Worst experience ever. Did not want to assist with changing my battery but wanted me to buy a new one. Stated it would take 45 minutes to do, went to another location and was done in 11 minutes. Also, was told it was against policy to change the battery. Learn how to communicate with customers and just be honest that you aren’t experienced. Customer service and being nice goes a long way. I will only go to the Palm Valley location

Pulled up at 8:55 on a Thursday night and an older man with a beard locked the doors right as I was walking up. Terrible customer service. Looked right at me and didn’t even say can I help you. Just locked the door. Not a word. All I needed was a battery. Headed to OReillys down the street.

Always went to autozone since my husband passed. They WERE helpful. There now to get a new battery. The young man sent out to help test and remove bay lottery has worked 3 days and no idea what to do. Finally called my son to take out the battery & take it in & THEY DONT HAVE ONE FOR MY CAR. In the meantime no one offered to help us.

We came in with my NEW battery to be charged as it was drained. So the employee checked it and said that he would need to charge it and we asked if he would label it and he said he would do it. But I honestly think he must have forgot or something. One hour later we came back to pick it up. Until I went home I noticed that the Battery was really different from looking at it from the top. The battery terminal is corroded and has a few dents. Then we called back and told them that they gave us the wrong battery.The guy said that he knew it was accidentally switched out and we asked if I could return this battery and get mine back. Then he said he gave it to another customer already..I am really upset about this and they tried calling the other people but they never responded.. Its really not fair because I took my battery in to get it charged. Plus it had warranty and now its gone because of the mix up. Im really sad about it and I dont think we will be coming here again. We asked if there was a way if they could fix the issue by reinstating me with a new one and they had to talk with the higher ups about it. Still no return call and Im so sad.

The lady that helped me yesterday was very nice. The price wasnt bad for the oil drip pans I needed. I like my experience here and I will go back to this location because of that.

Great staff. Always helpful and at least (1)person there knowledgeable not just mechanics but their products as well. Normally Im an Orinese goer but finding myself more and more at AutoZone

Excellent customer service from beginning to end!I was in bad need of windshield wipers.Autumn helped me find the windshield wipers that fit my car. She was so kind and helped me install them too! Which I greatly appreciate, because I don’t know how to install them. On top of that when I asked her if she can taught me she did with patience & we kept social distance. Very friendly service. As I walked up to the storefront an employee had politely opened the door, had greeted me and asked if i needed any help finding anything. I had replied with just getting some washer fluid, to which he had some right in front of the store and had gotten one for me. Check out was very quick, and employees were very nice and courteous. I also like how they implement their covid policies, wearing face masks maintaining safe distances, using clear shields at checkouts, as well as asking a costumer politely to fully cover their face and not just their mouth. A well organized crew, attentive, and working very hard. Would recommend this location.

Came to buy an ignition coil because my car was vibrating a bit. Went to the gentleman inside and asked for a ignition coil for my vehicle: 2011 Toyota Corolla LE. I was given a price and a coil. I take it home take my old coil out and this coil I just bought doesnt even have the same connection type... So something happened during the transaction. I come back to the store and tell the gentleman what happened. He stated I guess I forgot to put the LE so I went from a $50 charge to it being refunded and then charging me for another $82 (which is what I remember paying for it before when Ive had to replace.) The gentleman didnt even apologize for me having to drive back and forth for a mistake that was made in store.

This place is AMAZING. I came at 12:40 during a lunch rush? Had called around pricing and then called this store ahead.My battery was nearly dead as I pulled in, the systems in my car going crazy. This young woman, Rosie. had taken my call, pulled the battery I needed from stock, watched for me to pull in, came out and INSTALLED it immediately ... I was in business clothes and in between meetings!!! SHE WAS ON IT!!!She knew EXACTLY what I needed. Quotes and all. Very thorough. Gave me IMMEDIATE assistance. Handled my cash honestly. Gave me a better price and WAAAAY better service than OReillys a block up did for a $16 bulb two weeks back.My heart is won. Im a new loyal customer. And ROSIE needs to be trained for management!! THIS girl is a mover and shaker. Im SO thankful Rosie!Wonderful way to do business. And all in under 20 minutes flat. WOW. THIS IS how TO DO BUSINESS. Made my day!!

