A great bunch of guys with low priced rentals.

Im not a pro. But I know 5 STAR customer service. Dale has gone out of his way to ask questions and help guide me towards the best choice of equipment for my projects (even with the little stuff). I highly recommend the Round Rock location on N. Mays.

I own a company and I did all my business with these people 5 - 10k per year. 1st time ever I had them deliver a piece of equipment for me, because I normally pick it up. I told them I wanted it for 2 days which my contract states. They left the machine out there for 2 weeks and then tried to blame me because I didnt call them . Hello contract says for 2 day! Maybe you should call and see if I am done with it? He then said he has always told me to call them when they pick it up. False again because I always pick the machines up and return them myself. He then said he wouldnt deliver for me again. Ummm ok I will take my business else where. His reply is ok. Never had issues until now and it is there fault. Not mine and want to pass the blame on me. Gfy is my opinion. Plenty of rental companies around to do business with.

Renters beware! Damage waiver does not cover anything outside of a punctured tire. Darell, the manager rented me a trencher, I used the machine on backfilled sandy loam. The chain shaft broke after about an hour of use. They still charged me for the full day rental and to replace the chain shaft. When I called Darell about the money taken from my bank account, he became angry and said I must have been abusing the machine. The truth is they will charge you for anything that happens while you have their equipment; the damage waiver and deposit does not cover you as a renter.

Rented a 16ft ladder here. Staff helped me load and unload it. Satisfactory to me!

Rented an auger that did not work, took it back a couple hours later and was still charged. they said it took me to long to bring it back. 30mn drive to the job, 30 mn attempting to get it to work, and another 30 mn or so to bring it back.DONT RENT FROM THESE CROCKS

A lot of the equipment is old and dated. Breaks down in the field often. Not my favorite place to rent tools or equipment.

They sell,cut, and deliver firewood,. mostly larger construction type tools. you should call ahead.
