I had my first appointment yesterday for cleaning and I have to say it was the best cleaning I’ve had in many years. My hygienist was Mariella and she’s very thorough. I also met the dentist and she seems to be knowledgeable and competent. Right now I highly recommend this practice.

Had my first visit with Dr Hilton and staff yesterday, May 12th. I was concerned I might’ve needed a 🦷 canal. Not so, just a slight infection. Professional and personable! I have found my new dentist!

I booked an appointment with Dr. Hilton based on the great reviews posted online. I had been looking for a dentist close to where I live.The office staff as well as Dr Hilton are friendly and courteous. The hygienist was very good. They take your temperature and ask that you wear a mask when you arrive. The reason I am not giving them a 5 star rating is because the staff did not ask a gentleman to cover his mouth with the mask he was wearing. It was pulled below his chin. It was obvious that he was well known to them since he walked behind the counter to talk to them. I don’t know if they took his temperature but I left as fast as I could since I am high risk. I’m hoping it was an isolated incident.

Dr. Hilton is literally the best dentist out there! I always dreaded going to the dentist and would avoid visits at all costs. After meeting Dr. Hilton and her team, I immediately lost my fear and anxiety of going to the dentist! Her and her team are absolutely wonderful and kind and patient. I’ve never had one bad experience and I try to get all my coworkers, family members, and friends to switch to her! From when you call to make an appointment to seeing Dr. Hilton, to check out, the experience is always so pleasant!

As always Dr. Hilton and her staff are friendly and welcoming. There is never a wait. I’ve been going for about 8 years now and the longest I have ever waited was 3 minutes. They are very considerate and polite and they never shame you if you have neglected giving your teeth some TLC. They are also very gentle while working on your teeth. I highly recommend!

Texas Country Dental under Dr. Kiela Hilton provides one of the greatest dental experiences Ive had in San Antonio, TX. Theyre customer-friendly and customer-focused, with all the attention given to providing dental care that is fitted to my needs. Its usually a nightmare to go to a dentist. Not with Texas Country Dental. They make you feel at home; their office speaks volumes of how to make patients feel relaxed. and oh, havent I told you that Ive been with them for nearly ten years! Im family!

My hygienist, Sandy, is wonderful. She cleans my teeth without hurting me. She is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions and concerns.Dr. Hilton is the best! We drive all the way from New Braunfels to be seen in her office. She is very professional and I never feel any discomfort when I have to have a shot or a procedure done. Weve been going to her office since they opened several years ago. Its great!

The lady at the front desk, the person who took my X-rays, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, and Dr. Hilton were all very courteous, caring, and professional. Having a cavity filled is never pleasant. However, Kiela made it as pleasant as possible. She completed my filling in record time without any discomfort on my part. Kudos to Kiela for a job well done.I just received a crown. Looks good and feels great.

I went to Texas Country Dental last year May 2018 because a friend recommended them and I had a terrible toothache. Biggest mistake I ever made going to this dentist. I paid my portion of $177.00 for a filling and was told insurance covered the rest. The following week the filling fell out. I have to be medicated before any procedure so it was a week of pain before dentist was able to call antibiotics to pharmacist. I went in the second time and the tooth was filled again. One month later the filling fell out again, very upset I called in and they had no appointments for 2 days. I went to another Dentist that did a root canal and took care of the problem. On 12/2/19, cne and a half years later I receive a bill from Texas Country Dental for $195.00. All the letter states is that the insurance company has paid their share and this is my portion of the invoice. Really $372 plus whatever the insurance for terrible work that I had to go somewhere else and have corrected. This company is more interested in the money than they are their patients. Stay away from this company.

Horrible and painful. I would highly recommend not allowing Dr Quintanilla perform any dental work on you unless you are okay with being in excrutiating pain and having to pay another dentist to correct the mistakes made.
