Love this place! The people are always so kind. They also love their margaritas! They always do a fantastic job on my nails!

I’ve gone here for YEARS & I’m talking 6 or 7 years, Steve is always so tentative, with everything, even making sure my drink is never low! Christy always does such an amazing job on my sets no matter what the request is, she always makes sure it’s to my liking before I leave the chair. The patience and dedication they have to customers is unreal!! 10/10 recommend!

Stopped by this place on a whim to get my nails done, and I absolutely love them! All the staff was very polite. It was a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Ive never had such a detail oriented manicure! I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

It took me ages to land a kind, quality salon that did my nails and toes just how I like them every time. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 2 years easily, and Fairy Nails has never let me down. Kathy is my girl and I could show her anything and she’d do it! And when I came in with broken nails (I’m rough on my hands) she always took extra care so I wasn’t in any pain. Steve always remembers my beverage choice and polish color and idk how he does it! I LOVE this place. I’ve brought my daughter, my mother, and my aunt— all together & on separate occasions— and its TOP NOTCH every time. I convince people who don’t get even get the nails/toes done to come here haha. You won’t be disappointed!!

Excellent service and friendly staff. Prices were reasonable and all our expectations were met. Clean shop provided a relaxing atmosphere for a manicure and pedicure.

Amazing! Been coming here for a few years now and I cant talk Steve and his team up enough! They are amazing. All you had to do is ask what you want and , boom, done. The manicure are on point, ombre, natural or even french manicure. Happy Feet pedicure is all you will want. And hopefully, if you are lucky your manicurist will be Thuy. Not only has she been here for years but she puts in effort and care. She takes the time to know her customers and do what she can to make their experience memorable. Quit going to random nail places and make Thuy and Fairy nails your place!

The owner is a weird rude and unprofessional man. I was disappointed with the service and the way he treated me. I will not return.

Went twice , and both times got a shellac mani and pedi. The first time the guy doing them got a bit carried away with the cheese grater on my feet and cut the side of my foot. The nails looked nice, but the shellac chipped and peeled within days. The second time I had the same guy, who again got carried away with the grater and sliced up the tip of my big toe (still healing almost 2 weeks later). My nails looked nice, but the same thing, the shellac peeled within the first week.

They are very clean. I watched as they cleaned and set up for the next customers. Very friendly and attentive with my group. Made an appointment and was on time with my group. This place was recommended and I would come back.

Cannot recommend this place enough. The owner and crew are full of smiles, jokes and hospitality! I always get pedicure - and it comes out great and lasts without any chipping for 1-2 months. I always feel welcome and enjoy my relaxation at this place! Had to bring my boyfriend from Nashville in here and he fell in love as well. Definitely the spot to go.

This was my first time going here, and I will not be back. I got a manicure and pedicure. Some of my nails are different thicknesses and two of my nails are straight up crooked. The girl seemed like she was in a rush to get through the manicure--using too much product that its running all over the finger and under my nails and filing harshly to shape them. Then when she went to file away under the nail, she filed away at my hypernichiem instead of the excess product, being very painful and causing me to bleed. Then she puts an anesthetic (which I can only assume is straight up alcohol) under the nail and caused it to burn like crazy. In her defense, she tried to rub it back off, but the motion just made it worse. At that point, I didnt even want to mention the crooked nails and just wanted to leave. I literally left in tears.For sanitary purposes, I really hope she got rid of that drill bit or at least heavily sanitized it because she did get blood on both the bit and her finger. The pedicure was okay, but I will never get another manicure here again.

One of the worst sets I’ve ever gotten. She left gaps around every single one of my nails with no acrylic and no polish. The gel also isn’t completely opaque. My fiancé got a basic manicure from a different tech and she RIPPED his cuticles off instead of pushing them back or even clipping them. Won’t be back.

Hands down the best nail salon in the area! Steven is always so welcoming and fun! They do great work and I’m always in and out!

This place was awesome!! The owner greeted me and even with 45 minutes to close they were still taking clients. Im normally not on this side of town, so I was pleased to find such a great nail place. Everyone was so nice and they offered free drinks. Even after they finished the pedicure, and they were already closed, they asked if I wanted a manicure, I thought that was really helpful!

