Initial phone call was with someone in Arizona, Robert. He was very helpful with answering my questions and providing me with quotes for multiple sizes of shipping containers. He followed up with a phone call about a week later. Shane called next, from the local location (Austin area), but I ended up being helped by Tiffany. I spoke with her on Friday 1/15/21, and needed a container to put my belongings that movers were bringing on Monday 1/18/21. But it was a holiday, and the office was closed, so she arranged to have an independent hauler drop the container during the first run Tuesday 1/19/21. I called around 11am, as the container had not yet arrived. By the time I talked to Tiffany, she had a new driver loading my container and it arrived by 230pm. They amended the extra charge for an outside hauler for the inconvenience before even speaking to me. (Luckily my movers didn’t show up till Wednesday 1/20/21, so everything worked out). This is a shining example of stellar customer service. I was super stressed, but Tiffany made everything better. Thanks y’all! Can’t recommend this company enough!

I was assured that I would have the mobile mini in the morning. Shane there said that it would leave the round rock yard at least by 8am. I am less than an hour away. It is now after 12:30 pm. And I am still sitting and waiting. I have a ton of stuff getting delivered sometime before 3. And since mobile mini did not hold up to their promise, after I have paid them, if the other gets here I have no where to put everything except in the rain and mud. I choose them due to the promise of getting here first thing in the morning. All I get now is I understand . NO YOU BLANKING DO NOT!!!!! When I asked for a boss or the dispatcher. They are conveniently out of the office. I will definitely think again before using them.
