Oh my goodness doesnt even begin to describe the wonderful experience I had at this establishment. Its a young mom and pop business and they made me feel just like family. They even asked me to join the staff when they had lunch today. It was a pleasure getting to know the owners and when my car was completed, it was truly dazzling. It did not even look like the same car that I owned. I will be going back and I will be taking them lunch. Please go and get your car detailing here. You will not be disappointed.

Just got a wash from here. They upcharged me $60 from a $35 advertised gold wash. After the wash, there were still bugs and smears they left. They didnt even wipe down the inside. I know its a 2 week old truck, but I paid for a package that cleans interior and exterior. The truck bed was not even sprayed out.. Will not be coming back or recommending to anyone.

We took our car to polish it and they left it all scratched and we went to go tell them and they still got mad at us after they were the ones Who left my car all scratched. It has about like 4 months that we went but i forgot to rate it till now

Came here for full interior and exterior detail on my Mustang. Akita and Ernes took me in the same day. I was really concerned about the water spots on the windows and the hood. The made my car looking like new when I drove it off the lot in 2016. They even kept the car overnight when I couldnt pick it up due to an emergency. Even gave me some products for after care. Really good staff, will definitely be back with more cars. Thank you Akita very much.

Felt like I was being taken advantage of price wise so I decided to leave.Im sure this this would be fantastic if you are looking for showroom ready all the time, but if youre like me and wanted just a quick basic wash, wipe & vacuum I wouldnt waste time coming.Mentioned the $34.99 price I seen online (which she swore said for Sedan Only) then corrected myself to $39.99 feeling like maybe was more for the package. Price jumps to $45.99 for the SUV size which I didnt see listed.Noticing I had a dog she then says for this hair and size its $74.99. Now Im wondering how it doubled in price when all I wanted was a basic wash. Asking her if she could do a basic wash and vacuum, knowing my dogs sheds I was fine with some hair being leftover but this wasnt the option.She did go back down in price when I said no thank you and Ill go elsewhere but even then I did not feel welcome here.Im a dog person, I hike, swim and smoke so I know my car is dirty, its always dirty. Sometimes it needs a bath, not a makeover. Wish I could have experienced even 1 time their work and support a local business, but not the way I was treated here.

I paid $325 for the diamond Detail. I don’t think I need to say very much because you can see all the pictures of how terrible they did. They didn’t clean between the seats they didn’t even clean the seats or the doors. Unfortunately I will not be bringing any of my vehicles here ever again. First impression is key and I hope the business owner understands this. I have a business myself and first impression is what we always focus on. take note of this and I hope you guys can learn from this. But I will not recommend anybody and I will not be bringing my vehicle back to get it cleaned again even to get it fixed I will be going to another place to have them redo the work.

Toyota Tundra Crew Cab - $50 inside and out washed, wiped down inside and out AND power spray mats and vacuumed. The people are very courteous and professional and timely. They told me about an hour and they got working on it right away within 20 minutes. They start by doing an intense power wash of the paint and wheel wells and tires.Farris And his crew are very personable. They were apologizing for the wait, and they had already started washing my car as seen in the photos.I will definitely come back, and you should try it too!

Wow this place is incredible. All I have to say if you want to go to carwash and spend 20 dollars for the most expensive wash, instead you can always come to diamond shine HAND CAR WASH. it is incredible how clean they can wash your car. For only 34.99, they will clean your car in and out. And let me tell you something. These people are nice. Either it is customer service or what theyre doing, us incredible.When I first visited them I had a wrapped work truck. And if you know anything about wraps. You should know that under any circumstances you can not go to automatic car wash because it will scratch your wrap pretty bad. So I decided to try this place. When I came here first time, I was welcomed like a family. I have never met such nice people. The owner of this place explained everything about it and he assured me that my wrap will be in a safe hands as long as Im going to be coming here. FYI, I tried washing my truck myself and as you can see it on a picture, it was a nightmare. So they gave me a reasonable price that I could not say no to. Since then i have been their regular customer and i am happy to come here because either is a regular vehicle or a truck, i know for sure that i am in a safe hands.I am highly suggesting to come here and try this place out. I promise you that you will not regret it

Had the Diamond detailing. Car was nearly an hour late after having been there all day.They did a good job inside an interior that was nearly spotless to begin with. They left spots and chemicals inside and outside on the mirrors and windows ... engine and tires were good. Spot removal insufficient. Not recommended for the very substantial money.

