I really like this location because they watch out for those that get there first and take care of them first. The people in photo got there after me but insisted that because they got to the door first they should be helped first!

I came in today to get 4 new tires on my rogue! Tomas was amazing and helped me out with my car and made me feel so welcomed. He was extremely personable and made my experience for the first time out of all the times at discount tire awesome and relaxed! I will definitely be coming back because of his customer service!

Wish I had a different experience than the rest of the good reviews on here.My review is for this location only not Discount Tire as a whole. I encounter a very dishonest tech this morning. He told me they can’t fix my flat tire because my tire is in the yellow zone which is 4/32 and 3/32. I left and came to the Pflugerville location for another try and I found out that they can actually fix it even in the Yellow Zone. They cannot fix it only if the tire is in the Red Zone which is 1/32 and 2/32. Discount Tire even advertises it in their stores on the KNOW YOUR NUMBERS board in stores.Very disappointed!!!!

So it was a long wait but we didnt have an appointment and they still helped us out. The guys working there where very nice and helpful they got us what we needed. David helped us the most and did really good. I would say we will be going back there for sure! They know what they are doing and try to get you in and out as fast as they can.

The customer representative that we worked with was really informative and friendly. He gave multiple options for us to choose from and gave us educated advice on which ones we should get for our vehicle that we use for all of our family travels.The promise for it to be done was in an hour and was actually done in 40 minutes.We dont go anywhere else for our tires because of the tire guarantee and great service we receive.

I’ve brought all my cars to discount tire for over 10 years and they’ll keep getting my business.Brought my new family vehicle in today, my wife uses it to drive my toddler, twin newborns and to go to work as an ER nurse.Jacob helped me by checking my tire, wasn’t able to find anything , a technicians a closer look and would repair it if possible. Jacob also offered me their protection plan which is well worth the money and less than the price of tire to protect all four tires.Cory was the technician that helped me out. He said there was small nail that was hard to find, he repaired it, and provided great customer service.These guys are incredible and I appreciate them both going above and beyond. This place is great. The staff communicates with you and reassures you of whats best for your car without trying to oversell. Buying tires is no small feat, but the team here made my buying experience less stressful than I had anticipated. The ordering and scheduling process went over seamlessly and I was in and out in less than an hour. They match prices so I was able to get a great price on an amazing set of tires. Will definitely be using them for all of my tire purchases going forward.

This store was extremely accommodating. I was passing through on a 800+ mile trip when a tire went bad. I pulled over late at night and parked my car here. Early the next AM they had me fixed up with new tires and on my way in 30 min. My rep Terry was outstanding.

Two weeks ago I came to them for the first time with a tire going flat. I was surprised that they repaired it for free. I thought this was a place to stay with.Until this week when the tire they repaired was totally flat.On my return I was told that I needed a complete set of 4. I bought two at $300. But my opinion has lowered dramatically. Their push to sell 4 was strong, no comment or discount for the failed repair. The reason, they told me, was that, They are old. Nothing about wear or condition.

I had a wonderful experience today at discount tire, i had made an appointment prior to coming in this afternoon. They greeted me as soon as i walked in the door. It was packed !! They STILL got me in and out in 30 minutes and i got 4 new tires. I was really impressed with how quickly their service is. Tell me you’re at discount tire without telling me you’re at discount tire.I’ve been using DT for years and for many cars! They never disappoint. I think the biggest take away from DT is the free air checks. The free information during the air checks. Working with them is quite beneficial as well, while the tire prices could be a bit higher than most places, I think the benefits of it are worth it. like free replacements if they can’t fix their tire or fixing your tire from a nail for free even if it’s not their tire. Im interested in trying other places but for now I am pretty happy with DT. In addition, They are very kind to me. In fact, While writing this interview I was told I’d be here for 45 min and they got me out in like 25 min! 👌 anyway back to my day and back to my peace of mind on the road

I had a bad experience at another Discount Tire store. Long story short, they were going to make me wait an additional 1.5-2 hours after already waiting 2 hours. After leaving that one and driving to this location, David (the assistant manager) took exceptional care of me. I got there 10 mins before they were about to close, and he went out of his way to get me taken care of immediately. Super polite, kind, and sympathetic even though he didnt have to be. I will be calling the store tomorrow to speak to his manager and tell him how exceptional his service was - im super grateful. I hope the store appreciates his hard work! Should totally give him a raise ....