I went to this AutoZone with my grandson. He needed an auto cover. He had called ahead and they told him they had the item in stock. I wanted to go to purchase an air pressure pump and a jump start tool for my vehicle. There were no customers and two employees. One was behind the counter and the other was stocking merchandise. I have gone to many AutoZone locations throughout Texas. This is the first AutoZone I entered without even getting a greeting or How may I help you or What can I help you find?. My grandson didnt find the auto cover he was told was in stock. He had to purchase a larger one that cost him more. He paid for it and we left. I didnt feel like shopping there the air felt so tense. :-(

So I live in Houston but when I have car troubles or need parts in contact this store. Autumn is the only one I trust to get me the parts i need. I got to her for all my auto needs. She goes above and beyond to help out customers even if they are far away. Thank you so Autumn for all your hard work.

Stopped in for Oil, I was in desperate need, I was very lucky that Norman cashed me out, at the last minute I remembered I didnt have a funnel in the car, when I asked him about a funnel he quick made me one out of a paper cone. Its the little things that will make me choose this parts store over the other one down the block in the future.

So been working on my car for a while now, since noticing AUTUMN ROSE being there. She’s been completely helpful to all needs. Very knowledgeable in the questions I ask as well giving new information. Loving here being here as an employee. As long as she’s here I’m here! Keep up the good work!!

I would definitely recommend this location to anybody! I came in having no lights working on my car but Autumn helped me every step of the way! She gave me the exact parts I needed to get home safely!! I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness she displayed. I don’t post much, but the service I got here today was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Madison was SO friendly, and above all, helpful! I came in for some windshield wipers, and not only did she help me find them, but she installed them too! I normally feel a bit judged when at places like Autozone because I’m not a car guru, but Madison answered all of my questions with enthusiasm and professionalism. I’ll be back here for all of my car needs!!

I was at an auto zone at a different location that Autumn has previously worked a few months ago. I loved the way she treated me and loved her customer service skills and the knowledge she had for vehicles and her products. When I found out she had been relocated to another store I drove an extra few miles just to have her customer service support and questions I had about specific products for my truck. I have been putting my own mods in my truck and thanks to her and her knowledge my truck looks awesome. Where she goes I will just to have her as my sales rep.!Thanks Autumn your the best!!!

I came here trying to buy a new battery for my 2010 Honda CRV after coming from an inspection location advising me to get a new battery because my inspection will fail. Autumn (auto zone employee) ran my battery and showed me that it was perfectly fine and advised me I do not need a new battery and saved me $100-$200! I went to another inspection location where Autumn recommended. I couldn’t have had an amazing customer service experience!! This will be my go to auto zone from now on. Thanks Autumn!!

I am writing you give kudos to Autumn and Madison. I first met her when I purchased 3 sets of windshield blades for three cars. A purchased a wrong set of blades. Autumn helped me find the correct blade and installed them for me. I couldn’t figured it out. She is the reason I came back when my battery died. A girl name Madison tested my battery first to see if it was the battery or another part. Madison then took the old battery out and replaced it with the new one.These two employees are an asset to your company. I am trying to return ignition coils that keep misfiring once again and Autumn Rose assistant manager is unprofessional refused my return and copped an attitude. I just want to return this ignition coils that keep making my car misfire. I have new spark plugs done by Honda dealership. Don’t go to this place if Autumn Rose works there he has a nasty attitude Autozone must be desperate for employees to have him there.