2nd try n Not this time. I was back in town thought I would get my car cleaned. My car wasnt that bad this time around. I asked for the 34.99 as advertised on website. The lady said I have to look inside your car. What?!? She said $45 I mentioned the advertised price she gave me the same story as the first time I came a few months back (she hasnt been able to change the price?) So? Shouldnt you honor your advertised price? The first time i came here I went ahead and paid her $65 for just a wash and vaccum because yea my car needed it. Well I dont know that I will try here again if price gouging continues. Honor your website price!

I used Diamond Shine and Detail today for the first time to have my wife’s SUV cleaned and vacuumed. They made her car look showroom ready and for a great price. I’ll be using them again in the very near future.

I had a fantastic experience with diamond shine services and their staff, they were so friendly and accommodating to my needs, budget. My car was a complete disaster coming in with my kids eating in the back seats and carpet and hey were able to have it looking like new again, inside and out, it will be referring my family and friends here, they have a seating area where you can wait or its close enough to Uber anywhere while your car gets worked on, its easy and to the point.

This place is a ripoff! $45.00 to remove a bit of tree sap from my cars exterior. I wont be back!

I use to get car detailed inside... Just dashboard and vacuum for $15. The lady there tried to charge me $65 the other day. When I told her I always pay $15.. She says maybe it wasnt with her. Lol. It was, I had several conversations with her prior... Remember the bees on side of building?? Yea...u do...

I found Diamond Shine online...had been looking for a hand car wash that was reputable and decided to try them out today. I can tell you that it was the best car wash experience I have had. The staff and owner were so so friendly, courteous and professional. They asked me what I wanted and actually listened! They catered to my every request. I just bought my 2020 Voloster two months ago and am very particular about its care. They did an excellent job for what I consider a fair price inside and out! It was well worth the cost. I plan to be back regularly....so glad I found them.. definitely recommend. 5 Stars and I am not easy to please.

First and probably last visit at this place. Staff is nice & friendly which is why I give them 2 stars, and initially at first glance the car looked for the most part clean.... but after doing a few simple laps around my car I noticed a very decent amount of untouched &/dirty spots on the car. Pretty let down to be honest considering that I only wanted their mid tier service and got up sold to the highest package for a car wash that means fully cleaning tires and complete cleaning of interior.When car was ready to go, i had to ask to have the gentleman handling my car to re clean the front bumper & windshield (even the owner noticed the spots). Asked for a specific area near seat and center console to be wiped down and it wasnt even touched. For $60 dollars I feel like I shouldve gotten a lot better of a job. Wasnt even busy at all at the location.Unfortunate, overall.

Took my 05 GMC Sierra in to be detailed. Carpets shampooed headliner cleaned. Overall the truck looks decent after paying $325 but while cleaning the headliner they broke my dome light and failed to tell me and try to fix it with a zip tie and a paper towel. Speaking to the office lady she stated it was like that when I brought it in and completely denied it so I brought the truck back so I can show them and speak to the person who cleans my headliner who fully admitted that he tried to fix it with a paper towel and zip tied. But it was like that when I brought it in. Dont think so would not recommend this place Please be aware

My wife and I just moved here. The place looked like a good place to wash our vehicles after a long road trip. We had been living out of our cars so we needed a inside and out job on her Lexus and my Cadillac. I had checked the site and was set on the $35 Gold level package. However on arrival we were greeted by a woman who explained that we would need a Diamond package for her car. We just needed a quick wipe and vacuum. We didn’t care much for the full detail or seat cleaning. She explained that she understood me but she cannot do a Gold level wash because the seats “needed” to be wiped and it would take time. I said it’s okay. I don’t mind the seats. I was going to drop off her car and do the Diamond on mine. After a little back and forth she decided to do the Diamond anyways but at no charge. Okay! She wanted to show the level of good work they pride themselves on. I like a place that has pride. So we had both our cars Diamond level cleaned. Huge difference! They got the stains out of my seats and doors by the speakers. The guys are cool and friendly. I’d bring it back for a deep clean just not a basic wash.

The best service ever.