This place is all about the bottom line. I came in with a hiccup dealing with a Fleet Co. and Brian did an amazing job not letting it slow him down from servicing my vehicle. The lobby is packed and I know why. Everyone is so calm even though most place would act like its not under control. You would have never known than its 9:30am and theyve most likely serviced about 100 cars at least.

Loved my visit at discount tire. You feel welcome and they take care of you as soon as possible with no hassle. Will definitely be taking my car back.

What good are appointments, if you still have a wait in line like everyone else. Moreover they have forgotten to reset my TPMS every time Ive gone to have my tires serviced.

Picked up a literal bolt in my wifes tire the other night. Took the tire to them, yes we have road hazard for this reason. These guys had me in and out in 15 ish minutes. No hassle, no trying to up sell me, no trying to sell me something I didnt ask for. Absolutely what service should be and why I buy from them!

I arrived at discount tire at 10:45AM and just said I need to have my front driver side tire checked for a slow leak on my Explorer. The gentleman said it would be about an hour because they look busy and I understood that so I sat down to wait.. Two hours later I get up and I asked the gentleman where my car is and he said let me check and he comes back with my paperwork saying it’s been done for over 30 minutes. I’ve never been so disappointed in Discount Tire! You would think after spending $1000 on a new set a tires and paying xtra for road hazard protection they would give you a little bit better service than that! After all the years I’ve gone there and this the lame customer service I get.! So disappointed!!

I originally gotten tires from Georgetown location on a Friday due to that city is where I work but I live in Round Rock,Tx . After getting tires the tires light went off and then came on again Monday. I went to Round Rock location and yes, they just about closed but I asked the guy for one minute of his time to check and air it up to see it light go out or not then I’ll know it something else wrong. Well he wouldn’t help me and told me come back tomorrow . I was wow and upset. Later that night I had a blow out and had my car tow to Toyota and now getting 4 tires replace and damage that should’ve been prevented if I was help. Thanks for the worse customers service and I no longer be getting services or tires ever again from discount. All because I asked for ONE MINUTE OF THEIR TIME. Now I’m paying the price more damage and new set of tires again. (Bravo clapping ) smh

Single mom with no experience in car related things. Check pressure light came on and it always makes me SUPER nervous when this happens. I saw the reviews of this place online and decided to swing by. I wasn’t sure if they charged to check pressure or put air in; but I was willing to pay as long as it was reasonable. Also, I get nervous they might tell me I need a new tire just to make money. I shouldn’t have been nervous. The guys here have a free air pressure check and air top up! They were honest and gave me some tips (such as winter can change the pressure in your tires as well as summer time). They let me know I can stop by every few weeks for pressure checks and made me feel like it was no hassle. I will be by here again when I need my tires checked or replaced. Thanks so much guys!!! I can’t emphasize how much of a relief it was to have the help without feeling like a hassle or like I was being gouged for money. I would recommend.

Normally go here for a free air check. This time I also had a slow leak on a rear tire. They took care of it within the hour. And since I had purchased tire warranty it was totally free to fix. I trust these guys with my Tesla. Not Everybody knows how to properly jack up this car. So be very careful where you take it.

I got a flat going 70 on the highway and my tire was completely blown out. I went in at 5:30 as a walk-in reluctant they would be able to work on my car because they close at 6, but they replaced my tire within 15-20 minutes. Super fast and super personable. Impeccable customer service. Matthew, Bradin, and David were all super nice and genuinely wanted to help out. I am generally pretty curious, so I asked a bunch of questions and they answered them with a smile on their face (well, with the mask on it was hard to tell, but i think they were smiling :-)). They replaced two tires on my wifes car two weeks ago. They left the tire pressure at 75 psi on one of the tires nearly double what it should be. I took the car in after my wife was complaining about how the car drove. On the way to the store I checked my tire pressure sensors in the car and one of the replaced tires read 75psi. I figured it was a damaged sensor but actually they left the tire at 75psi. after mounting it.Driving on a tire with nearly double the recommended pressure is dangerous and they should have never let the car leave like that. Apparently tire pressure monitoring systems only warn you of low pressure not insanely high pressure.When I brought the car back they corrected the pressure and apologized, but this should never happen, its not safe. on top of not knowing how much damage driving on the extra pressure could have caused to the tire.

Had to make an emergency appointment after work due to the tread wear down on my front tires. Nick and his coworkers were very quick to get me in and out within 25 minutes. Very professional and friendly. It was so nice to have such amazing service on short notice!

