The Manger was wonderful and very friendly. She did a fantastic job on my hair. I will be going back to her whenever needed.

Manager was super rude and condescending from second one. Have no idea why you would be in this business if you’re going to be actively mean to customers. Later found out that my mom had the same experience with her. Also she charges $25 for a haircut not the advertised 18.

My son and I went to get hair cuts today there was no other customers in the store. Not sure of the stylist name but she came out from the back and asked how could she help us. I told her I would like to get my sons hair cut and I would also like to get my hair cut. She told me she didnt cut boys hair🙄. OKAY! She asked how I would like my hair cut. I told her tapered on the sides and back and about a1.5 on the top. She informed me her clippers were broke and world be unable to cut my hair. Once again OKAY! I proceed to ask her if she could just wash and condition my hair. Once again she was unable to because had a client coming in. Not prepared to do anything!

I walked into this salon with a picture of how I wanted my hair, I was greeted by Littiar, she washed, cut and styled my hair. I like it and its manageable.

Amazing experience! I got my hair cut and styled by the manager Littiar, she was the best part! Incredibly friendly and great conversationalist. I felt confident with her the moment I walked in. I’ll definitely return and suggest her to friends. The salon itself was very clean and had a great atmosphere.

Site says they dont close until 7pm... Lady said they were already closed when we asked for a cut, it was only 5:30pm. There wasnt any sign that said due to covid the hours have changed. Been here before and really enjoyed the service/cut. Disappointed.

Kearra was wonderful. I needed a hair dresser and she is the one! She is very nice, informative, patient, and thorough. If you want to get your hair healthy and have questions about what to do or what products to use she is perfect. She does so many things.Cant wait for my next appointment!

I was fortunate to have Littiar, the store manager cut my hair. She was friendly, provided an awesome cut. I was able to explain exactly how I wanted my bangs, trim, which has always been a challenge, and Littiar exceeded my expectations. I will return again and again

I love it here, Kearra is amazing!! Great customer service, me and my daughter were very comfortable. Kearra takes very good care of our natural hair and answers all of our hair concerns. Great experience and our hair comes out beautifully! So glad we found this gem!

They are under new management, and are amazing. I went in without an appointment and the manager cut my hair she was very nice and helpful. She wanted to make sure I knew the cost of everything she did before she did it, and took my train wreck of a haircut and made it look amazing. If you haven’t been there in a whole I recommend going back.

The moment I walked in the door, the service was amazing. I made a huge lifestyle change, and Kearra walked me through each step. She made me feel very comfortable. I asked a thousand and one questions; and she patiently and intelligently answered each one. She is very knowledgeable about her craft. I am so grateful that I found her. I was nervous walking in the door, but that quickly went away with Kearra as my loctitian. I highly recommend this establishment!!!

I will NOT be taking my daughter back, let me explain why. It was a clean place, other staff was friendly. The manager was very nice when I spoke to her over the phone about getting a silk press and trim on my daughters hair (She had a big chop over 2 yrs ago, hair mid back and she is natural), she adviced me she will be doing my daughters hair. My daughter silk press came out nice but there were some red flags.When I got to the salon she did mention that she was behind, which I didnt mind knowing stylist run a little behind, so we waited patiently. She than looked at my daughters hair and mentioned she had a lot of hair. After she washed her hair, she mentioned that she had a lot of hair and her arms were tired(jokingly), I didnt think anything of it, knowing yes her hair is thick. I finally knew she was not happy about the fact she had a lot of hair is when she came over to me and said did I give a price over the phone and I said yes and mentioned it. She preceeded to say that she normally adds 30 dollars more for her hair thickness. While doing my daughters hair she mentioned she had to cut some of her hair to be able to blow dry it (my daughter is tender headed). She finished her hair and it did come out really nice, the silk press. I ended up paying her more than what she told us because I felt bad. When I got home I noticed that her trim was not right it was uneven in some places. I believe due to cutting it before blow drying it, I do believe she cut to much.This is what I am not happy with, as a Manager and a stylist. My suggestions are when scheduling appointments, ask questions about your clients hair such as is your hair thick/fine, natural/relax, long/short etc and schedule accordingly especially when they are new. You are going to have tender headed people make appointments longer (Coworker was on the same persons head from 5 to 8 pm). Wash natural hair in sections, it tangles less. Also a client should never feel bad for the type of hair they have or because you close at 7pm and didnt leave till about 8.(Our appointment was for 5pm) I hope these tips help!

Went in for 2 cuts, said they couldn’t take anyone because they had 2 clients. Asked if they do walk ins, replied I have 2 clients and I’m the only one here. Very rude and not enough staff. Will never come back here .... disappointed...

I have been here twice where there was one customer in salon and was told they didn’t have time for a trim. The same person working both times. I have been there twice when the manager was there, room full of people and she will tell me have a seat we will get to you. I don’t know when the manager is working so I won’t be back!

