Overall they are good but they have on a few occasions forgotten to pay me. Then told me I could get the hours added to my next check or have a live check cut and mailed to my home within 24. But if I took the live check option they would pull an additional 25% for taxes. I already pay close to 20% in taxes per check. It leaves me kinda screwed as I have bills that automatically draft through the month but Im not willing to pay almost 45% of my check to taxes.

I have been contracting for over 15 years. Ms. Elena has been the best recruiter, I had the pleasure of working with. Shes professional, considerate, and respectful. Loved how she emailed me suggestions, ideas, and great methods on what to do and how to perform during an interview. The best part was that she communicated with me, which is something others do not do. Thank you Ms. Elena.

Im sure they may be great within the San Antonio area, but I would NOT recommend using this company for being placed outside of this area. The entire process was confusing, so many disconnects between employee, employer, and workforce. By far the worst experience Ive had. Also, the most confusing insurance setup ever. Ill be going elsewhere to complain about that as well.

I like Volt one of the best Temp services I have worked with, however, a issue came up with one of the jobs I was assigned to and I felt VOLT did not do much to defend me against the employer who broke its contract with me.

My rep, Jon, was very professional. They were honest and constantly available for communication.

Horrible place to work. They dont have VTO nor PTO meaning the only time you will have off is UNPAID! There are NO RAISES PERIOD!!!