Robert is a rockstar!! I found myself on the highway stranded with a huge nail in my very expensive, special order tire. I put the donut on and found my way here. They were able to get me in straight away and ordered my tire for Next day delivery from San Antonio. When I showed up the next day, he walked up to my car and remembered me ready to install my tire despite tons of people walking in and out everyday. That place is always so busy and now I know why. He even made sure that all the rest of my tires had the right pressure in them the day before when I was driving on the donut and was very good about getting me the best available price for it. Back on the road and grateful!10/10 recommend

This was my first time getting new tires with DT. I made an appointment for a consultation to discuss some options. As soon as I pulled in, Marco helped me out and answered all of my questions. I called back a couple of days later to purchase my tires over the phone. It was quick and easy. When I arrived to my appointment to get my tires changed, Terry checked me in. Everyone I talked to during this whole process (in-person and on the phone) provided excellent customer service and were very personable.

We were traveling through and got a flat tire on our trailer. It was a Friday and late in the afternoon. They were super fast and helpful. Kimberly really went above and beyond to help us. We ended up having to get 2 new tires. They were able to change out tires and we were out of there in less than an hour!

Got unsold on some tires which was entirely my fault. The main issue for the lower star was that they said I should replace my spare, so I bought another one. Only they didnt put it on the car, they just threw it in the back seat. How could a tire shop not have a tire tool to take off a spare?

I had all four of my tires replaced here. They parked my car so far away when they were done. I was confused why it was in the Best Buy parking lot when there were plenty of open spaces behind the building. Upon further investigation and after overhearing two employees laughing while I walked towards the Best Buy parking lot to find my car- I realized it was due to a political bumper sticker I had on my car. Be careful here. If your views don’t resemble theirs, they will treat you differently.

Took a tire in with a nail in it. Got the car back, was told it was fixed, all tires were checked and aired up. 3 minutes down the road my tire light came on. Initially assumed it was just the sensor because I had confidence the job was done right. Got home. Nope. Same tire I brought it in for was still low. Puncture was near the sidewall and now Im wondering if was really reparable, or they were just trying to save a buck by not replacing the tire.

Was driving Dallas to San Antonio when my tire started leaking. This was the closest Discount Tire at the time. I worked with Louis. Despite looking decently busy, the team there got me in, fixed, and back on the road in under 90 minutes from when I pulled into the parking lot. I like that theres usually a Discount Tire anywhere I travel and that the level of service has been consistently high no matter which location I visit.

Took my wife’s car in this morning due to a slow leak. There before opening and sixth in line. Their internet was down and they couldn’t repair the tire but I was out of there by 8:25 with a new tire paid for online. A well oiled machine!

I went here to get a flat fixed. There was no charge and still everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They came out to my car and got the tire and brought it back to my car when they finished it. In the store the employees wore masks for those who are concerned. I will definitely consider then when I need tires.

I found myself in a very unexpected and unfortunate position first thing in the morning in the middle of the week. I was several hours away from home without the ability to tow my car very far. It was recommended that I take my car to the local discount tire as other tire replacement companies would not even answer the phone. I walked into this business hoping that someone would finally be able to help me with what I thought was a simple flat tire so that I could go about my professional day however there was so much more to it than that.The serviceman at Discount Tire inspected each of my tires and explained to me that I would need to replace way more than one tire as the others had be compromised. At an affordable rate I was able to replace all of my tires and also get an updated spare tire with extra air. No one wants to have to fork over funds for unexpected car trouble but Discount Tire provided such quality customer service that if I were to ever have this problem first thing in the morning in an unfamiliar town...I’d try to find them and patronize their business again. I am extremely grateful, thank you!

Needed 2 Lug Nuts that I lost when they got stuck to the wheel stud and had to be broken off. Fixed the studs recently. They hooked me up with 2 new nuts for free.

Ordered two tires and made an appointment. Firstly, the website said that they had both tires ready to go. Secondly, the guy says it’ll take about an hour so I get an Uber back to my house. Then, 20 minutes later I get a call saying it was ready to pick up. Then the guy tells me they only had one of the tires I ordered, so despite me placing this order days in advance they only had ONE tire and failed to notify me in that timespan. Then, icing on the cake, they snapped one of my hub caps which I know are cheap but come on. Just ridiculous and unprofessional. I made an appointment for convenience, but that was thrown out of the window. What a waste of time.
