I have the monthly plan, and for 20 bucks you cant go wrong. The attendant always make sure he says the front and back of my car real well to get all the bugs the automatic machine usually doesnt. And I love the fact that when I hit a little tire, I realize they have a free room machine on site!

Attendant works hard, car wash does a good job, vacuums are very strong. Minus one star for not having compressed air and being in the hood. Wouldn’t wash my car here after dark.

I signed up for the membership as they take the time to clean the back bumpers and window prior to running the car thru the car wash so it is sparkling clean when the car comes out.

Love this place. 30$ a month I could wash my car 10x a day if I felt like it(but thats obviously not great for your cars finish). Always a great result and if not, swing back through and theyll rewash it free of charge. Great friendly staff and love their proximity to my location. WAY better than wash tub and their overpriced, upselling nonsense. Thanks WaterWorks!

I have been a happy customer of this car wash for many years! I use the “unlimited” car wash plan, but have had detail work done as well. The manager, John, is super professional and customer oriented and his staff follow his example. The prices are very reasonable and they have a variety of cleaning services, besides the automatic washes.

The employees always laid back and do their jobs without attitudes. Never knew till lately you can tip the guy who scrubs down all the places that catch most of dirt and bugs. Armor all the tires? No problem. Just ask. Small fee.

Great place to get your car washed. They have Monthly membership. Wash ur car as often as u want. Highly recommended.

Came in this morning and had a great experience with Rick I think his name was. He promptly took care of me and my needs since my little reader wouldnt pick up on my windshield. Not often do they do the scrub of the bumper when they start but this guy did it and the windshield. Its the little things! He was very nice and all smiles!

Pretty decent wash for the price. It didnt get every spot but good enough. The free vaccuum are nice touch. The only thing Id recommend is adding more vacuums and different size attachments for them.

Pays for itself after 2 car washes if you purchase their monthly package. The staff members are great and very friendly. The drive threw cleans very well considering I hava a black car. Cant find any dirt any where after a wash. Would recommend.

Jason is the manager and you couldnt find a better person to manage your business. He addressed my concerns, corrected them and was extremely pleasant throughout. Very professional!The first run through was for the cheapest package, $5. After being prepped and ran through the car wash, I pointed out a few areas I felt should have been cleaned. I.e. the top of the car.Jason agreed, prepped it himself and reran it through the was. Sorry to say the before pics were lost, but the after pics speak for themselves.Great job Jason and great job Waterworks. Well deserving your business.

WaterWorks usually offers a good, affordable wash with free vacuums. When I went to this location, I paid for the Ultimate wash, which includes a wash and spray wax, plus a wheel wash and shine, but the wheel wash was only working on the drivers side; the passenger side tires were filthy. I reported this to the attendant, who acted surprised and told me to go through again, but my car came out exactly the same way the second time. I was in a hurry, so I gave up and left, and fixed it, using my own time and supplies, later.

Staff is already friendly! They do a great job pre washing my SUV. I currently bought into their Unlimted Car Wash for $14.99 a month. Which I believe is a very good deal considering I get a wash almost week. And their free. Vacuum is a bonus.

I usually just use the free vacuums but now that I have a brand new car I brought it in for a detail. Im watching the guy and he doing an amazing job!! Taking his time and making sure he doesnt miss anything! Now thats the service I was looking for and will be back at least once a month because of him!!

I have been going to the location on Perrin Beitel, does a great job even on the $5 wash. I went there Friday (07/03/15), two vacuum hoses disconnected laying on the ground, trash scattered all over the area, and trash cans running over.I had to wait to get to a vacuum station. When I drove to the pay machine, I advised the man there at this rate I would not be coming back.I vented about the trash and the vacuum hoses. He laughed it off and said they were going to get it fixed later.As far as the wash goes, it did a great job. This is the second time I complained about the disarray of the vacuum area though.

I paid for a 20 dollar carwash and went through the whole process in a minute or less! Then my car was still dirty. Before that, it was my first time here at this wash and I didnt know you needed a receipt for a number or something. So I told the guy and he rolled his eyes and walked inside. I expected more for what I paid.

Its a great place to wash your car because they partnered with HEB and give you a really good coupon. No reason why your car shouldnt be clean. Go car wash

Bought the value monthly pack. Almost Every time I go, they have a problemToday same shshit. Now you owe me for 3 car washes. What the hell is wrong with your company? The guyguys on the weekend ate assailed. One came up to me and started asking me if I honked at him. I did notice to assume I did. Plus you kept lung the driver that you open at 9 on Sundays. Kept us in line knowing you were not going to open due to your equipment issues. Unbelievable. I went to leave and he yelled at me for trying to go around instead of backbacking out. Cars behind me. I would have hit them.

This carwash is cheap, the minimum price for a carwash is only $5.00 but my car is so clean when its finished just for $5 I love this place, I dont wash my car anymore because of them, I just pay my $5. And let them work.

Went through carwash and it ripped off the valve stem on my front Drivers side wheel, which is attached to the sensor...currently at Pep Boys getting it fixed...$135 repair for a 6 dollar crappy car wash.Never going back!!!!
