Had a wonderful moving experience with Willis Permian. The movers assigned- Greg and his team did a fantastic job with our cross country team and his level of professionalism was second to none. We had no move/billing issues and our items arrived in great condition.

We had a great experience moving with Willis Permian - good price, on time, very responsive and nothing broken. They guaranteed not going over a certain price and actually reduced the cost at the end because the estimated weight was lower. Our driver, Alex, was great. He was very friendly and chose good crews for loading and unloading.

ROCKSTAR SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH!!! I had a last minute move I needed to do so I went to Google and a few companies popped up and I requested a quote through a few different websites. One company responded with a ridiculous estimate for what I was doing. 3 other companies didnt even bother to respond. I was a little discouraged and content with moving everything by myself. THATS when Mark with Willis Permian stepped in! He reached out to me at 8pm on a Monday evening and was awesome! He assured me they could help me out and would have the office reach out in the morning. First thing in the A.M. I got a call from Tucker who is a 1st class consummate professional! He got us set up for a 1pm appointment. Sam & Trevor called ahead and showed up 5 minutes early. They were clean, professional, courteous, and fast. They went the extra mile to make sure all precautions were taken. I cant remember her name but even the young lady that took my payment was great! This company has its $hit together folks!

I had emergency situation that I needed help with. With less than 12 hours notice, Trevor and his partner (Im sorry I cant remember his name), were at the location I needed them. Despite the difficulty of the pickup, and being forced to move their truck twice by an angry passerby, these two men got everything picked up and stored at their local Round Rock facility. They turned what should have been a day from hell into a relief. They didnt complain once, didnt hesitate to get their hands dirty, and again, made the best out of a not-so-cool situation.

Was the only mover that could offer a “not to exceed” price, meaning the day of the move they are not adding a bunch of hidden fees like others. My move from Texas to New Jersey came in $500 under the quote, but there was zero sacrifice on quality. The pickup and delivery staff was professional and careful to leave no marks on walls. The team and my relocation specialist Mark were extremely responsive, even after hours, keeping me confident on the status of the move. 10/10 would recommend them and would use them again.

We recently needed help moving my belongings from a UPack warehouse in Austin to our new house in Cedar Park. My initial conversation setting up the move order was positive. Mario was from San Diego and was very friendly and attentive to my needs. However, everything went down South at 9am on Friday morning when movers were supposed to arrive. Mario confirmed at 8:45am everything was going according to the plan but in reality things were quite different. I waited for 2.5 hours without any idea whether the movers were going to arrive at all. I called Mario but he wouldnt pick up my phone or reply to my messages. Once in awhile he would assure me that guys were just around the corner. When they finally arrived and started working at 11:45am, it appeared that they were sent to a different job in the morning and mine was sort of an afterthought for them. After they movers unloaded our pods and we drove home, I had to wait for them an extra 40 minutes after I arrived. I was surprised it took them so long to follow me. Apparently, they stop by for lunch and, again, communication is not their strength. Interestingly, they tried to sneak in that lunch on me and make me pay $90 for that 30 min lunch they took. I obviously fought back and they failed. On the positive, the crew was friendly and they didnt damage any of our things. One of the guys had problems with his leg and I was really sorry for him but apparently their boss is pushing them to the extreme and sneaks in as many jobs as he can (poor fellow didnt even have breakfast). So Im really sorry for the movers and hope they can find a better, more caring company to work for. After the job was done and I missed my work because of the 3hr+ delay, nobody called me from the office to apologize or even ask for feedback. This gives me an idea of the kind of shady business these guys are running. This all is very surprising for us given the 5 star reviews they have here and on FB... most likely they all just coming from his friends. So my advice for everyone -- stay away from this shady enterprise!

We moved from New Mexico to Austin area a few years ago. Willis Permian (Tucker) took such excellent care of us, that when our son and daughter-n-law moved from Louisiana to Austin, we didnt even mess with getting quotes from other companies. Willis Permian is professional and returns calls/communicates quickly and honestly.Thank you, Willis Permian, and thank you, Tucker!

I highly recommend this company! Tucker came to estimate my job within the hour. He was very professional and efficient. The moving team, Sam and Trevor were equally professional, courteous and careful. They were prompt and made a point to communicate with me to ensure they placed everything at the new address exactly where I needed it. They worked fast and I am VERY pleased! Thank you!

Very pleased with the entire moving process with this company. Professional but friendly. Took very good care of all my possessions..I havent unpacked everything yet..but no damage to any furniture, and no breakage. Steve, the lead and his associates on both ends of my central Texas to cold, snowy Colorado were great! Steve kept in touch throughout the entire move..arrived on time...and left no mess..even though the unload was in frigid, lots of snow on the ground conditions .

This is the only move i have had in my 19 years to where there was minimal to no damage to my items. Also there were no items missing. This was a very smooth move and the next time I move I would like to have Kevin do it next time.

