it resolved. Then a collections notice comes and again takes months to get in touch with someone about it. I finally do and they say they will have someone reach out..they never did so I ended up having to chase them down again. Finally get in contact with someone and they go ya you have to pay this not sure whats its for but if you get a bill then you have to pay it. It is so wrong to take advantage of people in a time like a global pandemic and leave without a trace or anyone at the office to be a point of contact for patients and billing inquiries. I still not once heard back from the actual office or anyone who works there, I was only ever able to make contact with another practice that they are affiliated with. Shame on you Rim Dental Care.

Great at first, leadership changed and service down hill.Left area a year ago due to work and now I am being called by debt collector. ‘Billing to insurance changed’ and they sent to debt collector instead of trying to contact me for payment. They have email, phone, emergency contact phone and email. No attempt to allow me to pay before sending to debt collector.This, after having issues on initial billing a year ago. Initial bill (after procedure) was a lot higher then first estimate (before procedure) because ‘ the initial cost was for us and the facility, not the specialist.’ I think it was a purposefully tactic so that the true cost of their recommendation would not be known until after procedure was complete.

I love The Rim Dental Care and Orthodontics. I have been several times for cleanings and impression for a mouth guard twice. As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeting with two smiling faces who greet you by name. The dental hygienist is very gentle and the doctor is thorough. He does not try to up sale you on different lotions and potions he thinks your teeth need. (I have had this experience in CA where a cavity and cleaning was going to cost $1,200.) Another important note is that their office as always been on time. I have never waited more than fifteen minutes to be seen. Thank you :)

Scheduled a last minute appointment for both my boys without any problem. They were both seen at the same time, with the same professionalism. In and out in less than 30 mins, and the cuts were on point. Great experience!

Beware of high turnover of dentists and hygienists. They are easily triggered and put on the defensive if you offer feedback AND they are charging a so-called “Covid fee” of $10 for each visit. Never mind they don’t bill your insurance for this fee because even they recognize it as invalid. Good luck, we’re going elsewhere🤬😷

I have been attempting to make an appointment for the past few days. Called multiple times, left a voice message, and submitted a request for an appointment. The submitted request displayed a statement about receiving an email within 24 hours, but nothing has been received and no one has contacted me.

I love Dr. Abusaid. She is a fantastic dentist, knowledgeable, and answers all your questions in a friendly way. She is also very good with children. We also see Dr. V for my kids’ orthodontics and we really appreciate his approach. He was open with us about our options and helped us make an informed decision about their care. The hygienists and office staff are also wonderful. We love everything about this dental office.

I’d been searching for a dental office that is a good fit for me, for a very long time and I think I finally found it! When I left this office I felt comfortable, all my questions had been answered, everything was explained to me in a way that I understood. I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I wasn’t ready for. And the entire staff is absolutely amazingly friendly, funny and yet professional! I felt as though I’d known everyone for years. 😊

I was very impressed by this place!! I walked into the office at 6:50AM and I was receiving my cleaning by 7:15 AM. The reason I picked this place is because they open by 7:00 AM. This time works with my work schedule. After I received my cleaning I was issued a dental care folder with what I should be doing to take care of my gums and teeth and I also received a goody bag filled with dental essentials. Everyone was very nice and positive. The vibe was so cool, and the office music selection was great. I will definitely return to the Rim Dental Care And Orthodontics.

This office staff is the absolute BEST have come across Ever! They really make you feel like you are part of their close family. This was my son’s appointment and I have never been to a dentist establishment before this visit that had me laughing and looking forward to his next visit before this one was over. My son loved it too and will be a loyal patient for years to come. If you are apprehensive about dentist visits go to this office and all your worries will fly out the window. They tell you what they are doing every step of the way before it happens and the X-ray mouth guard didn’t even make my son gag! Truly a pleasant experience!

DONT GO HERE!!! These Google reviews do NOT show the truth about this place. Look at the reviews on Yelp. I went in for a general cleaning and they refused to do it unless the performed an expensive procedures. They REFUSED to do anything. Within 2 hours I went to another dentist and they said the recommended procedures were NOT need. The RIM DENTAL is just there to upcharge! DONT GO!!

They are great here! Our son is almost 2 and the woman did a great job on him even with him being squirmy. We will definitely be back! I recommend this place for anyones kid!

Lisa is our dental hygienist and she is absolutely amazing! Our 9 year old really appreciates how kind and gentle she is, so I decided to make an appointment. I wasnt disappointed! The practice has made really positive changes recently and I can see the difference.

