DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!I sent my truck into repair, cause we thought the fuel pump went out but turns out while they were fixing our truck they caught it on FIRE!!! They didn’t notify us! They just waited til we noticed than told us. If we wouldn’t have told them wouldn’t have told us! I THINK ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO INFORM SOMEONE WHEN YOU LIGHT THEIR CAR ON FIRE!!! And at that they didn’t fix the problem, my truck was still having so many problems! So we took it back and fuel pump was still not working correctly after THEY REPLACED IT! Mechanic claimed they removed the bed of the truck to change fuel pump, but what happened instead was we had a shorting in our break lights when they put the bed back! On top of all of that, we got charged $300 for them to fix the problem using 3 PENNIES AND THE ELECTRICAL TAPE TO GET THE BRAKE LIGHTS WORKING AGAIN! WHAT?! 3 PENNIES AND TAPE?! For $300?! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! We had to tell them how to fix out truck and they’re the mechanics! If you don’t know how to work on cars, you should be fired. We fixed the problems on our own at our home. We trusted the employees and this is how it went. IF I COULD RATE IT A ZERO I WOULD.

What an incredibly professional, fun crew! They matched quotes from a shop that was a lot further away. They made me feel really comfortable and their treatment of other customers was superb. These guys rock!!

I wanted to give this place 5 stars initially because I had such high hopes for them. We had our car towed there at our dealerships recommendation they told us it would be a week. We call them on the day were supposed to pick it up only for them to tell us they had got the wrong part was going to take another week. No one called us to let us know this so we had to arrange for a rental at the last minute and pay a lot more. So when we go pick it up five days later Not only was the problem not fixed because it was rattling terribly which it had never done before my driver side window was broken. On top of that weve had to bring it back 2 days later for them to repair the window and fix the rattling only for them to tell us that the window couldnt be replace that day that I would have to be a few days later. I understand that and I was okay with that but my car was still doing the same thing it was initially doing when it had been taken in for repairs. It feels like it keeps slipping out of gear. So when I talk to the manager he literally told me well at this point for people have drove your car and theres nothing wrong with it so its going to have to break until we know what is wrong with it. How unprofessional is that? So I responded with not to be rude or anything but you said it was driveable and ready to pick up when in reality it was still rattling uncontrollably and felt like the undercarriage was going to fall off. And now all of a sudden theyre telling me I need struts when just two months ago I had all brand new tires put on and everything was checked out and I was told there was nothing wrong with the car. But after complaining all of a sudden now the car is running funny. So I would definitely recommend coming here at your own discretion friend most part they are friendly and family-oriented and are genuinely good with kids however I am still having the same problems with my vehicle.

If you are a senior citizen a veteran do not take your car to these people . They will do you what they have done to me they are rude you dont get what you pay for they steal from your car

They will rip you off break something and then give it back to you. Rude and unprofessional. You call they hang up in your face and argue w you. Cut you off curse and just completely unprofessional

Most unprofessional business known to man I will never bring my car back there. They never answer their phones and when they do they are super unorganized and unprofessional.

Craig answered all my questions and had friendly , great customer service. Waiting for my car service was very fast. Staff members there were very friendly and happy all smiles. I recommend this location to everyone whenever they need service for their cars.

Ive gone here a few times and Im so happy with their service. They have great customer service and are very quick without service. As a woman who doesnt know much about car problems they answer my questions as best as possible.

I’ve been to other repair shops and let me tell you none of them compare to surgo !! I was waiting on my car to be done and lunch time came around and was feeling the hunger kick in. Next thing I know the front desk personal treated me to lunch I was shocked and amazed at this no were have I ever had such great customer service 😊 these gals know how to treat people and the mechanics some of the best around I am great full for coming to a place where they actually put the customer first👍👍 will differently recommend them to my family and friends

I took my 2005 Jeep Wrangler in to have them diagnose my heater core. Thinking it was fixed I bought it home. A week later had the same issue. Took it back and they really worked with me on making it right. No problems since. Thanks to Craig and his team, for working with me on making it right!

This shop is the worst Ive ever had to deal with the manager in the back is rude as HELL! The guy that works in the front does not know squat..The lady that works up front with him knows more than he does..there is absolutely NO COMMUNICATION PERIOD!!!
