I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I had come here to get a car wash and the person that guides vehicles into the wash I believe they don’t guide cars in correctly to the point where your car isn’t aligned with the equipment inside. I was inside the wash and felt my car bump and move out of place. When I finished the car wash I checked all my tires to find that my rear rim was scratched pretty deep at 3 points on the rim from the equipment. My car is brand new and didn’t have this before going into the car wash.

Not sure if they have new management or changed their business model in the past 5 years. I stopped going there because I was not very happy. Visited them recently and overall, I am super happy with my experience here.

First and last time going here. I guess you get what you pay for. Purchased the Ultimate package. The wash didnt even clean the back of my SUV. It only got slightly cleaned from the employees wiping down my vehicle. My wheels didnt even get touched. Theyre still dirty. Quick Quacks drive thru does a better job.

My first ever detailing experience. I loved my car feeling so clean. I had a goupon so the price was great for what I got!There were a few things the tracks of the seats werent cleaned and the inside windshield, but thats ok. If I had paid full price I might have been disappointed.The wait when we went was an hour and a half. He did warn us before we came, so we planned for lunch while it was done.When we picked up the car it was only a 30 minute wait. 😂 I guess we could come later

I brought my 2021 VW Arteon I’ve owned for less then a month and only patronized this business for a simple car was 2-3 times. A scrubber used on the front of the car before going through the wash scratched my new car.

I only use them to vacuum my car. That is a really nice service.

Used one of those $12.00 Exterior VIP Car Wash cupon I got from Safeway. The personnel is friendly and nice however, there is nothing VIP about the wash. Its just a regular car wash, since my vehicle is a family SUV, they did a poor job drying the car. I had to finish it drying the bumpers, the hood and the front of the car.

I got the Groupon and for the money I spent I got tremendous value. The car was excellently cleaned inside and out and took about an hour or so as I made sure to go in the morning. If you have to wait it is comfortable as well as plenty of businesses nearby to walk to if you dont like to sit and wait.

Very disappointed. I was here in September and had fabulous service. I was selling my truck and they spiffed it right up. visited again today with my new truck. Prices were much higher than in September and they did less than stellar job. I noticed they spent alot of time getting bugs off the car in front of me in advance of entering the wash. Went I got to the front, they washed over my truck briefly, but left alot of bugs and dirt. The wipe down person missed many spots. I still have dirt on the truck that was there before I went. I am going back to Sparkles in Woodland, much cheaper and they did an awesome job on my other car yesterday

Im so glad I found this place must be new. The attention I recieved was very nice. And my concerns and items that were important to me were a priority to these guys :-) the lobby and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Crew size is appropriate and well managed. I will return to this location from now on. The price is pretty much market.

They did a fantastic job on my car. I ordered the vinyl package (everything minus the carpet and seat shampoo) and the car looks brand new inside.

I have made the decision to never take my three cars there again. I was bring my wifes car which is a Kia Soul. Small car right, wrong not in there opinion. The person checking me in said, our prices have change, the $39.99 wash no longer applies to your car. You have to pay $49.99 because its an SUV. I said, this is a small box car. He went and got his manager who backed him up. A Kia Soul is not an SUV. They just loss out on about $250 per month which is what I budget to clean my cars. I lefted there quick and went to Scrub Boys on Broadway where there was no issue and better price. I only started going there because the wife liked it but from now on its Scrub Boys.

My war is black and it’s obvious all the wax wasn’t removed because it has a hazy look to the car. I will have to take my car somewhere else to get the wax issue resolved. I wish if they were not about to wax my car properly than they should have declined the service.

I found my car wash experience to be very good. Johnny, the gentleman that takes your car wash request is very friendly and explains services offered. He has a great sense of humor. Ill return to this business in the future.

Always love coming to this place. The quality of the wash you get for the price you pay is way better then any other automated car washes around. One of the highlights of why I think this this place stands out from the rest, besides the fact of the nice people and good service is that they spray and scrub the front of your vehicle before its even washed then after its gets blow dried, they hand dry it too! I recommend the vip shine or higher. Its worth every penny. They also have other great detail packages as well. Definitely highly recommend.

