I was happy that they got me in when every shop was closed but be careful what you ask for. Honestly, the lady treated me like a child and was confused about what I wanted when I showed an exact picture of what I wanted. Besides that, the lady took my nail polish off by sanding down my nails and didn’t even trim my cuticles. She also didn’t paint the whole nail and when I asked she said it was fine. Not even a week later now my nail has chipped and peeled off because she was in a rush and only applied two coats to my gel polish. I will let the picture do the talking.

I usually have an excellent experience here. Today, not so much. The lady who did my nails did a terrible job. 3 of my nails are crooked. Less than hour later the paint is chipping. Not considering the fact that there was a chip in the polish on the nail as she did it that she didn’t fix. Furthermore while she was in the process of doing my nails she just stopped, got on her 6-8 minutes without saying a single word to be. No hold on a minute, nothing. I visit here 2 to 3 times a month, I just don’t see myself going back.

The value for the quality here is amazing. Everyone is kind and they listen to what you want. The pedicures have always been the best and they offer drinks as well. I got my nails done today and they’re the most beautiful set I’ve had yet! Always satisfied.

I got a manicure. I was very specific with the colors and shapes chosen on each nail and I appreciate the staff being so nice and friendly. They didn’t talk a lot, but just enough to make the experience better than any other place. I enjoyed getting my nails done here and the outcome was just what I wanted. Thank you!

Please be careful using this nail salon. Prices are not posted and they will charge you whatever if your not paying attention. I come in every 2 weeks for a fill (acrylic)and pedicure. This service costs me no more than $55. This time the bill was $90. They will print receipts that do not show each service they billed you for, it will just provide the total. Very shady business practices that will be reported to the right authorities. I also contracted athletes foot on both feet from the unsanitized pedicure stations. They place a bag in the foot tub but do not wash and sanitize the magnetic filters that have been in everyones foot water. They also just rinse pumice stones to clean your feet. Besides the $90 they tried overcharginf I had to pay an additional $15 for athletes foot fungus medication. They also do not follow directions or take the customers needs into consideration. A sinple acrylic fill in $15 and a basic pedicure $30, should not have costed me $115. They just lost a regular customer.

Literally recently me and my mom got our nails done and its been 6-7 days they are chipped, growing too fast, and falling off. Ive never had this problem till at least 2 1/2 weeks of having nails. Personally didnt like the nails .

Always love getting my feet and nails done here. This is why this shop is always busy. Tracy is the best. She really messages my achey legs and does a great job on my cuticles. The shop does a good job compling with covid restrictions. There are acrylic separators on the tables and the staff is consistent in wearing their masks.b

Fast and friendly. Good prices. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is typically my nails last 2.5 weeks before they start looking shabby and it has only been one week and they are starting to look a little shabby.

I always get my nails, pedicure, and eyebrows done a Kimmys. The services absolutely wonderful. They do a great job every single time. I’ve been coming here for about 4 years now and I’m yet to find better. Prices are reasonable and fair. Every Christmas the salon gifts their customers with free set of eyelashes or coffee set. I highly recommend this salon!

Oh my gosh!! This place is amazing! My first time going and Ive officially found my forever place. The thing that I typically look for in a nail salon is if they are able to lay the acrylic well and not too thick and if thick, if they are able to buff it down to a natural look which they did just that!

Know the people well, they are always kind and professional. And my feet always look good.

I have been going to Kimmys for over 5 years now and have always had great service. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. I love my pedicures and manicures! They are very clean too. Other places l have been to in the past were not very clean. l ended up getting a staph infection from the place went to and then Kimmys opened thank goodness! Keep up the great job!

Still come here all the time for great service and friendly staff. I have ingrown toe nails and Tracy always fixes them. My toes have been a lot better since I started coming here with less frequency and severity. People who complain about a language barrier or rudeness have some self evaluating to do as I have never had issue and I have been coming here for years!!

This place is fabulous! Everyone is very kind and welcoming... they will never turn anyone away, and appointments dont necessarily get priority; sometimes they are incredibly busy, (because they do a good job), but this means that you could be waiting for a long while to get your nails done. I never go on a weekend! Mid-week, afternoon is best. The ladies are all very pleasant and smiling/giggling, I never have a bad experience. They offer a drink, immediately, work diligently, and do a very thorough job! Highly recommend!

