Never going to this place again. Showed the girl a picture of what I wanted and she basically gave me a cheap look of the nails. The nail salon I usually go to would have done it like the picture cause their better at doing nails. She was also very rough with my hands I’m so upset I shouldn’t have tipped her at all! She didn’t deserve it but it’s whatever I guess. That place sucks and so did the girl.

My girlfriend got her nails done by emily today. She did a very poor job on the nails and then proceeded to be rude, and do a sloppy job when my girl asked her to fix it. I honestly believe that you should either refund her or allow her to get her nails done by another nail technician on your dime. Will be recommending people to steer clear of this place.

This place is a really good option if you’re wanting to get your nails done with a cool and modern environment, the whole place makes me feel like royalty because of all the decorations and chandeliers, the manager/owner is so sweet and the staff could do a little better with greetings but their wonderful work and and art pays off, they do their best to make your experience wonderful. I’ve been going to this nail place for almost 3 years, and I feel comfortable going here. My favorite nail artist was Henry, but I haven’t seen him lately. Anyway, I’ll be coming back and this is my go-to nail place :))

This was our first time coming here and Im so glad we found this place. The atmosphere and people are very comforting, relaxing and friendly. Every five minutes I was asked if there was anything else they could do to help relax me. My pedicure was amazing! John was very thorugh with my toes, something I really appreciated and not all places care about. I explained how I always get ingrown nails that hurt and he removed ALL of them and didnt hurt me in the process. My husband and our 2 sons all got pedicures as well and loved it. Nothing felt rushed or half done. When we come back in town we will definitely come back. We also bought the lotion they carry and it smells and feels amazing.

I love this place! The owner and the atmosphere is very nice. I love the chairs and the set up of the place. There is very good service and very reasonable price for the work done. Anne is great!! I would follow her anywhere. Mike is great and very nice. He’s fast and his work is great quality.

0 ☆ I came back 2nd time because they did a great job my 1st visit with the nail art I wanted. After waiting an hr and being told no they cant do what Im asking to choose something else the female worker said do a Google search and chose from there. I did and before I can show what came up on the search the woman walked away. The man from the from yells at me and says to choose and they will do it. I told him I was but the lady walked away so I dont know. He yelled at me well then fine you go somewhere else. NEVER AGAIN!

Great place just like with any nail place you need to make sure once youre happy with a nail tech stuck with them. I got one I loved and the next time wasnt so great. But over all great place

NOT GOING TO RETURN. I should have read the reviews before I went. The guy (Logan) doing my nails shaved my cutical off with the rotary tool. It was bleeding. Left acrylic under my nails and it is stuck to my skin. Then I went to get my wax and the lady (Snow) cut my lip. Wish I had never gone to this place. For the price I paid, not worth it.

I had a nice expirience the young girl had a wonderful attitude.Her name is Sarah,interacted with me and made me feel that I matter.Spoke only english with me,not once she made me feel like I dinnt count.Is so rude when they interact with one another in their language disregarden that you there.You patronising their bussines they should make you feel welcome.Because of the way I was teatred i would go back to Quarry Nail Bar.

Got dip powder manicure. Next day I had cracks and the the color started chipping off on multiple nails. Its been a week now and Im going somewhere else to get them redone. My nails look horrible like Ive had them for several weeks. Definitely not worth the money at this location.

A set starts at $35They charged me $5 for the almond shape and $5 for the designWay over priced for not that good of quality.I asked Mike to fix the candy corn nail and he says what do you mean. By the pics you can see the lines arent clean.Also they were placed a little high and after a week it already looked like I needed fills.Waste of money and and customer service was non existant.I even had to tear my receipt off of the machine because the cashier just walked away.

I got Esme. Let me tell you she was very unprofessional. Had attitude from the start from picking a color I asked for her opinion on which red would complement my skin tone and she responded with “im not sure please hurry up, i have another client in a couple minutes” looking down at her watch. Then kept being rough with the filer and kept burning my cuticles and never apologized even after I jumped. I kept calm the whole time despite the rudeness. When I told her about a nail that looked a little slanted she roughly start filing then grabbed by hand and completely turned it around in my face saying if it looked better. She then asked me if I wanted a different tech very irritated. I did not go in there with attitude or causing any trouble and kept calm through the whole thing. Do not request this tech. She really need to learn better customer service.

I needed a full face wax and Hannah did not disappoint! She was thorough and sweet. We will be back for her services.

Lana did my pedicure and dip nails, she was super friendly and can carry on a great conversation, the place was super elegant, not to mention the variety of cocktails and drinks they have, I highly recommend this place.

