Brought in 2013 Cascadia that was shaking really bad at 45 mph. They were able to get them rebalanced and we replaced all drive tires with new. Was able to get in and out in just about 1 hour. Would definitely come again for repairs on our trucks.

Wow, their steer section of scale must be way off! 14400, Im NEVER over 12200! Drives r only at 27K. Paid to rescale at a CAT. Much more believable weights. Waist of money at Valero. Shame on them for not keeping their scale accurate! Expensive too, moreso than CAT.

Poor customer service, disrespectful as hell, talks to you like whatever especially if youre a female. Whoever is working that window at night need to go. Hes going to be the demise of that store. I would say culture differences. But kindness and respect is universal .

I was there in the evening around 6:30pm and the gas pumped very slow. The person who was working there fixed it which was great! But was not masking at all.

This pertains only to the truck/RV wash. We called ahead to confirm that they were open and had the capability to wash our 34’ Class A motorhome. They said that they could. When asked the price, he said that he didn’t know. We thought that a bit odd but none the less, we made the 15 minute drive off of our route. Upon arrival we saw a Valero service station but no truck wash. We then saw, tucked away in the back an old open carport style single bay truck wash. We proceeded to slowly enter the bay and could see 3 employees at the end of the bay sitting down on chairs and eating. I expected 1 of them to jump up and guide us into the bay and direct us when to stop. The employees didn’t even look in our direction. I pulled about 2/3rds into the bay, parked and jumped out asking if they wanted to tell me how far to pull forward. One guy nodded. I asked if they washed the roofs too and was told no. Okay, thats fine, I could wash my roof next time. I got back in and started pulling forward and the one guy made hand gestures from his chair as to when to stop. We stopped and shut down the engine. Nobody got up. They all sat there eating. We waited for about 5 minutes. It was weird. They didn’t look in our direction, say or do anything. I mean if they were on break or lunch all they had to say was that and we’ll get to you in 30 minutes or something. I would have accepted that and waited. While waiting I started to look at the facility. It was old, decrepit and run down. I stuck my head out and told them that we had changed our mind and we left.

Giving 3 star because I appreciate the employees and that they try keeping this place clean. Locked yard for pay to park was also appreciated.

Its the only place to park when your hours are low and Sacramentos finest shut down I-80 going east and west....gas station part was clean, bathrooms conveniently out of order, didnt bother with showering here. Your going to pay $15 to park, but there are a lot locals parked here saving their truck spots. The lot itself mediocre...the only plus, is Perrys dinner next door thats 24 hrs. serving great food all the time

More of a liquor store/bodega than truck stop. Kinda scuzzy. But they got parking. Yes its pay parking. Yes the lot is also scuzzy and in a bad neighborhood BUT... the parking is gated. (Wouldnt really stop a thief) make sure its loaded before you fall asleep.

One of few truck stops in Sacramento area. Pay for truck parking with little room to park. Park here if absolutely have to, otherwise go a bit south to flying j. The only notable plus is Original Perrys restaurant next door which is like a Dennys done right.

It is under a new ownership. This place had changed a lot of things which includes: fenced truck parking and very cheap diesel prices. Store itself is clean and showers/restrooms are in perfect condition.

7/6/15 9:15 p.m.Called asking about a trailer washout.Heavy accent said its to late. Then heavy accent in the back started saying double charge. They said you need the chemical wash, I said no, just basic trailer washout. Heavy Indian accent said maybe $50.Could barely understand and not paying maybe $50 to spray water in my trailer.Tired of the conversation and a run around on the phone.Ill drive out of my way to the 49er.

I give them 4 stars because they have a decent selection of things you might need, canned foods, phone chargers, motor oil, coolant, radiator flush, gas cans, hats, beers wines and liquors, etc. I also really appreciate that this place still has 99 cent swishers, not many places do that anymore. You can also recycle tires here, buy diesel, fuel up big rigs and large equipment like bulldozers etc. The reasons i dont give this place 5 stars is because things are a little pricy, the things like deodorants, coolant, foods, etc. And because its in kind of a out of the way location and its kind of ghetto over there, sometimes theres shady characters hanging out on the side and stuff like that. Great customer service though, i shop here like 2 or 3 times a week as i have been doing for over a year now. They also have an ATM and accept EBT

I had a weird feeling about how they asked for payment (just tell us an amount and well put it back on the card and then refund you) when my card got rejected at the pump. Found out later that they attempted to charge small amounts on my card when it got declined later. This place will scam you if you dont have good credit card security!