I’ve been there before and don’t usually have an issue. I was there yesterday and arrived at 7PM, closes @ 8. Well asked for a spa pedicure and felt that it was rushed and not done properly. Had to remind her to clean my nails which she stated she did... and to be honest no it wasn’t but ok. Tech got up from her chair about 4 times to do something else. Felt like she couldn’t remember where she left off so started the next step. Still paid for it but will not go there again and definitely will NOT recommend. Very dissatisfied.

My girlfriend and I recently moved to the area a few weeks ago. My girlfriend came and had an great experience. Her nails turned out great and she said she had an great pedicure. She told me we should go back next time and get a pedicure together due to the fact that she enjoyed her time..Fast forward two weeks later... we decide to go back.. the experience started off well. However, ended horrible. Her nail tech broke her nail and left her feet not looking up to standard. Maybe due to the fact that he was lazy, took a phone call in the middle of doing her nails? Or was it the fact that they didn’t let her sit and dry her nails for more than about 3 minutes? All in all, my girlfriend is not happy. Happy girl equals happy world and she left Kimmy Nail and Spa not happy. Two star maximum today

Ive been here a few times and its usually a fine experience; they do a good job and the prices are fair. This last time I specifically told the nail tech not to cut my toenails and Im not sure if the language barrier caused and issue or what...but she still cut my nail. Other than that she did an ok job and gave me a long massage which was nice, but Im still not thrilled.

I called for an underarm wax and they answered the phone quickly and friendly.She said to come on in and I did.I was there 15 min later and out in 10.Super quick and friendly.Good price too.Go here.

It was my first time going in the guy I did very good on shaping and everything its just they started popping off and breaking in the first two days by the end of the week they were already all gone I went in to go get them fixed and the owner Kimmy kept on insisting that it was my fault why they broke off that I was Miss handling things and thats why I my nails broke off because everything is my fault I told her I dont even work I stay home with my kids. Im basically just a spoiled housewife who doesnt do anything really except just clean around the house but thats not hard and even if I were doing anything hard they wouldnt pop off so easily like the way they did in the first week. I do not recommend this place at all first time never again

Im not a girlie girl...so when I wanted to shorten my long nails after my wedding I tried here and Kim did an awesome job. She listened and did exactly what I asked for. She made sure to ask me questions before taking more length off. They even offered me something to drink which was nice. I would recommend this place and I would go back for sure 😊

I went to get powder dip for my nails. I was asked if I wanted my nails filed. I said that I liked the length of my nails, and that I would like minimal filing with rounded nails. While filing, I told her twice it was too much filing on the sides. She chose to shape my nails stiletto style. In my opinion they looked like talons. I had to stop the lady from filing my nails. Extremely disappointed. I will never go again.

Great, I have been going here since they opened the doors. Everyone is really friendly and nice. They all do a great job but my favorite one is Tammy, she sits in the 1st chair on the right side going in. Always does agreat job, takes her time and is always sweet as can be. I dont go any place else now.

Finally, a fancy nail salon that takes in walk-ins and does a GREAT JOB!I got an OPI Green Tea Deluxe Pedicure ($45) and it took about 1hr and 15min. Could have been less but I stayed a bit extra since I took my time getting my nails dried.Tracy was my technician and she was so great. Constantly asking me if I was comfortable, if I needed anything and if I was enjoying the pedicure.Overall, loved this place. She could have left my heel much softer but the toes and upper half of my feet feel and look great, my legs too! Prices are great and I love that I can go in whenever I feel like it! Luxurious pampering every girl wants!

I went in for my birthday to get shellac, they told me that dip nail was better and that if I wanted a refill for the dip nail it was only 25$ if I came back. I decided to go with the dip nail for the main reason of being able to come back and get a refill for a reasonable price. However, when I went in again they told me they do not do refills for dip nail. I am extremely upset and they were not willing to work with me at all for giving me this wrong information. I do not recommend this place for anyone.

Very nice and friendly people! I tooky daughter with me to get nails done (terrible idea on my part) and my daughter wasnt happy sitting in her stroller. One of the workers came from the back and let her walk around and play on her phone while I finished up! The best part my nails turned out great!