Just got my nails done by Esmi💕 🙌🏽Was my first time and I was very unsure but esmi took care of me ! She was very sweet understanding funny and did everything I asked ! She was not biting at all lol my made feel comfortable! It was hectic when I went in with my mom but esmi handle everything perfect !Thanks girl ! I recommend her !!!! The top is what I wanted the bottom is hers ! I wanted them shorter and went a little darker on the pink but I loved it !! The lighting does no justice ! 🤦🏽‍♀️

Today I went for a full set and the man who did mine was “Noris” so first he didn’t tell me hello, then when he was doing my actual nails he was being so rough cut my pinky and thumb. Did not talk the whole time he was doing my nails, Then after I wanted my brows waxed so he told me “go to the room” I told him my nails were wet shouldn’t I dry them he told “you should go to the room” and escorted me to the eyebrow room then I hit my hand the bed and all my nails messed up because they were still wet. I made sure somone else fixed them, but they still looked tacky. And to top it off the price wound up being $55 dollars for bad service and getting cut.

For the $$$ you pay for a pedicure totally not worth it. You can go to any other place close by and they do much more for $30. Whatever oil they use to massage your legs smelled so bad. And the massage was not good and probably lasted less than 2 min. The hot towels that they wrapped around smelled so much like chlorine. I went in wanting a shellac with my pedicure. But after the pedicure I went with regualr polish. I went based on the job they did with the pedicure could had just imagined me paying another $20 and them not doing a good job. Because with regular polish they did a mess.

Tina & Amy are awesome they give the best pedicures! Weekends are usually busy so there is some wait time but it is understandable. During the week there’s usually no wait time. My go to spot. They offer complimentary drinks also.

John rushed in doing my pedicure. was done within 25 minutes.. didnt remove any of my dry skin under my foot . When I told the lady she said I just needed lotion after my pedicure.. smh... . Dont even look like they got a pedicure he didnt put a top coat of clear nail polish and they look horrible. . I would never recommend this place. The manager did give me voucher to go back do to my experience.. but I will not be using it.

Ive tried several nail salons since moving to Colorado Springs, and I think I finally found my spot and my lady!Andrew is so great. Ive been going to her for my dip manicure the last few months, and she never disappoints. Check out these holiday nails she did for me free hand. Shes detailed and consistent. The dip always lasts a long time.The salon is cozy. Theyre always busy, but still manage to squeeze me in whenever I want to come in the same day. They always offer a water or drink when I go in. They also have a huge selection of colors. I recommend Broadmoor Nails & Spa.

I have only been here twice, but both times I have had a great experience. The first apt. I had was for a pedicure. The woman who did it was very thorough and the paint job was excellent. The paint lasted for almost two months, and I had to remove it to repaint a different color for a wedding. The second time I went was recently. Although I was just getting my acrylic nails filled, the man who helped me did a great job. He reshaped them, flattened them (the previous nails were super thick!) and filled them. He even made them as short as I like them which never happens! Both times I have been I have not felt as if they were rushing through my job to get to another customer. Great Place....would highly recommend!!

I’ve shopped around. This is one of the best places I’ve been to on the Southside. Very clean. They cater to you. And the massage chairs are comfortable. They makes sure the atmosphere is relaxing.

I went there to go get my nails done, the man doing my nails cut every single finger, made 3 of them bleed, did the wrong shape and wrong color, and then left acrylic all under and over my fingers. He also didn’t ask how long i wanted my nails and cut them very very short, no where near the length I usually get them. After all that and him ignoring my bleeding fingers, they still charged me $60 and tomorrow i have to go meet my boyfriends mom and hang out with her for the first time. Definitely not worth the price at all, I am going to have to go to my sisters friends salon to get them fixed.

I have found a new place for nails. Very laid back atmosphere , polite staff and great job on my nails. Other clients I spoke with recommended healthy nails instead of gel. Tried it and I absolutely love it!

The best service i could ever ask for. I came in with acrylics from a different place that i wasn’t happy with, and they fixed them up with ease. I had a certain design in mind, and they were willing to do whatever they could to make it happen for me. I’m so happy i decided to go to Quarry Nail Bar.

I went in for the Deluxe Pedicure and it was 115% worth it. Tom did amazing! It was incredibly relaxing. In addition, they have massage chairs while you get it done. I will definitely come back.

So happy I went here. Finally got acrilic again and feeling better. Had lots of great conversation and an amazing job done! Was so happy that I booked my next appointment immediately when we were done! Definitely going back and cant wait till my nails are long enough I can be more adventurous!

Love this place!!!!! I live on the other side of town and I only come here now. Came here once for a ladies day out and I love it. They have princess chairs that are smaller for kids. My 4 year old loves that she gets her own chair.

I mostly come here because of how clean the salon is. Andrew is so good at his job, Ive come about 6/7 times and hes done my pedicures twice and its been the best service with him. He really takes care of his clients. The staff is friendly and sweet.

I went to this place for a manicure. The nail technician was friendly, personable, and thorough. She paid close attention to detail and did a great job. I told her I would return - and I did. This time, I took a friend. We both enjoyed our pedicures and had a wonderful experience similar to the first. She did a great job on my design as well. I dont visit this part of town much but next time Im in the area, Ill make sure to stop by for a pedi. I hope your experience is similar to mine. Enjoy!

