This place was a life changing experience from the first day I, very hesitantly, decided to just try it out and I have been addicted to capoeira ever since! You have the only master of this martial art in ALL of Utah teaching here, straight from Bahia! Youre not going to get the kind of knowledge and experience from an individual anywhere else in Utah, dont pass up the opportunity from a world renowned capoeira master. I have been training capoeira with this group now for a few years. There is NO better capoeira instruction in Utah, and likely none better in the country. On top of teaching traditional martial arts values, it teaches you the game of capoeira (a warriors game), gets you fit of mind and body, and becomes your second family.