I really love this place. Im from here, but Im married to a sailor (also from here), and we live in other places. But when we visit, I always go to Kimmy Nail & Spa. I love the quality of service and the friendliness of the staff. My favorite is the lavender sugar scrub pedicure!

Some staff members are nice while others are quite rude. They might talk bad about you right in front of you but in a different language. They aren’t very clean there and will re-use the same dirty tools that they used on a previous client. There is a bit of a language barrier unless you speak their language. If you walk in, you might notice that the floors aren’t the cleanest as well as their work tables. If you don’t know much about nail salons, I would suggest doing yourself a favor by going to another place and trusting someone more professional with your nails.

I had my nails done here and Tammy did an amazing job! I hate having fake nails, so I asked her for short round nails and this is the first time a salon has gotten it exactly how I want them. When I showed them to people they thought these were my real nails. Definitely going back again!

This place was great the first time, but it went downhill from there. Ive been there three other times since then. The ladies that did my nails were really careless about doing my nails. They didnt cut my nails, so I had to do it myself. They did a really sloppy job of painting my nails. And the nail polish they used was really old and corroded my nails. Would not recommend.

KIM, an advice to you. Treat people with kindness and respect. Be patient and listen. Please be professional when a client you have seen the day before respectfully address a concern with the wrong tip requested. Clearly a miscommunication, no one is wrong and no one is right. No one is to blame. What was unprofessional was that you should not have handled the way you did. Talking about me to a client out loud for others to hear and I could understand Vietnamese. So BAD TALKING in Vietnamese out loud as well thinking no one could understand you.... definitely not a professional approach. I respectfully brought up the concern to you and you took it to a whole different level, you took it personally and became irrate. Very very unprofessional. May you learn not to embarrass yourself and your nail salon with your unprofessional attitude. Do not take things personal when someone addresses a concern. Please make your clients feel welcome to address their concerns and NOT EMBARSS your clients. Thats called customer service.

Don’t waste your money here! This place is so dirty! They use the same tools on each client without sanitation. Very unpleasant time and the women was so antsy to get the next customer she didn’t even put in enough layers of shellac polish. Shellac normally last a good two weeks on without problems and mine is coming off already after only 5 days. Back to main complaint THIS PLACE IS SO UNSANITARY I hope I don’t get warts 🤮

I went in for the first time ONLY to have my acrylics removed. My usual place was closed for a holiday. One lady had me take a seat, and before I knew it, my request got lost in translation and due to time restraints at that point, I walked out of there with a fill on my acrylics instead of my natural nails. I will say, Kimmy did a great job on the fill. Ill probably stick to my usual place from now on.

Love this place! Tammy is the best! She always helps me pick my color out and sits there with me and try’s them on my nails and then she takes her time and makes sure that I like them before I leave! I always get compliments on my nails and now a lot of my friends use Tammy. Sometimes I cheat on her because I change my shellac every week because I’m crazy and I always regret it because other places rush and leave them uneven and painted horrible! So I end up going back to her for her to fix.

I decided to try this salon for the first time today. I was left with my hands in a bowl of remover for 30 minutes. During that time I was told if I scraped my nails it would come off quicker. The whole process was really rushed and it took away the peace I normally feel when I get my nails done. Customer service is just as important to me as the finished product. I would not recommend this place. Not very clean either...

I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years now and i did get fungus on both of my big toes from them reusing the tools . Robin is the only technician I would recommend she is awesome.

I personally feel these reviews are based off of customer service...the environment is nice. The staff is friendly. They do offer drinks such as water, coffee, tea, and soda. They are very family oriented....But the quality of the nails is why i wont be coming back. It hasnt even been two weeks and 4 of my nails are loose. One 2 of which are hanging by a thread.Im so use to having my nails last 2 to 4 weeks. I tried this place because it was closer and based off of its high rated review... but naaaah... Ill keep driving across town... $50 on loose nails. Ill pass.