Fairy nails was such a great experience! They greeted me with such enthusiasm and helped me as soon as l walked in. I was offered a beverage (alcoholic or non alcoholic) as soon as I was seated. The owner even gave me a New Years gift which was a bath & body lotion. That was so thoughtful of him! Tracy did my pedicure and she was so sweet & did a great job on my shellac pedicure. This was my first time here but I will definitely be coming again.

We have been going to Fairy Nails for several years!! We have moved over an hour away, but I will still be going here. Love it!! The owners and staff are phenomenal. Turnover is rare — which is rare — so we get to know who is taking care of us. Even my husband goes!! ❤️

Super friendly and good nails.

Stopped by for my first time today after work. I came in right before 4:30. They were packed! At first I thought maybe I should turn around and go somewhere else or come back another day.. but they assured me I wouldn’t wait long. All I have to say is WOW. I was so impressed by their service and politeness. And my pedicure was awesome (my toes really needed some serious TLC). I was able to walk out just in time in pick my kiddo up from daycare. This place will definitely be my new go to!

After my first experience here, as a nervous customer, Id like to say that its so calming and really very lovely here. I nearly fell asleep in my chair i was so relaxed! I rarely know what to do to relax and now i know where to go.Id come back again, honestly this was the best

Went in for a fill. The owner greeted me nicely. Not a long wait. The acrylic part is not bad but the polish was badly done. Nails looks bumpy and the edges barely had any polish on. The lady did it rushed through the whole thing. My first and last time here.

I love this place! I have gone here two times, today being the second and have had an incredible experience each time. I appreciate Steve and his kind, friendly and accommodating spirit as soon as I enter into their doors. I am so excited to have found such a wonderful salon, one where everyone is nice and friendly and they never disappoint!

The gentleman I had for a pedicure was very gentle and thorough and my feet looked and felt great. This is my new go-to spot for a pedi!

I enjoyed this place. They did a really good job on my nails, they held conversation with me, the place is clean. I did four stars because (Im assuming the owner) was chastising a client for being late. I get it...but...it was awkward.

Great atmosphere, great work offers drinks for there customers. I gave 3 stars because after a week my nails are lifting..... Not so happy after paying 45$ for dip that is supposed to last at last 3 weeks.

I am EXTREMELY picky about my nails but I will remain loyal if I find a shop I love. The owner and the staff are wonderful and my nails look amazing every time!! I am happy to say Ill continue going back! Just be forewarned that because its so awesome, its always packed so make an appointment!

I was a walk-in yesterday towards the end of the day. The entire team was very welcoming and did an excellent job on my mani/pedi. They are so friendly and caring. I highly recommend this salon.

I went in to get my acrylic nails removed and my eyebrows waxed. All they did was pull the acrylics off which I could have done at home myself. They didnt soak them and barely filed them. My nails are totally destroyed. I got my eyebrows waxed but waited in the booth for a while before being attended to. Then the lady just walked in and barely spent anytime on my eyebrows. When she was done my brows were super thin and my arch was totally gone. Never going back there again

I really enjoyed my manicure and pedicure....Jr and his team....were very professional and personal.....very nice salon....and they were busy but promo with everyone. I highly recommend Fairy nails.

My dipping powder only last 3 days before they began to crack. This location didn’t use solar light it was layers and layers of different clear polish after the powder dipping. The guy who did my nails was doing me and another client he talked a lot didn’t pay attention to his work

AMAZING!!! Got a mani and pedi. Gentle and great attention to detail. Always able to take in walk ins even when they are slammed! A bit on the pricey side but always worth every penny! Everyone is exceptionally friendly

Fairy nails is open under new management. Christi is the new owner and I have followed her around for the last 4 years. Her service is excellent, a must try for anyone that hasnt been there.Ada, one of her employees is also excellent.

Horrible job! Went in to get fake nails and my experience was horrible. I was never asked for anything to drink not even water. The lady who worked on me (with tattoos on her arm) was incredibly disrespectful. Did not massage my hands; asked her to make the nails thinner; to cut my cuticule and did nothing. The gel that I wanted was being used by someone else so she had to use another one. My nails look awful and it was quite expensive. Will never go back. They dont know how to do fake nails and they dont know anything about costumer service. They only pay attention to regulars and offer them margaritas while the rest are left to ignore. PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOUR AND DONT GO.

