I went in for a job I saw on Craigslist. When I got there they informed me my resume didnt have everything the client was looking for. I was let down and ready to leave then Julissa said, Wait a minute, I may have something that fits your resume better. I started working 2 days later! The ladies here were very nice and helpful. They welcome you with a smile and help you clarify any confusions. It is recommended to ask questions so that you get the right information and it feels like a judgment free zone(where no questions are a silly one). I would recommend coming to this office if you have the chance!

My friend recommended this company to me back in Aug of 2018 and Idk if management/staff is the same, but it definitely still deserved a review based on my experience. The ladies there were very kind, professional, & more importantly transparent about what I should expect in regards to options, contrary to the other three agencies I went to before. But what topped the cake was their IMMEDIATE action in finding me a job when I was hanging by a thread and going to lose everything due to being out of work. I was so relieved I found long term work so long as I wanted to keep working there. Even as I worked that temp, they still maintained consistency in updating me about other jobs that were available to give me options. The other 3 agencies dropped the ball and Link Staffing was my saving grace. Thanks y’all! If the same ppl are there y’all are the real deal!!

I have been employed with Link Staffing for about 6 months now. The ladies in the office are so kind and helpful. They have been there for me through a lot and helped me to find work to take care of my kids. I was supposed to get paid today but their computers were down. Miss Julissa told me that someone was driving to Houston to pick up checks so that we would have them first thing in the morning. When I mentioned not having any gas to get home or to work in the morning Bre came to the front and handed me $5 and told me that’s all the cash in her purse but I could have it for gas and Miss Julissa gave me another $5 to go with it so that I can have gas. In about a month I was hired on at the location in Stone Oak and January 2018 I became a full time employee with their EVS Department. Its now March 1st 2019 and Im now going to school to become a CNA at the same hospital. Extremely rude customer service! I decided to go to link staffing today because I saw an ad on Craigslist for an open position as an Office Admin for the front desk. Julissa never acknowledged me when I walked through the door and when she finally did, she talked to me as if I were a child... The employee assisting customers should always be SMILING and EAGER to ASSIST— but she wasn’t. Instead, she KEPT asking me did I meet the qualifications for the position and then told me that she couldn’t help me because I didn’t have my resume (without even asking if I had one) . Julissa’s customer service was extremely UNACCEPTABLE. I’ve never left a place of business feeling so low...like I wasn’t “good enough”.

This is a PREDATORY company. Which means they look for ways to make money off your efforts in unethical ways. Your told little about how to prepare for the job.. and told what hours to work at the job site instead of by staff..one lady at the office was pretty professional and mature..but the rest of them are either new, or have a your just another vicitim like everybody else attitude.. and your forced to work long hours even if you need to leave..or they will steal money out of your paycheck if you leave early. Do not attempt the online application. All it is is a bunch of narcotic questions and mind games just so that they can disqualify you. This ridiculous bombardment does not speak for your work ethic, your commitment, or your qualifications.The staff is not unkind here but there is no shift to this ruling. The bottom line is do the application in the building because the screening process is uterly absurb via the web.

I went in there as a professional and the manager was polite and the recruiter i had, dont ever go to a supervisor at a place where you work with people who think they can talk to another adult anyway they choose too, I wasnt given any more work because I was an adult and handled the situation as such.I guess i was expected to be ignorant because I didnt fit the criteria of ethnicity. Most UNPROFESSIONAL staff that I ever have come across. Walked in and waited for 10 minutes just to be greeted then was told to take the assessment test while taking test their conversation was loud and inappropriate making consintration very hard. Upon completion of assessment still waited for more then 25 minutes never was acknowledge or communication during my time while there. First and last time.