Nail tech- Ava- was friendly and put attention to detail, but when I asked her for a design, she said the one I showed her was to hard and didnt know how to do it. I chose another one, and she said ahe does not know how to make them and that everyone else was busy and could not do it. Overall, good service, clean and friendly. Next time I will just ask for a tech thay know how to do designs.

Absolutely love this place! I drive 45 minutes one way to go get my nails done here every 2 weeks. Great service, great staff, relaxing atmosphere, and a wonderful selection of services. This place is definitely a one trip and youre hooked salon. Most certainly a go-to for all things nails, toes, and skin.

I try to go at times when there aren’t crowds of people. I have been going for two or three years and am very satisfied. If something goes a little bit wrong with a nail within a day or two, I go back in and they fix it. It’s a very clean salon and everyone is very nice.

I went there for eyebrow wax on Tuesday the tech was not very friendly but did a good job. i went back on Wednesday for gel fill and pedicure, asked for a design because thats what I saw on the website. I was told we have stickers well I said ok and got 2 butterflies well by the tune I got home approximately 1 hour the stickers were coming up. I decided to go back and have them removed and after I got there and showed it to the first tech they then preceded to talk amongst themselves about what to do after 20 minutes the tech removed the butterflies (with a attitude) by the end of the day this is what happened to the repaired nail polish started coming off!!! Never! Never! will I return!

I loved the service that I received tonight. I was constantly asked if I was okay with color, shape and length . The only thing that I had a problem with was when I went to go pay and there was an extra $5 charge to the service for the shape . I was never told there would be a sur charge for this specific shape . I wouldn’t have minded as much if I would of been warned before hand .

Had a full set of acrylics done. Nail tech was named Peter. He literally rushed his work. My nails were different lengths, widths, and tips were different shades of pink... One hand looked different from the other.I asked him to correct a few nails. He did so but appeared to be mad. I went to pay and he charged me $42. Really? The work he did wasnt worth it. I went to my car and further inspected my nails...awful work!. Returned to the salon...told the lady I needed my nails fixed. I showed her what I was talking about. She said something to Peter in a different language, told me to sign in then to have s seat. I told her I wanted someone else to fix them. About 15 mins later another lady called me and said if I wanted them fixed...Peter had to do it. I said...no I want someone else. She said only Peter. Peter filed off everything and started over per my request. The end result was better...not much. Peter skills showed how inexperienced he is. I came home and filed my nails down and made them even. I normally go to Hanna, who is the best. I will not be going back. Peter was visibly upset and kept taking in another language to the other workers. I became very uncomfortable because several employees came by and looked at my nails. Peter is rude and unprofessional. I regret not waiting for Hanna. I

Got my nails done this afternoon night time comes and one popped off . Bad service first and last time i get a full set from them. And it was very expensive $65 to waste

This is the place I always go to when I get my nails done. I prefer Len. I went one time and one of the guys did my nails. He rushed and didnt do a good job like the girl who did them the first time. I later found out Len was the one who first did my nails and has and will be doing them from now on. She really pays attention to detail and takes her time. Ive gone a few times and she already knows what I want and my color. I gave it 4 stars because I took my mom and she didnt like the outcome with another lady and because I was disappointed with the outcome when one of the guys did my nails. With Len it lasts longer, looks great, and doesnt chip much.

Terrible experience. Went to get an old set removed and a new set put on. I specifically asked to have the old set soaked off and Tammy, my technician, said “no soaking takes too long we will do it this way”. I decided to try and stick it out, but I wish I’d listened to my gut and left right away. My nails came out terrible. She didn’t ask what shape I wanted. She didn’t speak to me the entire time I was there just spoke in another language to one of her coworkers. There are lumps in the polish and she didn’t measure to see if the nails were the same length. I will NEVER return to this salon. Don’t let the nice interior fool you. You will have a bad experience.

My girlfriend recently went to this salon to get a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was good but she ended up not getting a full set, reason being the man helping her did not listen to her and gave her a manicure instead. My girlfriend was feeling sick and she had a bottle of hand sanitizer on her so she put a little bit on when he finished the manicure and he shouted at her for putting it on. My girlfriend knows not to get any hand sanitizer on her nails so it was pretty rude of him to yell at her in front of everyone. She was not satisfied with her visit and hopefully next time it will be a lot better because she has always been going to this place.

Got my nails done by sharron, she was sooo friendly and nice I’ve been looking for a place to get my nails done so came here. Unfortunately I was not happy with my nails and won’t be returning.

Horrible experience. There was no wait (only good thing about this place), but afterwards I realized why. The technician wasnt paying attention to what she was doing the entire time. She even clipped my toe! She did a really bad pedicure and didnt even clean under the toenail. This is standard for a pedicure. I will never come back to this place.

It was very nice, pleasant, the atmosphere was really good, they you something to drink. The only thing that got on my nerves was they were constantly talking in their native tongue.