Wash outside, vacuum inside dress tires. Expensive, $43 for small SUV. Had to show them some dirt spots to wipe off along with water still dripping.

First time ever trying this place so I decided to just sit outside and watch. Each of the employees are really focusing a lot on each car spending time and double checking work (something you rarely see anymore). My car is not ready yet so I will update when I get home- but so far with customer service and what I have seen I greatly recommend!

Wash wasnt the best, also this vacuum has poor suction.

Johnny is the man, very professional and friendly. Extremely helpful in picking out the right was choice for my car and my wifes car.

Was not that great need more soap on car was stains on my car still there you all need to replace leather on wheels they are dirty and wasted..

I soo wanted to give them a 5 star but for a detail clean that I paid for (almost $200) it was not very detailed. I still found gum stuck in one of my mats and my glove compartment was never wiped( had to get them to fix those), I could still see dusts on certain areas... plus the exterior of my car was not careful cleaned other...just seemed they did not take very good care to make sure everything was detailed cleaned...I might give them another shot one of these days but idk

Great deal through Groupon. It does a decent job for the regular wash. Similar to Quick Quack, but they wipe down the car after. Dont forget to tip.

Nice car wash and free vacuum service

I prefer to go on a weekday because there is an awesome older gentleman who greets you when waiting in line to get your vehicle washed. He is extremely personable. If the older man is not working on the weekend my experience is always sub-par! Otherwise great car wash. I wish I remembered his name, but since it changed ownership I only come back because of him.

Car had huge missed areas and the guy who dried the car at the end was lackluster to say the least. I watched him shine 2 cars tires and when it came to me he barely wiped the mirrors and when is asked why my tires werent done he made sure to HIT MY CAR with the hard plastic brush at each tire as he sang some wierd song to himself... the only reason this isnt one star is because of the awesome guys at the start if the wash.

They do a great job but recently have increased their prices yet again to levels unsustainable for loyal, returning patronage, I believe. While I may return for a $52 car wash in the next six months, I certainly would return every month for the same $38 car wash fir which they used to charge.

Great prices, hand detailing made my car look great. Even the $14 package with a wax comes with a hand polish and dry. I havent used the interior cleaning service but Im sure they do a great job at that as well. The people working were super friendly and fast. Would definitely reccomend this car wash to anyone in the area or if youre passing through.

I cannot believe they’re charging $35 to wash a small car inside and out! Back to Bling Bling I go they only charge $25 and do a WAY better job! Only reason why I came here is because it’s right down the street from my house. You’re not that fancy Natomas Car Wash! Geez! Twice your people missed spots in my car too but I let that slide. $35 lol joke

August 2021 - Downgraded my original review to a 1! It should be a -1 for such a bad experience.The employee that greeted me was professional and friendly. While I was only there to get a basic wash I left without getting my car dried because there were three cars ahead of me waiting to be dried. I figured it would be faster to just let it air dry while I drove rather than waiting. Please improve this at this location because this is not the first time this has happenedUpdate - Came to this establishment on July 14th for a full service wash inside and out. The attendant Jonny informed me that they did not have the staff in hand for a full service wash, so I went for the $18.00 wash option.Upon exiting the car wash, on of the blue car dryer things got stuck to the roof rails on my small - midsize SUV. When the attendant attempted to remove the dryer thing, it pulled up some insulation from under the roof rails. The attendant immediately goes for help, returns and instructs me to drive to the other side of the parking lot, where I interact with Jonny and another employee. They take photos, ask for my contact information and inform me that someone will contact me in a week but no one contacted me. I return a little over a week later and the employees tell me it typically takes two weeks. I return the following week, nice but bothered and the employees tell me to come in Monday morning at 8am and there will be a repair person there to fix the issue. They even gave me back my money for the car wash.I arrive around 8:15am Monday morning, Jonny calls another employee, not a repair person, over to my car whos first reaction is that its just insulation and that he could just cut it off. As I begin to protest him just cutting it off, he cuts the insulation, which is actually a double sided adhesive, off right there in front of me! Totally unacceptable! Going to get an estimate for the repairs and we can go from there. Although Ill never take my car here again, Natomas Car Wash needs to make this right. Go there at your own risk!