The associate really didnt want to help me with my return, because the socket didnt have the barcode it came with. Even though I had my receipt in hand. She told me to go to the palm valley location instead. I wasnt going to do that. I suggested I could grab the same socket so she can scan it, but that shouldve came from her. Only because they didnt want to take the hit as she put it. Disappointed

Guy or Girl with the Pink Hair (not sure what it prefers to be called) has a bad attitude. On a separate occasion He/She did now want to install my battery because I guess it was feeling lazy and today it over charged me for air fresheners that we’re suppose to be on sale, when I told them about the overcharged it gave me an attitude and acted like I was in the wrong. Another employee had to take care of it and corrected the problem. I will be going to the one farther up the street.

Never had a issue with this AutoZone until todayWent inside with my receipt and brake pads I bought less than a month ago. All I was trying to do was get my money back. Wasnt happy with all the brake dust I was getting when installing these pads on.So the lady Im guessing not really sure didnt look at my receipt instead look up my information and said sorry sir its been over a year and by the way you bought our cheaper pads. Well I tried to tell them that no thats a different vehicle and they werent having it. Offered me store credit. Really store credit on pads I bought on 5/16/2020. Needless to say I said nevermind and went to the Palm Valley location and talked to James and he apologized for the bad customer service and refund my money. Thats all I was asking for. Whats really sad that person that tried to help me out was actually training a new employee. Thats really sad. I wont be shopping at this store anymore.

It is now a little hard to get in and out of since they changed the light right there to accommodate UPS. I think it is really messed up that the powers that be allowed a new place to come in and make it almost impossible to get into an existing place that has been here for YEARS. All they had to do is make the road go a tiny bit farther and it would not have cut them off. I hardly go to this one anymore even though its closest to my house because it is so hard to get there.

This woman employee was very rude to my father. No other customer was present at the time of our arrival. She persisted to act Inconvenienced by assisting us. We had trouble finding a specific oil filter and just asked if she could locate it. She stated , “ I could have done that the 1st time & saved us both time.” After her comment we just said, “ ok, don’t get mad”... The female employee responded, “ I’m not mad, it’s just my face. Do you have a problem with it?” This woman seemed very aggressive and agitated just by us asking for assistance. I hope she doesn’t treat other customers this way. I wouldn’t want her to be hostile towards others. She works Monday around 12pm; that’s around the time we went to this store. I’m not sure what time her shifts are, but I don’t want to go to a store with an aggressive employee, pretending to want to help people.

The parking lot is small but I can always park near the front door. They always have what I need in stock. The store always looks clean and is well organized. The staff are friendly and always willing to help me test and replace things I cant do myself (within reason, of course). It happens to be in a convenient location for me.

My girlfriends car needed new front brakes so we came here to pick them up. The assistant manager or whoever the girl with all the tattoos was got the brakes for us, but attempted to give us a lot of unfounded advice and it was a little annoying. Other than that, everything was fine and we got we came for.

Great service! The woman that helped me was very patient and lent me the socket wrench I needed to replace some bulbs. She went above and beyond. The bulbs were a good price too, but the service is what was five star worthy.

I purchased a new battery from them just recently. They went above and beyond helping me when switching it out for me. Even going so far as to contact my dealership which ended up not being able to answer the question. But Michael was able to resolve it and got me on the road! These guys rock!

The salesman who answered my call, Tim, was very knowledgeable, did not rush me off the phone and made suggestions on deals for the tune up I was doing. When I got to the store, I was greeted and helped right a little away. Staff gathered my purchases for me and I was back out to my car in less than 10 minutes.

Visit this location several times a quarter. My primary purchase is for DEF fluid, which has been on sale my last 2 visits. Otherwise, Ill stop in for occasional knick knack items like light bulbs or occasional special sockets. Staff is always super helpful and attentive when I am spotted looking for shelf items.

This Autozone has had great customer service any time Ive been in there - and Ive lived here 20 years. Some days the lines do get long but its always because they were doing their jobs helping each customer. I really have no complaints.

Team was very helpful! I needed oil at closing and they allowed me to make the purchase as the clock was winding down for the registers to close. It was greatly appreciated.
