Dont come here...worse cars ever and they also have a wrecking/towing company...and they are shady.. towing cars for whatever reason and charging you outrageous fees.. they dont care.. what a way to conduct business..and hopefully the better buisness bureau looks into these companies...the lady at the desk is extremely rude and very unprofessional..and so is the so called owner ..they really need to learn how to talk to people...

Even though you have to make appointment to go get your car theyre pros. They was dirt on my car but car scratches or damage when they towed my car. They had proof of why they towed the car the cost 220.75 cash and more if you pay with card.

It was easy to find and the service was surprisingly great

The kid they have working in the front doesn’t know what he is doing. He had to get confirmation several times from an “ADULT” who was working in the back office regarding what to do in certain situations regarding me retrieving my vehicle. He gave me very incorrect information over the phone, that caused me to have to drive across the city several times just to resolve this issue! When I asked to speak with someone else he was rude and started stuttering saying they are gonna tell me the same thing, which I called back and they did not, they actually gave me more detailed information as to why I wasted my time driving across the city in the first place! This establishment is a joke. Avoid them at all Cost!!!

This place sucks! They sold me a cracked air box & basically called me a liar when i said it was! After talking to manager Mark that wouldnt return my call, he too basically called me a liar as well. But when i took it back & he saw it his reply was Ohh guess we missed that!And never even apologized! The only reason this place gets one star is because of the nice ladies at the front desk!
