First time here, selected this location based on reviews. Waiting area was top notch but I did not see this amazing customer service? As a matter a fact I had to find the waiting area myself. Despite me telling the service rep this was my first time at this location. I passed the reception who was no help, no good morning. I sat at another waiting area and didn’t know about the snacks until I got on google and saw photos of a different waiting area. The restrooms are in par with a Hilton. Okay okay, I’ll have to adjust my review. Just as I was writing this Jeremie the service manager walked up to introduce himself. He was initially unavailable but I’m glad he approached me to discuss my service. Very friendly gentleman and even went so far as to add the complimentary car wash despite the rainy weather. Price for oil change and filter $69 and tire rotation $24. Still far less than what I paid for at the 10 minute lube express. I feel vindicated. Would adjust to 5 stars if sales staff would pick their noses off their screen and actually say good morning or at minimum smile when you pass by. Two looked at me out their glass cubicles but quickly buried their faces again. Come on, it’s the new year! Cheer up.Update: Adjusted to 5 stars on account of the prompt Google Review by GM. Glad to read you will be coaching staff. A smile goes a very long way in making someone feel welcome. On that same note, I do appreciate not being hounded like other dealerships to buy a new car. Purchased a vehicle there last week!I was unsure honestly if I could do a VW and knew nothing about them nor even where there was a dealership here in SA, I just knew I wanted an SUV that had 3rd seating. We found this dealership and just decided to walk in unsure of what VWs were like and unsure about the dealership.Eric was our sales person and Nick our finance person. The entire process was smooth, a hiccup that got smoothed over completely it’s almost nonexistent. A week later I am sold 100% on this dealership and the Tiguan itself.The sales team was awesome, explained everything to us and even offered to drop the vehicle off to us at our home. The Tiguan is amazing and the management there is the best. I wish I had gone sooner to get this vehicle, but still, I am beyond excited and love showing it off. I have recommended my family and friends to this dealership simply because they cared more for our convenience and comfort and that simply cannot be matched elsewhere.If you’re looking for a dealership that cares about you, your family, and a simple smooth process, look no further! I appreciate the way the service team assisted me right away, almost no delay with a greeting. The process was not confusing upon arrival. Paul, the Service Director has a hard working staff. My service guy was Mr. Schultz. I can appreciate an Advisor that is attentive and focused during details, and didnt talk my head off.Definitely glad we purchased my wifes Atlas from Scott Day @ NPVW. The General Manager Mr. Fowler even came out to congratulate us on our purchase back when we got it. One would only think that happens on Cobra Kai... Team Johnny!!!

Bought a 2021 Atlas here 2 months ago. Drove in from Austin and picked up the vehicle. Process was ok hence the 2 stars. The problem is that I was assured when the plates came in they would be mailed to me since I live out of the area. Needless to say after 2 months I called and emailed Matthew Delgado and also reached out to management. Eventually someone emailed me and said the plates have been there. Nobody bothered to notify my when they came in and they just sat there the whole time. I finally got a call from a supervisor and was told they would be mailed out. I also told them my paper tags are expired and need new ones emailed to me so I can print them out. This supervisor said he would notify the salesman that helped me, the same salesman that is ignoring my emails and calls, but he assured me he would call or email the tags. I have yet to hear from anyone regarding new paper tags while my plates arrive. What a bad end to a decent experience with these people. As I read the other complaints here I can relate. The dealer forgets about you once the car is sold, emails ignored unless you complain, and no actual supervision or management for customer service going on at North Park Volkswagen. I regret not filing the vehicle registration myself.

Great experience! Vehicle was just as, if not better, than advertised. Found the vehicle online, on a Saturday, from my couch in Bulverde, TX, at 6:30 PM. Debbie Galm( my sales consultant) had photos texted to me within 10 minutes . I left the dealership that night by 9 pm with the car. Very pleased with the service we received. Highly recommend North Park and Debbie.

I will not be doing business here again I bought a vehicle here a few things needed to be address after purchase, I gave them a few weeks to make it right and they chose not to help me as a customer. Sales team is great at smiling management great at being apologetic service team great pencil whippers do not bring your vehicle here.

Great service, dropped car for the first time. Shop was spotless, service writers were friendly while being very busy. Car was repaired at no charge, apparently we had knocked the exhaust around and a mount was loose. Repaired ready and with a smile, our next vehicle new or used will come from them:)..great experience from the purchase in 2020 to the first no charge service and repair.

Buy from Jose Manzo, he did a phenomenal job getting us the right car for my daughter.We had explained a bait and switch tactic that another local VW dealership attempted on us and he was embarrassed as he knew it would damage the VW brand.He found a better car at the same price that the previous dealership advertised that was brand new with 12 miles. Unlike the, like new, car that the other dealership attempted to offload on us.

LEMON ALERT!!!!! The only thing I have to thank NPVW IS for my new CAMRY. I bought a 2017 passat and it was the worst car I have ever owned. I was at the dealer so often that the shuttle driver knew me by name. My last VW was a 1999 Jetta and NEVER in 20 years did I have the issues I had with a 3 year old passat. Buyers beware!!!Every time I took my car in for repairs it was always down played! “Oh it’s gonna be fine”. “ not all machines are perfect” “it’s just a head gasket” and the service department was always in a rush. In one year I took that car in FIVE timers for repairs!!! Never was I offered a courtesy vehicle. And when the repairs were done no one could take the time to explain what was done to the vehicle. It was just “Your car is ready, you can come and pick it up” or a text letting me know that I had to pick up my car. The only thing they could do to make amends for selling me a LEMON was offer me a USED car at “a really good deal” $25500 is not a good deal! Tomorrow alter I pick up my LEMON and trade it in, hopefully it will be the last time I set foot in this place.SO PLEASE! If you are going to buy a car from north park do a very thorough inspection of the car you are getting!Good luck!
