I was having check engine light issues due to my supposed catalytic converter according to Mark Miller Subaru. Took it to Brigham Street to get a second opinion. Todd and Mike found out it was an O2 sensor and an AF sensor pretty quickly and got it completely taken care of and havent had any problems. They were half the price of the Dealership to take care of these problems and they were honest and up front with the problem. If you are looking for honest upfront mechanics, this is the place to go!

I am still stunned by the kindness of this shop. I have stage 4 cancer, and my car nearly broke down on the way to Huntsman. After hearing my story, this shop’s accountant gave me a ride to my hotel, and one of the owners fixed my car FOR FREE. I am still amazed. I’ve told literally everyone I know about this place. Thank you so much for your kindness! I will never forget you or what you did for me and my family during this difficult time. People like you are what make this world so wonderful. You’re awesome!!!

Todd is super helpful and fair, my family has been bringing our cars to him for everything from oil changes to warped rotors and hes always charged us a fair price and got our cars back asap, always calls me if he notices anything else wrong, always gives me all the options and pros and cons of each option. Ive tried other shops, including big ones like Ken garff, and always come back to Todd - they might have a nice waiting room, but they dont respect my opinion and have my best interest in mind the way Todd does.

Need some auto or truck repairs. Then you need to go to Brigham Street auto service. The only place in Salt Lake City that I have found that works on vehicles with carburetors. They do absolutely awesome work. I had my engine rebuilt by Carlos at 3900 South at 900 East, after less then 5000 miles I lost a valve on a supposed rebuilt head. Carlos cut corners and didnt have the head machined. Brigham Street is now working on the truck. I have invested 6k plus into this Dodge RamCharger. I cant wait to get it back this time. I know the Brigham Street crew will get it right the first time.

Took my 2004 Ford Mustang in to have a mechanic look at it after buying it. They didnt charge me alot just to look at it and give me a peace of mind. They gave me an itemized list of what the issues are that included parts and labor. Love the service.

Ive been taking my cars to Brigham Street for many years. The maintenance and repairs have been the most excellent Ive ever enjoyed at any shop. It is the quality of service and integrity that keep me coming back. They care about me. They call me by my name. One of the newest and nicest cars Ive ever had I take to Brigham Street for Service and maintenance that would otherwise be covered under warranty because I trust their work and prefer their service.

Something that could not be fixed was the car fluid washer. I went twice and still is giving me problems. Asked for a refund and did not know there is no refund :) Besides that, the service is kind of good.

These guys are honest, great at diagnostics and have fair prices. In addition to that they have great customer service and are very pleasant. I dont know about anyone else but I have NEVER had all of these qualities in a mechanic. Think about all of these things, and their importance to you. Especially after the next time you deal with your current mechanic.

Great service. I dropped my car off with no appointment and picked it up less than 24 hours later with the breaks done. They also completed the job for less than they quote. I called a few other shops before taking it to Brigham Street, and they were the only ones that tool the time to actually give me a quote before i brought it in. I highly recommend.

We’re from out of state our hotel was 2 minutes away walking distance. Let me just say Todd was one of the most nicest & honest worthy person I have ever met! We needed our alternator changed out, As we where needing to get to the university @ 1245. We checked our vehicle in @ 930 it was a short time frame for him to get the part and work done! He did it! He got our vehicle back up & running and worked with us on a price as we where from out of state! These guys are great! They saw that we were on a long trip from Seattle to Southern Utah and the National Parks, and wanted to help us with our truck problems. They fit us in and worked hard to figure out a complex problem. Great people and mechanics. Couldnt recommend them more highly.

Friendly, honest, and a nice clean shop. Fearing the worst I took my car in because I had a pretty severe oil leak. I assumed it was going to be a big deal and very expensive. Turns out it was just a loose oil filter. It was time for an oil change anyway, so I got out of there for less that $100.

Great customer service. Awesome mechanics. My Kia souls engine blew going up parleys. Had it towed to Brigham street service. Todd told me he would try to get it looked that day and he was true to his word. If I ever have any vehicle troubles. Im going with Brigham street service.

We were on a road trip and had issues with our Brake Pads. Todd from Brigham Street Services was able to look at our car in 15 minutes and replace the brake pads at a very good price. We were back on the road within a few hours! Would highly recommend these mechanics

I suggest every woman who needs to trust a mechanic to come to Brigham Street. The first time I was here they looked at my car and told me I didnt need anything and I was good to go, no charge. The 2nd time I knew exactly what I needed with my Code Sensor for my check engine light, they fixed it and a quick patch to a flap under my car and for a very reasonable cost. They treat me with respect and I will be coming back!
