I love this staffing agency! I went in looking for a job and the same day I got one that I was very happy with. Belia Massey took her time to really get to know me and what would be best suitable for me as well as for the company. Brandi was very sweet and understanding with my situation. Overall both ladies do an AMAZING job and I’m so thankful for what they do for people. Thank you Elwood!!

Mario of Elwood Staffing left me a clear-to the point voicemail with the details of why he was calling and how to get back in touch with him. Minutes later I received a text follow up with the same information. Both of which conveyed enthusiasm about hearing back from me (the recruit). When I called back to speak to him directly I was not rushed, he answered all my questions, and talked to me as if getting me hired was his top priority. Horrible. Should be zero stars. No communication, not caring, endless emails without response- total ignorance! STAY AWAY and dont waste your time.

My husband sent his resume to them for a position back in June. Didnt hear anything back so he called. They said theyd call back but didnt, so he called again but their mailbox was full. I contacted them on Facebook to tell them we had been waiting for a response and they said someone would be in touch. I contacted them again to say nobody got in touch and they said theyd deal with it. Its now 3 months later and I guess they dont even have a response for me anymore.

Horrible company to be involved with. You have to really watch your pay. My personal opinion is that they have somebody on the inside that is pocketing money, but cant prove it,,,,yet. I am still with Elwood, not by choice, but it is necessary until I roll over to the company that Im working for. This company offers a monthly bonus. I only get half of the bonus. I consider myself lucky, because most of the other Elwood guys dont get one at all. Elwood dropped my wife and son from my insurance and forgot to tell me. They didnt; however forget to hold the money out of my check every week. I also have two friends at Elwood that owe child support. Their payment was held out every week; however, it was not being sent to the attorney general.If you have to call them about an issue, it is nearly impossible to get in touch with anybody. They also like to blame the prospective employer for all of their shortcomings.Use them if you have to, just know that its a full time job keeping an eye on them.

Every time i call they tell me there is no work had a buddy call that same day and they helped him out i have used them in the past and they were helpful and now it seems like they just dont care they need some new staff for sure its a lady named kenzie or something like that never any help

I applied for a position but didnt hear anything back within a couple days, So I called and spoke with a lady name Samantha and when she answered she was already rude and I told her that I applied for a position and she was like oh, send me your resume and call me back. Already I felt like she didnt care, so I did just that and called her back and she told me that I wasnt qualified for the position which I found hard to believe cause it was an entry level position...(by the way im way over qualified with years of experience working in the pipeline/oilfield industry thats what I applied for.) Then she was ready to hang up not willing to help me otherwise So before she was able to hang up I quickly asked if they have anything else available and she was like not really we only have openings in Pleasanton which by the way is only 20 min away from me... and she said Oh I have to speak to my hiring manager which I dont know what for but this is way beyond Horrible customer service and I wouldnt waste my time trying to go through them!!! Its a Staffing Company they are there to HELP find jobs NOT make it harder.

This company does not pay their vendors. We agreed to perform some remote I-9 employment verification services in January and we still have not been paid. Nicki La France keeps giving us the runaround even though she is the one who reached out to us to perform these services. Please be wary of doing business with this company!
