Came by the shop to see how the move was going to the new shop. EAG almost has everything perfect at their new facility. Here they were making a Mini Cooper S ready with final touches restoring the headlights. Details are everything when it comes to their retail vehicles. Highly recommended for service and sales.

Can’t thank Art enough for going WAY out of his way to get me up and running. Called him and told him I shredded the serpentine belt on Saturday at about 5pm. Not only did he send a tow truck to the remote location I was at, but he sources the belt AND stayed till 9pm just to get it done for me. HIGHLY recommend these guys

Tremendous experience. I purchased a 2003 BMW 330i a while back from this dealer. I was initially hesitant about buying a BMW because of the maintenance cost. However, Art was very helpful and informative about just how easy and affordable it can be. He went above and beyond the call of duty of a used car dealer, by openly disclosing the minor issues with the car and then fixing them to boot. He replaced the wheel bearings, brakes, rotors, radiator and the alternator. Then he gave me a good price that a college student could afford. Additionally, any time Ive ever had any questions or concerns about the car, he been there to answer and help me any way he can. This is a great company! Thank you to everyone at European Auto Group for making me feel right at home. I brought in my Ferrari 458 for some serious issues after purchasing the car sight unseen online. Art and Dave are very knowledgeable and understand these cars from top to bottom, I was shocked that they allowed me to hang out in the shop with them while working on my car and just shooting the breeze. I think I even learned something! Very fair, pricing is great and the knowledge is just fantastic. Overall it took 3 days to get the car in and out and order parts but I am a customer now. Called for a quote on shocks and struts installation of parts I already owned. Got a quick and straight up quote, which was very much appreciated. However, the price seemed a bit steep, in my opinion. To be fair, it seems to be a trend in San Antonio to charge 5 hours of labor for a 1 - 2 hour job.I initially gave an honest 3 star review regarding the steep price quote, and Im now receiving threatening text messages regarding that initial review. I personally do not recommend.

I called European Auto Group to ask about a re-flash tune on my MK6 GTI. They gave me a quote (which was $130 over the average asking price of other local shops). I scheduled an appointment and the day I was supposed to come in and get the tune done, they called me 20 mins prior to the appointment, as I was on my way there because the APR tune computer was down. I was told I would be contacted as soon as the computer would be running again. 3 weeks had passed since then and this review, I was never called back or offered a reschedule. I give a low review for the poor customer service and lack of interest. Also, labor is overpriced here compared to other European car mechanics in San Antonio. I know this because I have taken my business elsewhere and payed less and received better customer service.

Art and Dave are nothing short of professional. They are always a pleasure to speak with and are quick to finding the fix for any car problem you might have. I trust them completely with my M3 and prefer their services over any dealership any day of the week. Where do I start with this shop! Few words!! Amazing, extremely professional and beyond Customer Service !! And very patience!! I started exhaust shopping for my Audi A7 for about two weeks. And Dave and his team was nothing but patience and guide me through the choices I had! I must say I am very skeptical on who I have to do any type of work on my car. A/c stopped working on my 2013 Mercedes C250 sedan on a Saturday. With the start of the summer season approaching, I was desperate on making sure to get it fixed at a decent cost and ASAP as I am a Very busy person. I immediately reviewed several auto shops that I can do my needed repair quickly and at a decent/fair cost. European Auto Group took my car in on a Sunday (when they were closed), replaced my compressor, and had me back with Super Cold A/c within 3 days. They are VERY knowledgeable, honest and transparent, courteous, and kept me apprised of the status of the diagnostic and repair every step of the way. OEM part manufacture warrant stands. Its been a couple months and the A/c is blowing colder than before. I checked the part installation and the unit is, in fact, OEM and new. I very, VERY much highly recommend European Auto Group and trust them. Go to these guys. They are the real deal. -David

First, I would like to start with what this group is doing for the car enthusiast world is absolutely great. Saving the Manuals for car lovers like myself and the passion behind their work is a joy to experience. I have a handful of cars in my collection and if those vehicles at some point were offered with a manual transmission, I would sure purchase that spec. Last year I wanted to add a Rosso Corsa on Tan F430 Spyder to my collection but I was unable to locate the exact spec F430 I was searching for. The only comparable cars I located were that with the Automated F1 transmissions. I contacted European Auto Group about their Manual Conversions they offer. All in, this is a great option, if you have the ability to afford an F430 you can easily afford to take this approach to get exactly what you desire. The process was great, it did take some time longer (Which I expected), Italians love to relax so it was no surprise parts took a bit longer but also the group took their time to go over the entire car and make it absolutely perfect, which also takes a great deal of attention and time.The Result:I was stunned when my F430 was finally shipped back to me, all of the blemishes were repaired, the car was detailed inside and out, the paint was corrected and sealed and the presentation absolutely knocked my socks off.The Drive:During my hunt of my F430, I drove several factory manual F430s (One Coupe and 2 Spiders) that did not meet my criteria. Some gears were hard to shift, the lever was sloppy and each car performed differently.My converted F430 is a different story, perfect tight shifts, no issues getting into gear, clutch engagement is absolutely ideal and the transmission achieves every gear flawlessly.Overall:I am extremely happy with the end result and would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a better driving experience that want manual gear changes to contact European Auto Group. Communication could have been a bit better but as they say Leave the Artist be while hes painting his masterpiece.Thank you again European Auto Group for a great experience and providing a product that surpasses my wildest expectations. Purchased a vehicle from here last year. The guys took care of some maintenance items such as oil leaks and window trim. That was cool, but what wasnt is the car they sold me had a duplicate title. The initial dealer tag expired and I had to get another. Eventually I did get plates for the vehicle and was promised that this title issue would be taken care of. That was NOT the case. Ended up selling the car at a loss and the new owner had to get a bonded title. Buyer beware!

We brought my daughters 2002 Volvo in because it was having issues with starting and running smoothly. After thorough diagnostics, the mechanics informed us of multiple issues with the car that would be costly to repair. EAG probably saved us from further headaches down the road with this vehicle. These guys know their foreign cars. Went to European Auto Group because they had a pretty uncommon BMW Wagon that had been impossible to find in good condition. These guys pretty much refurbished the inside of the car because it wasn’t ‘up to their standards’ and it looked better than any other Wagon I had seen online anywhere. Definitely recommend these guys to everyone looking for a car, awesome customer service and prices.

My Volkswagon Jetta had the EPC light and our cars brake light wouldnt turn off. They did a full diagnostic and saved us the headache of buying unnecessary parts like the throttle body that would cost over $650 dollars. The diagnostic was only $125.00. They even explained it so we would understand.

I used this company before they moved from their Wurzbach Parkway and Perrin Beitel location. Took my BMW 740 in for repairs they destroyed it! I would never advise anyone to have maintenance done with this company. I have no idea about their sales ability and their cars, but as far as maintenance proceed at your own risk if you use them! If I could give them a sub 0 star I would. My car never ran again sad to say. Before I knew anything they had change their locations. The owner responded that he does not know me and not to slander his business. Well Art let me refreash your memory...my husband has the same first name as you. We just saw you in a local restaurant recently in Universal City. When I saw you it all came back to me what you and your brother had done to our Black 2008 740 BMW. I have pictures and receipts alot of proof to prove what I am talking about. So please let it be, and except my review for what you did.
