A pretty unresponsive agent and you cant do anything with the Allstate hotline number, they just redirect you to the unresponsive agent.Plus side, Kathy is extremely polite and helpful.

One of the best customer service scenarios I have had in a long time came from Ms. Reyes at Jon Patels San Antonio office. I was involved in a wreck after work on a Thursday afternoon before a 3 day weekend and my truck was nowhere near drivable. I did not know what to do, I have not been in an accident in many years and had no idea where to take it or anything else for that matter. While waiting for the police I called Mr. Patels Allstate office and Ms. Reyes awnsered which was by the way right before 5:00 pm on a Thursday before a 3 day holiday weekend. I explained what happened and after listening I did not even have to ask and Ms. Kathy Reyes was already starting the claim for me. By Ms. Reyes starting that claim for me I was able to get my truck towed to an Allstate Body shop before they closed and a rep from the rental car place call me with a reservation number for a rental so I would have a vehicle for the weekend as well as long as my truck was in the shop (up to 30 days). I can not believe how easy everything has gone so far and it was all due to the selfless customer service from this Allstate office. Thanks again!!

Working with this agency is a pleasure. The staff is friendly and very courteous and knowledgeable. They also have saved me money on my insurance premiums. That’s a great agency in my opinion!!
