This complex could not be taken care of better than it is!! Management is very pro active. The buildings are kept in excellent condition. The manager is magnificent!

Ive been living there for over an year. The apartments are clean and well maintained. Service calls are answered an issues are taken care promptly. My duplex is like an house it is large and specious. I am very happy here.

The place is wonderful. Weve lived here for 7 years. Marge the manager is great always friendly, professional & takes care any concerns in a timely manner.

Quiet, clean, and friendly community. I’ve lived here for a year and a half and Marge does a great job addressing my concerns as well as communicating any changes going on within the complex.

The Manager Marge is Wonderful and Assist Me With Any & All Problems concerning my Apartment !! I do have a Problem with All The Rate Increases...and other Added Expenses weve incurred during this Pandemic !! Shows Ownership is Only in it for the Money !!!

The Manager is very hands on and involved in the details, regarding the comfort of the tenants and the care of the property.
