Honestly not sure why the reviews are so bad. The apartments are good and the area is great.

The staff in the management office are terrible. We had several maintenance issues at our apartment that we reported several times. The maintenance issues involved non-functioning lights. We had to live in the dark for several weeks. They repeatedly ignored us and have the most junior member “handle” our problems. This incompetent staff member lied to us on several occasions saying that it will be fixed right away. It has been 3 weeks and no actions have been taken. This is the worst management that I have ever dealt with through all my experiences. In addition, there was constantly trash in the pool the 2 times we went there. I would not recommend this apartment complex.

My large 1 bedroom here 5 years ago was $850, for the same unit it is now almost $1700 , wouldnt live here again, less expensive options are available elsewhere