Took my girlfriend to get her hair cut here. Stephanie was extremely rude and obnoxious. She recommend that we go somewhere else because she was closing and didnt feel like cutting hair. I was floored! Its Saturday and they advertise that they close at 7 PM. This was absolutely the worst customer service experience Ive witnessed. I will gladly take my money elsewhere in addition to calling Regis Corp.

Checked in online, got to the store walked up and the stylist just looked at me and said do you need help?. I told her I had a 1:00 appointment and she very rudely tells me that since I booked online that she had more actual appointments in front of and that if I still wanted my hair cut I would need to wait. Ok 1 I dont need anyone with an attitude cut my hair. 2 I thought my online check in was an appointment - dont tell a customer you can get them in at that and not deliver. 3 if you have a issue that your customer is white then youre apparently in the wrong profession.I guess in a way I should thank this lady, cause I left and found a wonderful stylist (who didnt mind the color of my skin) at your competitors.

The hardest thing for me is finding hair salon that does black hair especially on Sunday morning. Please ask for Marquita, she is excellent because she does a great job even under pressure. Marquita took care of my hair, took care of other customers, gracefully alone on a very busy morning.

I love that I didn’t have a appointment and I was able to get in and get out in a timely matter. I called my sister and she came back the next day and walked out loving her hair and looking beautiful.I will be coming back with friends and my grandkids.Theses 2 ladies Rock

I take my Mom to this salon every week and Barbara is so wonderful to her (does a roll and set) and is very personable!! We don’t make an appointment and are able to get in quickly. Also great prices. We love this place and Miss Barbara is a gem!

I am so in love with both of the stylist. Littiar and Keara are awesome. I love how professional they are and nice. They make sure your completely satisfied. Its a plus that they are so versatile with hair. They are both able to do ArficanAmerican hair and whites and I love that. I am a very satisfied customer and will continue to come here as long as they are here

They book really quickly so dont expect to be able to just walk-in. Make an appointment. Had my appointment today for me and my girls (6 & 4). Stephanie did an AMAZING job!!! She was great with my girls. My daughters hair and mine look very pretty and were very happy. Were definitely going to make this our regular salon.

Ive been coming to this location for many years, but this particular stylist, Stephanie, has never been very welcoming at all! I went to the salon yesterday (7/22/17), to see when my usual stylist would be in. She looks at me almost with a frown & replies O she no longer works here! So I ask if she knows if shes still doing hair?… She looks down, shakes her head quickly, then TURNS HER BACK!!!! Wow... how RUDE can you be?!!! Luckily I had the old stylists’ personal contact & was able to speak with her.I find it very concerning that she is now the manager over the store & shes only been there a short period of time! Shes definitely Not qualified to play such of an important role for this salon/company. If I received this type of treatment as a regular customer, I can only imagine that others may have experienced this too! Needless to say, I WILL NOT consider going back as long as shes there, nor will I refer any friends/family.As a business owner myself, I truly understand the importance of great customer service! Most customers when they have a bad experience, are compelled to warn others & leave a negative review vs a positive one! I went in to get my glasses adjusted and saw there was no waiting for a chair, so I walked in immediately. My stylist was an older blonde lady and she was very accommodating. She was very talkative and knowledgeable about cutting hair. She did an excellent job, because I am very picky. I didnt have to have her go back and straighten out any spots. I really liked my whole experience there.

I have tried several different places in the round Rock area and was never satisfied with any of them. Then Stephanie started working at the round Rock Store and I havent gone any place else since. She is the greatest. Very Friendly, very good at what she does. My daughter is getting married in 4 weeks and nobody but Stephanie will be doing her hair for her special day.

I took my 5 year old son there today at 1:30 pm for a haircut and was rudely informed by the woman working that I would have to come back another day because she doesnt do kids. Why work at a family salon if you have an issue with children? I will never attempt to go back!

I just took my daughter here for a haircut and as I’m telling the stylist what we want, as she has NO customers, the other stylist tells her “oh sorry! There’s another customer who’s in front of her. Here’s his phone number. You won’t have time to cut her hair.” I leave with my 8 year old in tears. Because someone who’s not even THERE is in line ahead of us.. wow. Won’t be returning.

Went to try to get my hair cut Saturday. Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes till the only lady there (Stephanie) finally decided to ask me what I wanted. Very rude right from the start. I told her I just need a quick trim and that was all. Her response was she didnt feel like doing another cut today and wanted to close down early. It was 1:30 pm , their hours said open till 7 pm. After telling me she didnt feel like it she walked away. Very rude and disrespectful. Do not give that location any business. Rude rude rude.

Tee did such an amazing on my sons hair. She made sure he was included on how he wanted his hair and made sure he was comfortable!!!

Stephanie is a wonderful stylist and my hair always turns out beautiful when she works on it . I get my cuts by her but she also recently gave me highlights and they turned out really great . Stephanie also fit my daughter in the other day to get her a cut and color fix basically last minute . my daughter was very pleased and that’s not the easy come by , lol . I would say call and schedule because this location is busy but so worth it .
