Highly recommend Neth’s Auto. He fit us in at 8:40 AM on a Saturday. My mom was looking to buy a car and he looked it over for us. Not only did he go through the car he showed us what work was well done on our car and what to look for when buying a new car. Very pleased with their assistance.

This place was great I got into an accident and there shop helped me get my car off the road and they were very helpful to giving me advice and what steps I need to get my car fixed. I want to add to this review because when my car was delivered to service kings I looked in my trunk and found out I was missing an expensive tool that is crucial to my employment I thought about calling the police because I have the reciept as well as the original packaging to my saw that was stolen but when I tried to report this with neth auto repair they told me to prove my claim well Im going to report this first thing tomorrow morning and I dont like the fact that I have to report this matter but the tool that was stolen out of my trunk was pricy it costed me 200.00 dollars for the saw and Im very disappointed in neths auto service

DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC, I went in for a transmission repair or replace for a front seal leak, Lexus book is 5.2 hours, He assured me it would be done in a week, long story short one month and one week later I get the car back with the interior in absolute disarray, grease stains everywhere, the lingering smell of smoke. On top of all of that the job wasnt even close to completion, I got it towed to Aamco to get finished.PLEASE IF YOU LOVE YOUR SANITY DO NOT USE THIS SHODDY MECHANICHere lies a picture of my filthy floor, that once had a floor mat over it, but they removed it to piss me off more I guess.In fact they were so bad I came back to add detail to the situation. This was typed into my notes when I had just came back from his shop to check on the progress of the car.Terrible customer service, terrible time estimation, Neth said the transmission repair would take a week at most, I started my business with him December 20, excuse after excuse, one week, two week, one month after he finally gets the transmission off to diagnose the problem it’s now January 16, he can’t effect the repairs, and tells me I need to get the transmission repaired myself and bring it back for him to install, cut o2 sensor wires, grease stained carpet, on top of all of this I had to breathe down his neck for him to actually perform the work, I would not recommend this pseudo mechanic to even my worst enemy, this has by far been the most stressful and detrimental experience I’ve ever had with anybody working in the automotive industry, I would’ve rather paid quadruple at a dealer than deal with this terrible mechanic. A few items were also stolen out of my car.I wish you could give a lower review.Hes lucky Im shipping off to Navy basic or otherwise I wouldve sued him. I needed 2 new o2 sensors because the wires were cut. Completely avoidable. and you need to avoid this mechanic like the plague.You have been warned.

K this place burned me Twice. My in-laws ride had a bad Radiator. It was replaced. A week later the Water pump started making noises and then went out. I then confronted him about it and was so in denial and not wanting to take blame for it. Then I take my Chevy Caprice to have the starter replaced. That was done but the downside was the car would not start. Back to confronting him again and this time he gives too many excuses on what to do. Now I have got to the point where I dont go to him no more because hes nothing but a Huge rip off. I strongly would not recommend this place to no one. If you want to it be better to think twice before going to him.

I had some shocks done on the back end of my vehicle. About 3 weeks after that I had the front shocks the inner and outer tie rods, to drive axles on the Subaru. Got to be one of the most reasonable priced mechanics that do actually quality work on your vehicle. Very friendly and very nice guy. He doesnt overcharge you if something needs to be fixed he lets you know and fixes it while youre there. Definitely recommend this place to anybody looking to save some money on mechanical work

Wow an honest and fair professional. Took my car in and received a respectful assessment. Neth is super nice and gave me a quote which was absolutely fair. I called 10 other places who wanted to overcharge.He got it fixed and on the road in under 1 hour. Great guy and business. This is my new go to for mechanic work from here on out.

Neth is one of the honest and most amazing mechanic in SLC he is been my mechanic for years his job is fantastic an on the top of thst wonderful customer service.

Ive registered and/or had work done on our 1968 Impala, 1976 Riviera, 1979 El Camino, 2000 Escalade, 2004 Escalade, 2009 Escalade, 2005 Dodge Ram 1500, 2001 Lexus, 2004 Dodge Charger, 1998 S10, 2001 Jaguar, 2017 Ram 1500, and 2018 Chrysler 300. Ive been going to Neths since Ive stopped doing my own mechanic work because his prices and service are great. I just picked up a 1987 Buick that Im going to have emission work done by his shop, too!

Neth is trash and wouldn’t recommend no one there, wouldn’t even recommend my worst enemy, I’ve gave him so many chances to fix my car and he didn’t even fix it, and I recently got my emissions done there and he cracked my $500 carbon fiber lip and saying it wasn’t him and that he was being careful, he’s a lier and you can see it for yourself that he doesn’t even care about his business no more so my mistake was thinking he was gonna take care of my car but didn’t I wouldn’t even give him a one star if there was that option

Fast and reliable service I was in and out with in 20 minutes got my emissions and registration done all at a great price!

Neth has been my mechanic for several years and has provided excellent low cost services for my vehicles maintenance and repairs. He is honest, very reasonable and will never mislead. Id advise anyone looking for a reliable mechanic to Neth. I sometimes have to work around his schedule, because I know what I get in return. Some disclaimer - shop is not clean as you experience in a typical dealership and appears to be unkempt, which means he passes on the overhead savings to your pocket. My personal preference.

I was referred to neth about 18 years ago and have been a loyal customer ever since! Him and john always get things taken care of and have never done me wrong! I send all my family and friends to Neths! I really appreciate all they have done to help me out all these years and of course I now call them great friends!! Thanx guys your the best!!

Neth worked on a truck I had years ago when he had his shop on 3500 South in West Valley City and did a wonderful job. He is very honest and affordable and does excellent work. Since then I have sent my friends and family to him. He is currently working on my current vehicle and has been great by calling me and updating me on the progress of my vehicles repairs. Very satisfied with Neths Auto. I highly recommend Neths Auto.

Very unprofessional, lies about fixing car, dirty work, messed up my bmw, got my carpet dirty, greasy stains all over the interior, scratched my wheels, watch your car because extended labor. Very bad experience with Neth, lying about parts not showing up. Dont trust his word. He extended a 1 day job for 3 weeks.I just get my car yesterday and take to my local mechanic and fix what neth never fix for 3weeks in a day. I would never reccomend a friend of mine to this dirty place.

Neth works extremely hard and is really smart. Always affordable, I worry he doesnt make enough for what he charges. They dont come any more honest and reliable than Neth! Used him for years on many different types of cars, from Pontiac to Audi, he has saved me tons, many dealers and repairs shops will tell me I needed this/that and Neth will review it and often times tell me I only need a fraction of what they said, his honesty is what keeps me coming back, plus you wont find better prices. Great place!
