I had my wedding rings resized and re-rhodium plated . Not only did they turn out beautiful but the service I received was amazing. The pricing of the services was fully explained to me and Angel even showed me the wholesale value of the rhodium. He also taught me a little about my diamond and showed me some of its unique qualities that made it easy to identify when I got my rings back. My rings are stunning and I am so happy that I chose Carrera Jewelers.

Angel could teach a class on quality and customer service. From the time you walk in the store for the first time, you feel like he will be your friend forever. An unassuming storefront that I’ve probably driven by countless times and never really considered until recently when my watch gave up the ghost and a friend recommended I come here to try getting the battery swapped for one that might work.I was told the guy does great work, he’s extremely fairly priced, and very pleasant. I can safely say all things were true.I was in the shop no more than 5 minutes and I got my battery swapped out for a new one for $10 as well as a replacement watch strap picked out and put on with the original buckle being migrated to the new strap. It honestly breathed new life into a watch that I thought had lived a good life but was done for and I’m so glad I went in. I’ll definitely be back and more people ought to give this spot a try.Don’t let the wrapper fool you, this place is the real deal.

After procrastinating for a couple years, I finally took an old Tag Heuer chronograph in for repairs (after Tourneau botched a previous repair and refused accountability), and couldnt be happier. Angel is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and had it back on my wrist in no time. Grateful to have them as my neighborhood repair shop.

I won’t go anywhere else! I have been bringing my jewelry here for 11 years, usually for sizing and cleaning. When my house burned down in May, I only recovered 2 small fragments of 2 of my favorite fine jewelry pieces; an amethyst bracelet and a diamond and sapphire ring. Angel remade them and they are absolutely beautiful. They look exactly as they did before. I am beyond grateful and so impressed with his talent! Blanca and Angel are 2 of the nicest, most talented people you could ever work with!!!

Carrera Jewelers is a family owned business (so your jewelry stays in house) and the Carreras are wonderful! Their customer service is amazing, their prices are great, and their craftsmanship is outstanding. I took an antique diamond solitaire ring to be inspected and Mr. Carrera explained the necessary repairs in great detail and educated me about the age, cut, and clarity of the diamond. I will take any future repairs to them exclusively.

Horrible experience! The two employees there were very nice. They took my watch in for repair, kept it for 5 days then it wasnt ready when he said it would be. So I came back waited over 30min for his cousin to fix it. Forst it was fixed, then it was broken again., then it was supposed to be working again. I took the watch got in my car and ran errands. I noticed the second jand was moving but the hour and minute hands were still showinh the same time from when I picked it up! Only the second hand was working nothing else was moving. I feel so scammed. Never going bacl here again 50 dollars down the drain
