My husband and I have been getting our hair cut at premier cuts for 5 years now and have always been happy. This time our stylist, Mimi was amazing and did such a great job. She took her time, listened and really knows what she is doing. Ive never been happier or more satisfied with a haircut.

They do a good haircut, and they’re not expensive at all, but they frequently don’t open until much later than their hours state. If you’re going to say you’re open, then how about opening at the time you say you will? I walked there this morning only to find out they were closed when I got there, and another person was also waiting outside for them to open.

Got my best ever! haircut from New Young girl several months ago. Never got her name.SINCE THEN old black woman cut my hair, WORST CUT! Next time same dam woman talks up a storm, but cuts hair poorly! Then yacking loud with Manager about dam music playing!This place has lost my business. Many other places cut hair for customers,not cut for paycheck, texting and gabbing with other employees.

Ruby is amazing. She cut, colored, and highlighted my henna damaged hair. Being able to sit in the privacy of her own booth with the door closed was especially nice!

I came in after growing my hair out including letting my color go to salt and pepper. Ruby who is a colorist gave me her professional opinion, “Leave it alone” it’s a pretty color on you.” This meant a lot to me. She also took the time to listen and look at pictures to see the style I wanted. I am thrilled to have found this salon and this stylist!

Absolutely the best haircut Ive ever received, the hair specialist looked at me when I came in and immediately knew what to do in order to make my hair look stylish, instead of a floofy mess that made me look like a bobble head. There was no wait which was a surprise and the conversation with the specialist was very pleasant, Im not very good at keeping a conversation going but she didnt mind too much and kept bringing up new subjects or followup questions which personally helps me to stay engaged and made the process go by quicker. Thank you premier cuts for the excellent customer service and I will certainly return once I move back to Texas in the upcoming months!

It had been over a year since my last haircut from some other salon and the haircut was so bad I was traumatized about getting my haircut once it finally grew back out. After deciding it was time I went in here for a haircut a few weeks ago and Ruby did an outstanding job with both my haircut and coloring to which Im still very pleased with. She listened to what I wanted which I appreciated very much. Ruby is very friendly and easy to talk to. I will definitely come back and request her in the future.

Terrible haircut. Fade was all sorts of crooked and you could tell the stylist rushed through it. Had to go somewhere else to piece together what was left of it. Would not recommend.

Called them via phone to reserve an appointment and they mentioned I should go in person. I arrived 6:20pm, and the lady at the front desk told me that they were closing at 7pm and they cannot take more appointments...there were no other customers waiting. Really disappointed, I was going there for the last Year, Kathy cut my hair many times. Do not recommend after this situation

This past Saturday night 12/16/17, I walked from the Cotton Patch to HEB. When I approached this store, I noticed a lot of hair on the sidewalk. Yep, the employees swept their clients hair out their front door and left it. I assume they expected it to be away, but as you can see it didnt. I found this very disgusting and extremely unprofessional and lazy. How hard is it to sweep it up and throw it in a trash can like every other place that cuts hair? Based on this, I am leaving this 1 star review. Im hoping the owner or manager sees this and holds that employee/s responsible. With these photos, they cant say they didnt do it!

Good place they have a few stylist there and do a good job with a hair cut nothing too fancy. Just a nice local shop for haircuts. They will do their best to accommodate to what you need.

I usually get my haircut every week or so, I like to keep it short. I recently moved and stopped in here out of convenience and am glad I did. First off the store was clean and everyone seemed friendly but I have to call special attention to my stylist. Priscilla was awesome. She was very attentive and took her time to make sure the cut was perfect. She was also very friendly and personable, great conversationalists to make the time go by and a pleasant experience. Will definitely be coming back every time I need a cut and recommend anyone looking for a great stylist to ask for Priscilla.