The best experience...reasonably price...friendly...expert attention...my nails & toes have never looked so beautiful. The only negative is you might have to wait a few minutes because they are so loved by so many people...very popular place to be. It is worth the wait.

I was really disappointed. My pedicure was really short and I was cut with the cutile scissors twice! And then they sprayed a bunch of alcohol which made them burn like crazy all day. It was also very crowded and not the calmest ambiance. However, they were very friendly and the actual nail polish job looks good for the price.

First time going I got a pedi and mani with gel polish my gel polish only lasted a week and cracked through to my nail. 2nd time I went in for pedi (which pedi was rushed) and dip powder on my natural nail that same night I notice the side of my middle finger nail hurting I thought maybe she cut me while filing until everyday it was hurting so I went in to show the guy that it was actually a Paronychia infection and he said “oh no that’s normal I get those too, just soak it” I told him I’ve never had a problem like that he tells me “it’s from you bitting your side skin” I said I don’t do that!! Then another lady worker says “oh it’s from you cutting and ingrown nail” I said me? I came here and y’all did whatever to my nail I didn’t cut anything.. all that was done was them blaming me for it and saying it’s “normal” beware getting your nails done since they don’t disinfect their tools. Yeah having drinks there might be nice but it’s not worth an infection smh I’m staying away from nail salons for awhile..

Not a good experience. bad massage. chipped early. paid for a higher level of pedicure and the woman forgot to do most of it, I had to remind her. Im honestly surprised at the reviews being as high as they are! Very rushed.

I get my nails done pretty religiously. Decided to try this shop with my son. I walked in and asked for a full set and for my son a childs pedicure. While waiting I picked out a pretty pink color. I wanted to do a light pink with white tips and a little silver. The guy came over and said that If I wanted that color I couldnt have white tips? ? He took me back and said that it wont look natural. I never once asked for natural. He didnt start with a medium nail and cut down he went so short the cutter almost nicked my skin. By this time more people came in and he got up and proceeded to sit them in the pedicure chair while my son has been waiting. I asked if he will put a silver line to outline the tips. He said it was ok, but when he told the people in the pedicure chairs 5 minutes he rushed with the filing and then said the silver wouldnt look natural. He was done after the nails dried. I hate being rushed. .my son didnt get a pedicure so right after we went to my usual nail place that takes their time and listens to what you want.

The BEST customer service I have ever had! I am VERY picky on my nail salons and was with one for nearly 10 yrs but then they closed. I gave it a try over a year ago and have not gone anywhere else! Steve and Christy, the owners, are the BEST hosts a girl could ask for! They remember everyones name, are so cheerful when you walk in, drinks, snacks, anything you want. They recently did some painting and have BRAND NEW PEDICURE CHAIRS too! All the employees are the best and very efficient. They may not be a large fancy salon but I would take amazing customer service and good work over a big fancy place that does not care about their customers. Go here and you will NOT be disappointed! Thank you Steve and Christy, you all are the BEST!!!

I have been going to Fairy Nails since they opened. Steve & Christy run a great nail salon with great service and very reasonable prices. I drive quite a ways to get my nails and my occasional pedis done here because they always make it a great experience.

I went in for a simple manicure and the girl cut my cuticles way to low to the point that my fingers were bleeding. While in the shop 6 or 7 other clients came in and all were offered a drink except for me. Would never recommend this place to anyone... its been 4 days since I went and the skin around my nails is peeling back from the shoddy work.

Went in to get 1 nail fixed with gel powder witch they didnt have so now I have one pink nail then the shape did it match the rest. Guy got up to help other costemers in the middle of my $55 peti witch was good when he was actually doing it for $110 I am not happy with the outcome & wont be back again.

I really wanted the experience to be wonderful for my kids and I, but it was not that relaxing. My kids seemed more to be of a disturbance to them. Once two other ladies came in that seemed to know to the male worker we got brushed aside. I will not be coming here again.