By far the best move ever! After more than 12 moves, we have found the best. WPM was professional, careful, organized, and laughed with each other and us most of the day, even in 100 degree heat. I am more than satisfied with the move. I am downright happy for the job they did!

This review is a little late considering my move to Dallas was in late April, but here it is. My first impression of WPM was a very positive one. I called and spoke with Tucker initially to find out pricing and availability and he was very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable about their process. I had a lot of questions and he was able to politely answer all of them. After a few days of calling companies and finding quotes, I settled with WPM in the end, they offered the best pricing, most flexible with timing, and the staff was great on the phone. They were able to accommodate my moving need, which was amazing - they came to pick up all of my belongings from my storage unit on a Friday in San Antonio, stored them on the truck at their facility back in RR, then left Saturday morning to meet me in Dallas to unload. I was pleased when the movers arrived on time on Friday (I had planned to take a long lunch to meet them at the storage unit and go back to work after they loaded the truck). I was told it wouldnt be longer than 1.5 - 2 hours to pile everything in the truck but unfortunately it took them about four hours to pack everything up and make one pit-stop to drop off a grill. Doc was amazing, evidently hes been with the company for years and his professionalism really showed but Alex, who was sent to help, was a disaster. He was found sleeping in the truck while Doc was moving everything on his own, he instigated a fight with Doc and was yelling profanities at him - he was unprofessional in every sense of the word. After the men left back to the RR location, I called Tucker and explained everything that had happened and he apologies heavily promised that Alex would not be there Saturday for the unloading. He was outwardly very disappointed in the work that had been done that Friday and I can understand, because it did not reflect from the impression I received when setting everything up in the beginning. Saturday went very smoothly, Doc came back to unload in addition to Sam who was one of the gentlemen operating in the warehouse who has also been with the company for years. The two of them were incredible, they communicated the entire journey on where they were and their ETA, when they arrived, they got right to work and were able to unload and get everything up in my 3rd floor apartment in about an hour and a half. They were courteous and quick, and the experience Saturday was so stress-free compared to the day before. Tucker was also following up with me during the day to see how things were going, wanting to make sure everything ran smoothly from there on out. Overall, aside from the hiccup on Friday, my entire experience with WPM was exceptional. I have to admit that even how Tucker and the company handled the situation on Friday was amazing, their customer service is five stars. I would definitely recommend WPM movers, but make sure you dont get Alex!

We recently moved from Texas to Colorado and our experience with Bekins was great. The crew they used in Texas handled and wrapped all of furniture with great care and logged all items. The Colorado crew handled all of our items with the same care and nothing was missing and no damage was done to the new house we moved into to. Id recommend Bekins to anyone looking for a moving company and I would certainly use them again.

Very tidy and organized warehouse which is also kept secure to protect the shippers property. Id give them 10 stars if I could, because besides their care of shippers goods, their workers are nice young gents who work very hard under, sometimes, difficult circumstances. Highly recommend this business to anyone.

Easily the smoothest and best move Ive ever had. Tucker Briscoe, VP of Operations, was fantastic - courteous, kind, thorough, and attentive before, during, and after the move. Love this family-owned business and cant recommend it enough! A big thanks to Ty, Edward, and Tyrell for helping to make the move from a 3rd floor apartment to a 1st floor one actually enjoyable. I would definitely recommend WPM to anyone!

Please, pay attention to this review. I will save you a lot of heartache, and disappointment.Do NOT use Willis Permian Movers for your household move!!!I have moved numerous times for military service, and advancement in my career. This was absolutely the WORST moving experience Ive ever encountered. This was my first time using Bekins/Willis Permian as movers as I wanted to give them a chance. I had never used them for a move. I never will again. This company destroyed, damaged, or lost numerous items during my move, and then Bekins refused to pay for any of it because the goods went into a storage unit. Theyll tell you that youve got a certain amount of time to file a claim (I believe it is nine months). This is true unless your goods are moved into a storage unit. If you do not identify the damage while in the presence of the driver at the time of delivery then Bekins will not honor their claims process. I was never told this until after delivery when Bekins denied my claim. Even my estimator, Tucker, always told me I had time to file a claim. Not so!I had three high value items I specified they pay extra care in moving. One being a forty year old grandfather clock, and another being my bedroom set. They damaged BOTH of these items. My bedroom set has so much damage they may as well have thrown it from the truck while going down the highway. Gouges, scratches, dings, bent handles, and wiring completely destroyed. As I said, I also had items lost. No idea where they went. Pay close attention to your inventory sheets. Theyll note conditions of the items they are moving. They will mark items as scratched, scuffed, etc., even if the items are brand new. They did this to many items I had just purchased before I moved that were in perfect condition.I was told that members of the move team were fired based upon the terrible service they provided. That doesnt replace my damaged, or lost goods. I havent received a single cent to cover the damages they caused. Pay the extra money to use a different company. You will be better off in the long-run.