We were able to call ahead 30 minutes early and they put our name in the book. We had to wear a mask but my 3 year old wouldnt keep it on. It wasnt a problem though. Eva was great! She cut his hair in the airplane chair in the back. She found the dum dum suckers for him too. Very nice small talk, fast, and a good job. Go see Tucker! My son wont go anywhere else or to anyone else. Not only is he skilled, he goes above and beyond to serve his customers. That said, everyone there is more than capable. Weve never had a bad experience at Premier. Never. Theres a reason this place is usually packed with people! (You can call ahead and if theres a wait, theyll tell you exactly when to be there so you dont have to wait. Pretty great, right?) Everyone there is friendly and youll get the same high-end salon quality service (probably better) but at a reasonable price. Why pay more if you dont have to? I also love that theyre located in the HEB shopping center, you can get all your errands done at once. Btw, its a full-service salon and they do take walk-ins. Give them a chance, you wont regret it!I yelped you too! Thanks Premier, you guys are great!

Unfortunately, I have to give a one star because theres 3 hairstylist with NO customers and Im the only customer in the store. Waited 15 mins before anyone helped me while they counted their tips and chatted. Last time I was here I waited 25mins same situation. So I thought I would give them a second chance and they failed.

I had to wait 45 minutes but it was worth it. I got Gabbi. I told her what I needed and she took it from there. She’s very good and friendly. Thank you Gabbi, I love my new cut and style. I’ll pick you next time and hope the wait is shorter so I can chose 5 stars.

Not the norm. Friendly reception, walk-ins and appointments made over the phone to either lock-in your spot or stylist. Wait time was a bit long but it was also the holidays and 430pm crowed. Im sure with better planing and calling ahead would work out best. My stylist was super friendly and asked enough questions to make sure your haircut was good as well as your experience. Prices very good with plenty of discounts!!! Good job folks. Ill be back.

Alma is a superb hair stylist! I went from waist length hair to a long bob, around 9 inches or so of the back. I also threw in a $10 deep conditioning treatment. Alma was sweet, listened to my needs and concerns. I feel great and my hair looks awesome! Thank you!The girl at the front desk was also very nice. She made sure that she had the right info on the conditioning service before adding it to my list. I forgot to get her name though.

I have searched the globe for a hair stylist who can A) cut my familys hair the way we like and B) doesnt cost an arm and leg. I am happy to say I have found both at Premier Cuts in Round Rock. My family and I have been seeing Tucker for a few years now. Regardless of where we move, we will drive to see Tucker. When you find a great hairdresser...KEEP THEM!!!!

We moved here in August and I went to another place and wasnt impressed so I was dreading trying to find another place. Then I reached out and found Ruby!! Shes the sweetest and I enjoyed visiting with her. I will be coming back to see her in the future!🙂

I have been lucky to find a very good hairstylist at this location! A bonus is that it is NOT expensive to have your hair cut. A lot of stylists do not do a good job on my hair. I have paid Way more $$ for bad haircuts. There is usually a wait, but you can call about 30 min ahead of when you want an appointment and get on the list. You can also request the stylist you want, if you have a preference. Great place, great service, I will continue going here for my hair needs!

I asked for my hair to be cut shoulder length, she cut it to my neck line. I thought to myself, well maybe it will be ok. Its not. I hate it. Only good part is that it will grow back. Next time before you cut it in the back where I cant see. Start on the front and ask me. Is this the length you want? I always say measure twice cut once.

Ive been having my hair cut and styled by Tucker for about a decade. His excellent cutting skills are only bested by his listening skills and patience! Gabby is also a pure gem.My only wish is that appointments could be made. As a person with high anxiety, the waiting (yes I use the call ahead feature) between other calls ins and walk ins and stylist rotations can get difficult for me if its very busy. But Ill wait for Tucker, he is worth it!

My wifes first experience with Gina was good (5 stars) but we were told she no longer works there. So they recommended us to another stylist. Her hair was washed before being cut and it left so much in the back after finishing. Actually, it looks ok when still wet, but when dried up it showed some of unfinished parts like one tail poked out from her left side about 2 inches (I fixed it at home) some long hairs still on her neck look unlike the style she chose from the catalogue. She was so upset on that day.

Id call this place a gathering of hair care experts. Ive always had a great haircut here at the discount they give veterans. Last visit I had an expert hair coloring by Donna, the friendly colorist in residence. All in all, a great experience!

This was my first time at this salon. I needed a place close to HEB so I could go shopping afterwards. I didn’t know if they would fit me in because I didn’t make an appointment, but I was greeted by Gabbi who said she would take me right then! I loved how she cut my hair...knowing that I had a lot of hair, but it was also thin. As a mother of 3 little ones, I wanted it to look nice up in a pony tail or down, and she did an AMAZING job!!! Great price! In and out with a fresh, beautiful cut! Thank you for your service! I will be coming back for sure! ....and great location!