They do a great job and take the extra time to really scrub the nasty spots (grills, mirrors, bird mess). Then they finish with a towel dry. Overall a much better value than many places

This has to be the worst carwash in the world been THERE 3 TIMES 2 times carwash broke down. Had to go thru again with 13 cars ahead of me that was a 25 minute wait will not return there it was like the keystones cops was running this place

Absolutely amazing attention to detail! I have neighbors asking where I took my car because they thought it was new. My car had been neglected since the summer, but it looks like new again!

I would definitely give this place five stars but it is a hit or miss on how detailed they get with my car. If it is a good day then they spend about 20 minutes wiping down my car and cleaning the inside and I feel like I got my moneys worth. On a bad day I get my car back in about 10 minutes and they’ve done a really quick job wiping down the car and kind of cleaning the inside.

The layout isnt great...if you want to vacuum your car, you have to get in line and wait and then turn around awkwardly to leave. One of the vacuums was broken and management acknowledged knowing it was broken, but didnt have a sign posted.

Car wash came out great. Nice young man dried my car and cleaned my wheels. Another came over and commented on my car, even asked to buy it lol. Keep up the good work guys 💪

The person that guides the car into the track isnt that great, carwash was short an simple nothing to write home about I left the towel guy a tip only to realize that he didnt completely dry my car only what he could reach without bending over, free 10 minute vaccum is a nice touch.

This place did an excellent job on the detail and wash I had purchased. If only my car could have stayed that nice for a bit longer. Friendly and courteous staff. They may lack a bit of seats when they start to get busy though.

I order the hand wax and the wax was almost invisible. It is a quick turnaround, but the quality of wax is very weak. However, they did an excellent job in the inside of the car. Had problems with some type of residue on all my windows and I had to clean it my self. Instead of fixing it, they were blaming the car.

Good service. Had a complete car cleaning done. Prices are a little on the higher side though.

I’ve been customer, and neighbor near this Express Car Wash/Detailing for over 5years. They are really my delightful choice. All four of my family member/cars are collectors choice YES I trust these guys quality work. Note All the best all day Resturant’s in walking distance or relax onsite on the nice chairs in doors or outside. I get the express interior and exterior package. And Once a year I add the hand wax they offer. Note somehow this shop has easy access for tire and rim sliders.—Drink machine could use maybe turning up for colder temp. Thanks team.The area is always clean indoors and outdoors.Donnie.

Clean car wash outside. Free vaccuum okay. They need curbside checkout, everytime guy has to go inside building for a credit card transaction. Also, just wish they were full service inside and out.

Unprofessional and rude manager and staff. When they are busy they cut the services to get more cars thru. 5 of their automatic rollers were turned off, when asked the manager about it he said they cant do anything. Then the guy who wiped the car broke my fuel tank cap, when I asked him about it, he said get a new car, the manager rudely said go to another place.

They didnt wash the plastic mat covers and they still left a stain in my carpet, that I had to remove. Not what I expected.

Didnt even get the bugs off and I paid extra to get the bugs off I was very disappointed

I have been here a few times and they were not customer friendly each time. They are very slow and have no consideration for anyone’s time. It takes so long because they’re usually standing there running their mouths.Most recently, I wanted to just use the vacuum without the car wash. The white guy was obviously mad that I didn’t want a wash because he told me to go inside and pay $4 to use the vacuum but I walk in there and stand there for five minutes and there’s no one to be found. I go outside to see him talking to a coworker and reminded him that I was waiting on him. He ignored me at first. It took me to raise my voice for him to tell me he will be inside soon, he then proceeded to talk with the same guy, he walked away from me and disappeared once again. At that point I realized one of two things, he felt some type of way I didn’t want a car wash, or he was going to make me wait until he was ready to ring me. I could pull the race card but that’s not who I am. YOU DON’T WANT MY MONEY, YOU DON’T DESERVE MY MONEY! I will never come here again.