I am a returning customer for Diamond Shine Hand Car Wash and Detail. My car was a disaster. I own a 2016 Honda Civic with tan colored soft seats and I own a dog. When I take my dog to the dog park, shes rolling around in the mud and dirt and she comes back to the back seat of my car with slobber all over my seats. So imagine this collecting and building up in the past 6-8 months.I called Diamond Shine and the owner scheduled me for a Saturday drop off. My appointment was scheduled at 12:00pm but because I had a lot of errands to do, I asked if I can drop it off earlier and leave the keys with them. They told me that they preferred to do that and let me know that I can drop it off anytime before then.I dropped off my car 30 minutes after they opened on a Saturday. I walked with the owner to my car to see the condition of my car - the interior was a mess. I have tan seats and there was dirt and stains all over. Really wishing I had leather seats at this point. It was nearly embarrassing. We discussed a quote and it was more than reasonable. A diamond package was done and they hooked it up with a nice and unexpected discount because I was a returning customer!The car was with them for nearly the whole day, which was fine because I had another car I was using. When I came to pick up my car at the end of the day, I almost could not recognize it. The people who detailed the car showed me what they worked on and it was spotless. There was a deep scratch on the side of my car from when my car scraped against some unknown object and that scratch was noticeable (it was white) and that would not come off, and even a previous detail place informed me that it cannot be come off. I gave up trying to get that scratch off. That scratch was on the left back side of the car near where the handles were. But Diamond Shine manage to work their magic and you cannot see the scratch at all. Wow. The amount of appreciation and gratefulness I have for the amazing service for both to me and my car, the positive attitudes elicited from everyone that worked there, and the great job done to my mess of a car for a very great price. Im still in awe.Thank you Diamond Shine. You have scored yourself a loyal customer. For those who are waiting and questioning, please go to them and just talk to the owner in person to discuss your options and ask questions. They will not force you to buy a package that you do not want, it is totally customer at will, compare to other detail places that will always try to make you pay for the highest package. In this case, I chose to do the highest package because my car needed it. Last time I chose a silver package, and my car was still returned in great condition. I already knew they were going to do a great job, but they surpass even my own high expectations. I just wished I took a before picture to do a side by side comparison. Cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you!

They cleaned my car engine yesterday and told me they did very well but they don’t. There was oil leaking from engine and guy wants to see it. Unfortunately they charged me 100 for nothing

$80 for a wash and vaccuum..there were hand prints and some kind of spray on the passenger side...you can get the same wash at Pavillion on Fairoake for half the price.Rims were not cleaned good still streaky and sdirty..carpets still had grass on them..for$80 they should be better....I will never waiste money like this again soo disappointed

They charged me $300 for a detail job. They did a good job on the outside of my car but literally destroyed the inside of my car I’m in tears. They stained my center consul. When I went back the next day to ask them to remove the stains they could not remove them and told me it must’ve been like that before I brought the car in to be detailed, I told them those stains were not on my center consul before I brought the car in. When I proceeded to ask for a refund they said No because I needed proof but luckily I found a before picture of the inside of my car. At this point I just want my refund. I work hard for my money and for them to take advantage of people is truly disgusting.

They did a wonderful job! My car hasn’t been washed for about 4-6 months, and it was pretty dirty. They cleaned it like it was brand new! I paid $60 for a exterior and interior clean. If you need a wash, this is the go to spot!

As the owner of a black car i know what it takes to makes to make her shine. I recieved my car full of waterpots and splotches after a 60$ wash. Instead of a clean car i get to buff off spots for weeks. do not go here with a nice car horrible job! Thanks for nothing

Paid $75 for 1hr of cleaning and car was not cleaned as promised, which the Asian lady serving us knew because as soon she knew we were abt to raise issues, she got loud rude and intimidating and told us not to go back there. When she saw us taking pictures, she then ran to make executes and apologized and asked us to come back but we declined saying very bad and unprofessional service and attitude. We have pictures and this was a complete rip off.

Great service, Shane in particular does a great job and was was really cool to talk to regarding my Tesla Model 3. Ended up getting the hand waxing done after beating up my car with 27,000 miles in 8 months and it looks better than ever.

I bought the $34.99 gold package that included the wash and bug and tar removal but when I pointed out their missed bug spots on the front of my car, one of the guys got an attitude saying I was asking for a more expensive detail job! Then we exchanged some words until he later threatened me with you might just want to drive on up outta here. LMBO PLEASE do not patronize this lazy detail shop!

Took my wifes car in last week while she was out of town for a conference. She is still going on about how good it looks so I decided to let you guys know. Excellent job everyone! I am so glad that I found a REAL auto detailer that actually hand cleans the interior of your car and doesnt just blast it with a mini steam cleaner and return your car soaking wet with The comment the electronics will start working again when it dries out. Just say NO to mobile detailers in vans made to clean capets in janky apartments, Instead go to Diamond Shine and meet the people and the products used to keep your investment looking new.