I have been here a handful of times for my 8 year old son and 2 year old! Alma cut my 2 year old son’s hair today and she did absolutely amazing with him! She made him feel at ease and he didn’t complain a bit! The entire staff has been extremely good with all my children. My 10 year old has hair like repunzel and Gracie took so much time to teach her how to take care of it and how to comb it properly! They have been truly amazing for my kids!

Im not sure what the ladys name was that cut my hair because she never mentioned it, but she was a bottled blonde that was in her late 40s- mid 50s, who talked a lot about her son in high school and she smelled heavily of cigarettes. I asked for a cut that went to my shoulders and she ended up cuting it up to the nape of my neck. When I heard and felt the electric shaver at the bottom of my hairline in the back, I knew she didnt even listen to what I wanted.My prior experience here two years ago was amazing, but that was cancelled out by this visit. I will not be back.

Asked to have my 12+ in. of hair trimmed back to around 3-4. Gabbi surpassed my expectations; very sharp! Also, for those interested, they were able to help me donate my ponytails to Wigs for Kids afterwards. Will definitely be going back...

Tried this place for the first time, and did not think that they deliver a premier product.Staff was not really focused on delivering a great experience, the lady cut my hair was more concerned that she still have to work the rest of the week than to listen to my requests. Also its hard to trust a stylist who thinks rainbow color are a cool appearance in a hair salon.Well at least the price was reasonable but overall just not a wow experience and defently not worth more than 3 stars.

Great prices and friendly staff. The few times Ive been here theyve always done a great job. My boyfriend goes for his hair and beard trims as well and doesnt trust anyone else. They always have coupons at heb for their already great prices. I believe the one who has done my hair the few times is Gracie. Shes very nice.

I have not had a hair cut in a very long time. My hair is damaged and dry so it does not grow fast at all. But it was to the point i needed something done and I did not want to pay my hairdresser 60 plus dollars for a cut.So I found this place and called 730 at night and explained to the girl my concerns and I asked her who I should see there as I am very picky. She told me to come see Tucker who is the store manager.So they closed at 8 and she told me to come in anyways. Long story short. I cut about 3 inches and it looks and feels better. Tucker did a great dry cut and made me feel comfortable. I will be going back to him and bringing my husband and son for their cuts as well.

Staff is super friendly, kids chair great... But HORRIBLE cut. Daughters hair came out fine... But mine, I wanna cry. Asked for a trim with face frame.. got over 3 inches chopped off and what looks like a shelf or bowl of hair covering a longer thin layer... seriously had better cuts at the beauty school with students... Im pretty simple ... this is NOT what I asked for.. not even close.

I had been going here for a long time. The last 2 times I had dismal cuts. Gabbi is easily the best one there and everyone else ranges from average to sub-par. I cant knock the entire establishment because I have gotten some good cuts and they are cheap but they definitely need to trim some fat.

They go above and beyond to provide the best experience for each and every customer. Whether there are 10 people in the salon, or 2. Alma is the greatest hairstylist I have ever used. The only thing about this salon is the receptionist is a total flake. The owner should fire her. I waited in the shop until Alma arrived and specifically asked for her to do my hair. I had waited 40 minutes for her to arrive so I could go first. Then the receptionist called someone else ahead of me. She apologized but that doesnt fix a mistake. I had another appointment so I had to leave. I love Alma but its not worth the hurdles. FIRE the RECEPTIONIST. Shes too busy talking about movie stars. Not paying attention.

$10 mens cuts on Wednesday (Mensday)... Cant beat it. Call ahead, though, as the line can get pretty long. Stylists are chatty if you are, quiet if thats your thing. Interior is clean and welcoming. I dont go anywhere else any more. Also coupons on HEB receipts (next door) for every other day of the week.

Just went here last week to get my hair cut. Gabbi was my stylist and was AMAZING!!!! She did everything I was looking for and more. She definitely exceeded my expectations.She styled it just how I envisioned and I love it. For my next haircut, Ill be going back here and requesting Gabbi.