This was my first visit to this office and I have to admit I was not sure what to expect as I have been to dentists office that I did not like one or few things about it. I must admit I don’t have any complaints or concerns about anything. The front staff to the back including the Dentist were all amazing. They are friendly, the office is clean and they are honest with what work you need done and not to mention they show you pictures in color and X-ray of exactly what is going on. I did not once feel I was being led on or lied to. I was very comfortable and was surrounded by positivity. I plan to continue dental care here and will definitely refer my family and friends to The Rim Dental Care location. Thank you Dr. Abusaid and staff!

Care was superb today. Gabriela, the dental hygienist was incredibly gentle, thorough and very pleasant. She did my cleaning and explained everything more than anybody had ever done to explain the perfect dental care I should follow. I highly recommend this clinic and especially Gabriela.

After not having been to the dentist in over 2 years and about 6 years before that I can finally say I found the right dentist I was super nervous and very stressed about having a new dentist but the staff at Rim Dental Care made sure that I was very well taken care of and my comfort was definitely in mind I was very impressed on how they took my past experience at another dental office and made me feel comfortable and confident in their services so for that I say thank you! I look forward to seeing you guys again !

Always a positive experience...have been going here for about 3 years...highly professional....my dental health is the best that it’s ever been! Here with a quick update....All of the people in the office are fantastic and always work with me and my busy schedule to find an appointment or any other issues that come up...highly professional!....I am less than satisfied with my hygienist Lisa...She does a good job but her always trying to sell me products that have been significantly marked up with a higher price makes the practice seem less than professional. Does she get commissions from the products? Seems that way....She even put a cancer treatment for my mouth which will be free on my next visit on my list of services before asking me... all of these actions makes me doubt everything else that you tell me because she seems disingenuous..Did not see Dr. Riley there so I’m not sure if he is still there...bottom line...My dental health is better than ever but please stop trying to sell me unnecessary products every time I go in for a cleaning...

Staff @ this dental office goes above and beyond to accommodate for patient’s needs.Marcie was very helpful in making sure my daughter received the services she needed in one visit. The dentists that worked on my daughter’s teeth were professional and performed and excellent job. Dr. Riley evaluated my daughter’s dental needs and Dr. Al performed the extractions. The anesthesiologist wheeled our daughter after procedure and provided us with information on how to care for her. Dr Riley takes the time to explain a procedure and does so without using medical jargon that the average person wouldn’t understand.The hygienist Lisa is great and very thorough. I am so glad they take my insurance.I would give 5 stars but didn’t because I wish they could provide accurate information on what is covered under insurance. Last time I got my teeth cleaned, the hygienist wasn’t sure if the fluoride treatment was covered or not. When I got to work, I checked my insurance plan and realized that it was covered!

I have never felt so relaxed and comfortable at a dentist office before. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Riley was superb and most importantly, friendly. I had an annual exam and found out I had a cavity. The office was able to accommodate me and get the cavity filled while I was there because I was moving out of state. Dr. Riley sets great expectations while performing his evaluation and procedure. I definitely recommend this office - you will enjoy your dentist visit here!

Ive been a patient at The Rim Dental Care for almost three years now and have always had the best experience. Even though its a bit of a trek for me to get to from home, it is worth it! Dr. Parker and his staff are great people! They do an awesome job at making their customers feel like guests. Dr. Parker has great patience and makes sure you fully understand what is going on during and after each particular appointment. When I had my teeth cleaned it actually felt good. And when I had three cavities filled in one sitting and I honestly did not feel a thing!! Going to the dentist isnt something I enjoy but The Rim Dental Care makes it feel more than tolerable. I HIGHLY suggest going to see Dr. Parker, especially if youre nervous about seeing a dentist. :)

I always receive excellent care from my dental hygienist & the Dentist. My appointment is timely, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the office staff is very helpful & friendly. I have used this Dental office for 4 yrs & would recommend them to others.

We really wanted to have a dentist that was close by and had manageable hours we can schedule appoints for but that’s far from what happened. After Scheduling an appointment online for 5:30pm on February 4 2019 I received a confirmation email. On February 8 Marcy called and told me my appointment was at 4:30pm which is not what I scheduled and the email stated 5:30pm She insisted I was incorrect and belittled me while correcting me to what she assumed was my mistake. I have the email confirmation and Marcy refused to awknowledge this! We have to cancel the appointment due to their issues not ours.