Kimmys was great! First time visiting yesterday and I had a very pleasurable experience with Tammy doing my pedicure. Prices were good- $25 regular pedi, $15 regular mani. Solar and gel were reasonable but I dont remember the exact price. I had a gift certificate to this place so I wasnt sure what all the expect, but I like to go in open minded. In my opinion, they didnt have a lot of colors that I wanted/liked (I have bronze, medium brown skin and am particular about some colors on me) but they had enough of a selection I suppose. I saw a girl next to me getting a cute design on her pedi and it came out very clean and well done! They offer water and drinks, get you out of there in a reasonable time, have a kids pedicure chair (super cute!) and most of them speak English which is not always important but I know some people may be looking for a place where they can explain what they want, chat with the nail technicians, etc. so I thought I would include that info. Would recommend Kimmys for sure!

I went here with my girlfriend so she could get her nails done. Bad service all around. They used the same tools from the previous client and did not sanitize them at all. They kept switching people, a total of 3 people worked on her nails, all she needed was 2 nails fixed. They were also rough, they were using the dremel tool and my girlfriend kept jumping because they were going into her skin instead of the nail. On top of all of that, they did not know I was Vietnamese and they were talking bad about my girlfriend and a few other clients, they called my girlfriend fat. They continued on and said all fat people smell, I was appalled and I wanted to talk to the manager but they said the manager wasn’t there. Was very excited to take my girlfriend here because of the 4+ star review but ended up very disappointed. Never coming back.

I was really excited to come here because of the great reviews. Let me say that it is false advertisement. I made an appointment and wanted solar nails. I walked in and was acknowledged by a lady by the door. I told her I wanted Kim to do my nails and honestly when Kim was doing my nails she didnt even greet me. She just sat down and started working on my nails so fast. As if she didnt even want to do them. What made me really upset was that I wanted my nails long, she said that its an extra 5 dollars! Ive never heard of that before!!! She is money hungry!! I heard the lady next to me about to pay and they were charging her extra fees. Linda had done her nails. And also for my nails Kim didnt even finish them. She got some other lady to finish them. Pathetic and never going to this bullsht salon.

He glued the nails on he had put one wrong I told him and he gave me attitude taking it off and corrected it. I wanted a ombré style and I showed him a picture told me he can. Trusted him he said it wouldn’t look just like the picture which of course I understood. This place sucks I went today to get my nails done they do not know how to do nails and they made me bleed on almost all my fingers. And they rushed to paint. Right now my nails looks like its been 2 weeks I have not done my nails . What a horrible place NEVER AGAIN!!!

Disappointed!! I actually gave this nail salon 3 attempts to win me over as a regular. 1st time I came it was 4th of July holiday weekend and they were slammed. I paid $130 BUCKS to have to come back less than a week later to have my shellac pedicure redone for sloppiness and previous color still showing on my nails. I did not get a discount for coming back after less than a week nor did the offer an apology. The just acted like they didnt understand English. Ok, I took the money loss. Male tech fixed my pedicure, chairs are super uncomfortable but Im happy with results and decide to come back to do my nails now.Next and last visit, owner does my nails this time using dipping powder. I was there 2 1/2 hrs. I had to keep pointing out my nails were uneven, powder not covering entire nail, my cuticles are still not being trimmed evenly etc. because she was rushing, talking to everyone and having to answer phone constantly. Results, my nails are sloppy and 2 of the nails need to be fixed because they are not smooth and 1 has a small bubble on it. My nail beds are sore from the drill she used to smooth out polish, my cuticle are all cut up and she left excess dip powder around my fingers. Of course she knew that but didnt care to fix them because she now rushed me out to go to next client waiting for her. Looking back, I realized she didnt use sanitized nails tools on me because she reached in a drawer to grab cuticle cutters they definitely were not coming out of a sanitized set. In addition, i adked for my cuticles to be trimmed on my feet. I was placed at pedicure chair to soak my feet, no bag was used in sink, once again she did not use sanitized tools on me and even used my tools on lady next to me. Yeah, obvious sanitary issues here and lack of regard for quality work. Will not be coming back actually one of the worse salons I have experienced in a very long time.

Asked for a mani pedi. Got the pedi, it was great, though a bit lacking on the massage part. Go to do my mani and all she did was put the powder nail color on...no soak, nothing. Kind of disappointed since it cost me $80
