This quaint and historic location is warm, comfortable and well furnished. The location is perfect for walking or biking on the San Antonio River. We love staying at the Madison every time we visit San Antonio.

Nice spacious apartment buildings with a nice view

We rented with my family 3 apartments and stayed for 1 month. I can say that the owner and the people that works there are very kind, polity and helpful. The location couldnt be better. It is so close from downtown that you can go walking. It would be a 20min walk. Parking is very easy and close to the building. The apartments are beautiful and clean. You have absolutely all the amenities needed. I would definitely stay there again and recommend them.

Absolutely fabulous location and great ambiance to the villas and the property! Very historical with hardwood floors and clean comfortable casually elegant furnishings. She best place to stay in SA in the Historic King William District set among fabulous 150 year old historic mansions. Like being in May-berry in the middle of downtown!

Loved the look of the apartments with the unique old look. Its close to downtown and Riverwalk. I would go for runs everyday on the Riverwalk which you can get to just 2 blocks away. Downtown is about a 15 min walk to the center.I would love to stay back here.
