Parts guys are the worst. One bearded guy is cool, new young guys is ALRIGHT. Other two, ehhh. Dude in the middle desk...maybe act like you have a job in customer service. I think they fired him, hopefully.

So tired of being held over a barrel by Romco! If you know your problem and what part that you need, they are awesome but need them to diagnose an issue? No way!! Are their rates comparable to other companies, yes, but to be charged almost $700 for a service call and the diagnosis is wrong resulting in another $850 in parts/labor that does not resolve the issue is wrong! No compassion, no resolve, no customer service because they dont have to, they are the only Volvo company in Texas and take full advantage of it!

They should get zero stars, they come out and (fix) the same problem 2 or 3 times. Theyre guys just sit in there service trucks and take 3 days for a one day job
