This place is now a dump as you can see from the pictures that I posted the massage chairs are falling apart oh yeah theyre out of order anyway . many of the air fresheners that they sell for your car you can buy at the dollar store . now they even offer table cloth ? Ive been here 25 minutes I am so thirsty but there is no way in hell Im going to spend $2.79 on a Hershey bar and a Coke . this place is a joke

Ok. You critics give this place a break!!!! I took in my car covered in puppy hair and puppy slobber galore!!! OMG! Not 100% Since most other damage is my fault. But these 2 girls did an OUTSTANDING cleaning! Good job girls! You rock! I am afraid to touch anything! 😆

First of all this place is no longer called Kings car wash. It is now called new Oasis Car Wash. The place has absolutely not gotten any better. I went inside to ask for the price of the car wash. I was greeted with NO SMILE and she didnt even speak a word. Instead, she opened up a book that showed their prices, and I noticed that all the expensive detailing prices were first on the list and then the car wash. Why dont you just come right out and say: Hi...all I want is your money! The place still looks like trash and I noticed cars sitting in the sun waiting to be dried. Since they are doing both inside and outside it probably would have been around 20 minutes or more for my car to get washed, dried and cleaned up. I hope this place closes! They do nothing to deserve your business! Forget Kings car wash or as its now called new Oasis. They suck and other people are willing to work hard for your hard-earned money. They dont seem to really care...about anything!

After trying to give them another chance its my own fault for going back. My God my car is still dirty. They vacuumed it nice (kinda) but they didnt even wipe anything down. I have to do it myself after paying $30. Looks like I have to scrub the outside myself also. I will NEVER go back.

Decent job on carwash but waited nearly 2 hrs for car to be finished.

They do a very good of cleaning your vehicles. Be aware that Jeeps and cars with more than two side windows will cost more. Other than that we will come back again.

Sometimes when going to a car wash they miss certain car console items or the windows are not cleaned to my satisfaction.. Kings did not miss anything. I was completely satisfied with the wash & price. The waiting area is clean & comfortable.

They do an incredible job on the inside of my car, I love the service, make sure you have the time to wait there is always a long line on nice days, absolutely worth the wait.

If you have time to waste, this is the place for you. This place is awful. I have been here twice and my husband has been here once. All three visits have been on weekday afternoons. Each time it took longer than 90 minutes to clean a small SUV. The place was not crowded when we arrive. They do an ok job at cleaning but not good enough. I could wash it myself by hand in the time it takes them.

You never know what youre going to end up paying at this establishment. They advertise a $20 car was and end up charging you $30. I went there today and before they even started washing my car they scratched it really bad. The guy who scratched it was able to buff most of it out but its still very noticeable. I didnt let them finish washing. Instead I just went a block away to Quick Quack.

Completely different since last here couple months ago. Been here over an hour and still waiting . Everyone here very unhappy. Been coming here for decades but this is last time.

I hate that I have to even leave 1 star just to write a review! This was the worst experience Ive ever had here. I hadnt been here since the new ownership but liked their services prior so I thought Id try. BIG MISTAKE! I got there early, only 2 cars on the lot and it still took an hour and a half wait! While waiting I had to listen to an Asian speaking boss yelling at her employees who mostly spoke Spanish. The language barrier was real, they could barely understand ea other. The boss was yelling at employees on the phone too telling the other party that they cannot be sick and have to come in anyway. This made the waiting room very uncomfortable not to mention she was just very load yelling at the workers thru a window. Now dont get me wrong 3 people working very hard but may be past their prime and had difficulty bending all the way down to the lower part of the car and reaching to higher parts of it as well. Needless to say my car WAS NOT CLEAN. I had to clean it before getting in! Right there on the lot I grabbed the wet towels and began wiping down all of the dust from the dash and the doors and seats. The inside of the windows were so badly streaked that I couldnt see out. Indecently the whole reason I came to get a wash... when I used to come before they had spritely young workers able to reach all the areas of the vehicles. Probably with good backs. I will not be back!

The crew does a great job in side and out of my car all the time Im very pleased with the work they do

Quick and fairy low price. The fish have personality AND NEED SOME FUN STUFF TO SWIM WITH....THEY HAVE ALL KINDS OF THINGS IN THE STORE WHY DID THEY WANT MISERABLE FISH ALL BORDERING. MENTAL CUZ THEY ARE BORED.BITTER AND BORED. ACTUAL CARWASH...TRUCK WAS CLEANER!!!

Ron and his staff always take care of me and some of my kids. If we have a problem with anything hes always first to make it right. I highly recommend this place.

Had to wait an hour and a half for them to wash my car and it wasnt even clean when they gave it back to me. I tried to point out every place that was still dirty but ended up just leaving after a while because i would have been there all day

I want to say nice things, but I cant. The price is acceptable and the outdoor crew work hard. The front desk people seem annoyed they have get off their phone to take your money. Heres the primary issue...theres a lack of communication. I have magnesium rims (any solvent will cause discoloration). I tell the guy on the drive to use only soap and water. Okay, no problem. These are thousand dollar rims. Somewhere between him and the cleaning crew my request is lost. I have to spend an hour fixing their mistake. I also have to frequently rewash my interior glass (they missed patches that were so obvious the moment you drive away.To top it off, I keep $10 in my ashtray for tolls or emergency fuel, etc. 5 days after my visit I noticed the door that conceals the ashtray looked weird. I found it was broken and that $10 spot was gone. What a pleasant surprise. Erg. I called and the current owner (seems to change ownership frequently) said Id have to prove it. He was cold and insensitive. So, what... Im supposed to take detailed pictures of my vehicle before patronizing this establishment? I mean, cmon.Ill wash it myself next time or find a better facility.No bueno

If there was a way to give a bad rating without a star I would.Today the driver didnt know how to release the parking brake so drug the locked rear wheels across the carwash.The cashier sent my mother to the manager who said he was too busy.He finally talked to her and was rude and said he didnt know what she expected them to do.How about a sincere apology and train your employees how to drive cars.What a handful of rude idiots.Good thing I wasnt there!

You are better off doing it yourself. They do not do a good job and no one speaks enough English to help you with anything.

Great carwash great price for fill service, the only complaint is the attendant was no where to be found, we werent sure if they were open or their procedure, also building is kinda ran down but did get an excellent carwash, hand dried, inside and out for $20

Absolutely the worst carwash Ive ever had, I paid for a hand wash and got the worlds worst job, I might as well had my 5 year old wash, and the manager Ron had the worst customer service ever, I tried to speak to someone and no one knew English enough to understand. The worst carwash experience ever I will never come back.

First time here and they didnt clean all the windows had water spots on the car the only thing that was done right was the inside but the outside I could have did a better job so disappointed took my car somewhere else