I had a bad experience with this place. Went back and looked through other reviews seems I am not the first person they tried to scam. My husband’s dental insurance changed, so I was stuck going to them. Scheduled my regular cleaning. They were super nice over the phone; the place was clean as well. During my exam, the hygienist seemed like she was stalling my cleaning. Finally told me she wanted the doctor to look to see if she would recommend a different type of cleaning. They eventually told me I had “gum disease” and that they needed to do the scaling and root planing. So then they started filling out this finance plan of how much it was going to cost for insurance and then out of pocket. They even offered payment plans trying to make their money. At this point, I just asked for a regular cleaning so I could get out of there and not have to spend time away from work again another day to take care of my cleaning. They informed me that once I have been diagnosed with gum disease, they can no longer do a regular cleaning. I left there disappointed. Three weeks later I went to another dental office for a second opinion, everything was healthy and proceeded with a regular prophylaxis. I called the insurance company to file a complaint that they were trying to do unnecessary work. Will not go back here.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! I picked them off my insurance list because they were the closest office to me, and Im thrilled I did! I got a next-day appointment for a chipped tooth, and I ended up getting worked in for a cleaning right afterwards. They answered all my numerous questions, looked up costs with my insurance, and did a fantastic job. I have found my new dentist!

OUTSTANDING!! From the front desk leading up to the Dentist ALL staff was amazing!!! I called just inquiring if the office was accepting new patients, within 2min, I had an appointment... IN AN HOUR!! Once I arrived, front staff was exceptionally nice. Morgan, the hygienist, was PHENOMENAL!! She talked with me, and it felt like I was with a friend the entire time. Dr. Riley, looked over my teeth, went over xrays, explained everything, I didnt feel lost at was being said to me. The financial adviser had a bubbly personality! The type of personality that should be in all dental/medical offices. Being fairly new to the SA area, and not knowing which places are the best for me, Im so glad I called this place. AMAZING!

Let me start off by saying that Dr. Riley is wonderful - he’s extremely professional and really enjoyable to speak with. The facility is also very clean.What I cannot stand about this place is the front desk staff. No one ever seems to be able to pick up the phone and when they do call you, they’re asking to adjust your appointment times (come in earlier or later for one reason or another) - it is extremely unprofessional and inconsistent.I’ve called multiple times over the last week to ensure my insurance had taken care of any balances on my account for some fillings I had done, otherwise I was ready to pay them, and no one called me back. They have also lost multiple business opportunities with me - last month I called twice to get quotes on teeth whitening and both times they said they would send something over and I never received anything.

Cant say enough about how great Marcie is at doing her job...she throughly explained our options and costs for different scenarios and was super nice through it all. As well as Dr. A - he was genuine and professional. No procedure was performed, only a consult. A great experience.

Excellent job on my two fillings today! Couldnt ask for more. Recommend Dr Riley and their staff is great every time I go. Also, get the discount program if you dont have insurance. Its worth it if you know you need work done!

I have lucky enough to call them my dentist for a few years now. From reception to the cleaning to the billing dept to the dentist himself I have always received wonderful.care and service! They have gone out for their way to help with my schedule and also with payments for more extensive services like fillings and filling replacements etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone

The invoices are always wrong. It takes weeks to correct them.At the last appointment I was told that it would be checked and I would get a call with the corrected amount and a new appointment. Its been weeks, but no call. I will change dentist.

These people are terrible. I went in for a routine cleaning provided by my insurance and they told me I needed the deep cleaning which would be 650.00!And told me they finance! They wouldnt do my regular cleaning and charged me 25.00.I was so looking forward to getting my teeth cleaned. Ill never go back!

The people here were really friendly but I did not get a good cleaning. There were extremely high for other work I needed done, so I started to look around. Well the place I ended up going to months later and got a cleaning they said I had a lot of build up and there was no way that they had cleaned like they were suppose to. Needless to say the cleaning was very painful. I should have known that the cleaning was not thorough as it was too quick.

This place started out great with friendly, attentive staff. Although I have gotten weary of their communication disconnects.The quality of service has significantly decreased. The new male orthodontist who took over for Dr. Vo is very rough & it seems as if they book appointments too close together because he seems extremely rushed most of the time.There are 8 specific instances that created a lot of frustration.1. Scheduled an ortho appt & had an appt card, but appt did not get put on the calendar2. Rescheduled me for a Saturday, but I left after 30 minutes of not being seen & 10 patients still waiting ahead of me.3. Showed up for a scheduled cleaning but was told there was an issue with my insurance that they would have resolved in a couple weeks and would call to let me know4. Called 2 days before rescheduled cleaning bc never heard anything & was told they cant take my insurance for cleanings this year.5. Changed my orthodontist on me without letting me know6. New orthodontist told me that my old dr had a bad plan that wouldnt work for my teeth so I would have to make a decision on what to do differently7. Scheduled an extraction consultation for me (proof pictured) but then I show up and the expected me to have the surgery that morning.8. Charged me a copay for the consultation
