Chipped a tooth and got the quick service that was needed to get my smile back up to par. The whole staff is super friendly, extremely helpful and make you feel comfortable, which is a lot to say when you go anywhere to have dental work done. Dr. Ace was quick yet precise with his work and it looks better than it did before. Always made sure there was no pain. I will be returning to them with any other work that I need done! 5 stars!

I had a wonderful experience with doctor Ace. I had a consult with him when I was looking for solutions after I finished my orthodontic work and he took all the time in the world to explain all available choices to me without regard to which one he would gain more or less profit. That showed honesty and made me trust him. The day my work was to be completed, the day before Thanksgiving, he was professional, caring , and took his time. Dr Ace put me at ease in no time. I went to Dr.Ace because I was having problems with my partial dentures not fitting and cutting my tongue. Wow! What a terrific experience I have had this past year with Jovan Prosthodontics. I feel so fortunate because I met two great dentists. My oral surgeon, Dr. Cain, referred me to Dr. Ace, to see about doing the implants. Dr. Ace was very professional, telling me what to expect and he told me that having implants would enrich my life. Since I had wanted implants for over 20 years I was thrilled to know that it could happen. There was a lot of preparation beforehand in order for the implants to be done. During this time Dr. Ace and his staff (Patsy, Tina and Betty), were unwavering in their confidence that I would love the end result. Dr. Ace is an amazing craftsman. I broke a tooth after a bad filling from a regular dentist only 5 years ago. Rather than doing a crown which would have resulted in more destruction of my natural teeth, he opted for an inlay which is a tiny porcelain piece that gets bonded to the defect. He took lots of pictures and used models to show me why the inlay was the best option for me. He has a great bedside manner and was very gentle with me. He appealed the insurance companys decision when they stiffed me. He is now doing my cleanings so we can prevent future problems with bad dentists. Great experience from start to finish!

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the fantastic job that Dr. Ace and his staff did on my teeth. After tonsil cancer and the subsequent treatment, my salivary function was compromised and after 10 years the enamel was mostly gone. I needed a full mouth restoration. I checked around and the best time frame anyone could give was 9 -12 months. Meaning it would take that long to do all of my teeth. Jovan knocked it out in less than month. Dr. Ace has truly changed not only my smile but how I feel about myself. After I straightened my teeth with braces my teeth were still very dark and filled with a lot of ugly & damaging silver fillings from my childhood. I usually smiled with my lips closed in all of our family pictures. Its hard to find any photos showing my teeth. After seeing Dr. Ace I was given a comprehensive plan to address all of my tooth and mouth issues. He did crowns on a lot of my teeth that were beginning to fall apart. Aces is the place!Im going to tell you a short story. This will show you how bad it can get, and how a kind, caring, and skilled group of pros help can turn it around.I met Dr. Ace about eight or nine months ago. I was a total wreck. Long story short, I fell into the hands of a biological dentist who talked me out of most of my teeth and botched the replacements. I grind in my sleep, and lost my four bottom molars from it. I wanted to have those four molars replaced with implants, but was told that removing the rest of my bottom teeth and my root-canaled top four molars would help clear my autoimmune disease. After nine months of surgeries, I ended up with eight left teeth in my head and a jawbone riddled with holes that wouldnt even hold on to the implants placed in them...and, you guessed it--continuing autoimmune problems aggravated by all of the surgeries.I found the most incredible oral surgeon (Jeremy Leland, Austin Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery). I went through a couple of grueling reconstructive surgeries, and then had to heal for several months without permanent teeth. Between the pain, the disfigurement, and the tens of thousands of dollars it has cost for these repairs, I have been devastated.The bright spot in this story is that after I discovered the bad shape my mouth was in, fate led me not only to Dr. Leland, but also to Dr. Ace Jovanovski. Dr. Ace has seen me through these difficult transitional months with the most natural-feeling appliance he could fashion, and today fitted me with my provisional new (lower) teeth! I actually chewed today, for the first time in what is now 18 months. My cheekbones are back. I look like me again--a healthy, reasonably nice-looking gal--at the great age of 47.Even through the tears I shed at their office, Ace and gang (Betty (sp?), Brooke, and others have been compassionate and understanding, which really helped after the trauma of a super awful prior dental experience. I always know exactly what to expect and what the outcome will be, and was offered lots of options regarding financing. Ace and my surgeon spent a lot of time collaborating on the final product, working to make life as normal as they could for me. I know that Ace is not just a pro, but an artist, at recreating what he didnt even get to see before it was gone. How does he do that?I hope no one every needs the kind of work I did, or the emotional support (they didnt charge extra for that)...but if you do, its so awesome to know that you really can be made whole again, at least in body...(Im working on the other aspects).
