I hired Crows Plumbing to replace several sections of PVC pipe along with two Jandy valves for my pool plumbing. Overall, I am satisfied with the work; however I could not give 5 stars because my wishes were disregarded. Id asked for significant sections of pipe be plumbed above and below the valves in a manner that would facilitate enough room for an added coupler in the event of future PVC pipe repairs. Gus, the young man they sent out did an amazing job with gluing the pieces together (no leaks!) But he did not respect my expressed wishes to have the third valve (from the right) line up with the others. The far left valve was always higher than the others, but Id asked him to re-center it between the elbow and the T so as to have a have a decent length of pipe above and below the Jandy valve. Should future sections of pipe need to be replaced in that area, I will be forced to buy a new valve as well because he left me no room above the valve to add a coupler. Although I clearly communicated this to him, he went ahead and installed them in a manner that was quickest/easiest to accomplish. My plumbing is functional but aesthetically displeasing to me. Further, I am not confident that he actually vacuumed out the pipes to clear any debris before closing up the system. Two of my return jets are now completely clogged! Im thankful he got my system up and running again, but I did not receive the full value Id expected considering the large price I paid for this service.

I engaged with Crow Plumbing several weeks ago. They came out within a few days to provide an offer for a new tankless water heater in the attic. On Monday morning. I called them to give them order, they already confirmed for the next day! Tuesday morning I got a text messages that two technicians are on the way.Gus and Josh showed up well prepared and got the old water heater disassembled and the new tank less unit installed. They seriously worked hard in the attic during the hottest time of the day. They got everything to work and cleaned up everything as well. Two very helpful and polite fellows.If you need help with plumbing, go to Crows. I can highly recommend them!

Crows Plumbing provided excellent service from start to finish. My calls were always answered by a real-live person who was courteous and followed up on my requests. Gus replaced the cartridge in a shower faucet and now the hot water flows freely. He also replaced all the plastic valves in the water supply lines in my house with 1/4 turn brass fittings. Pricing was very competitive. Gus and his assistant worked efficiently, quietly, and cleanly. They thoroughly checked for leaks and verified that everything was in working order. Awesome experience. Crows Plumbing has definitely earned my repeat business.

I was having some issues with my water softener and the company that original installed the unit was not helpful in getting the issues resolved, so I decided to look elsewhere for the repairs. After calling a few places around town I discovered that the softener that I have is not a unit most places work on. After being told this by a few companies I started searching for other highly rated companies in my area.That is when I came across Crow’s Plumbing and their great reviews. I put in a service request with them and within hours I was contacted and got an appointment set up for the very next day. With that day being a Friday I was already impressed and felt that Crow’s really wanted to get my issues resolved. Come Friday Brock and Tory showed up to the house to take a look at the unit for me. They took a look at the unit and advised that they were going to do some research into the unit as they were not very familiar with it. After speaking about it they came to me with several different options from repairing it to altogether replacing the unit.After going over these options with them, I decided to give repairs a shot but was leaning in the direction of and willing to spend the several thousands of dollars to replace the unit. I also made that clear to Tory and Brock by asking about the replacement options and out right telling them I would be willing to replace it. At that point I feel a lesser company would have abandoned their efforts to repair the unit knowing the customer was willing to spend the money for the replacement. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE WITH CROWS!!! Tory and Brock did their research over the weekend and returned on Monday.Monday they quickly advised that they believed I was missing a needed part for the brine line and set out to find said part. It was discovered that the part needed was specific to the softener and could only be purchased through the unhelpful original installer. Tory reached out to the company and within a couple of days was able to get the part needed for the repair. Today Tory and Jonathan returned to my house, as Brock was out sick, and got the unit repaired very quickly. They cycled the unit several times and ensured that it was working correctly before leaving. Tory even provided me with his personal cell number if I need help with the unit after hours.I can not said enough good things about Crow’s. I felt they truly cared about getting my unit up and running. They customer service is unmatched and they went out of their way to repair an unfamiliar unit when they could have easily just called it quits and sold me a new unit.Thank you very much Tory, Brock and Jonathan, you were all great to work with. I will be recommending Crow’s Plumbing to everyone I know and will be using them exclusively for my future plumbing needs.

I have never heard of or used this company before. I was in a hurry to locate someone as my rental property had a busted water heater. From the moment I called, to the final completion, everything went smooth. They were quick to set me up with someone the same day to come look at it and assess the issue. Brock came out promptly and explained what was going on along with next steps. I made the decision to get a new one. He was/is very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to be sure we all understood the process. He was also willing to come out if needed after hours to get us all set up. Although it turned out that we didnt need that, it was very nice of him to be there for us. He came back out today and sent me pictures along the way. He called when it was completed and made sure the tenant knew how to work the new system. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. On a side note, I really like the fact that you get a text sent to you with a picture of the technician that is coming to do the work! That is a great feature everyone should have.

Quick and professional communication. Tech arrived promptly at scheduled time and updates were sent through the day via text keeping me aware of potential changes. Tech was thorough in checking water pressure and water heater before beginning and explained options clearly. Service was completed quickly and professionally. Only complaint is that the price was a bit high for as simple as the repair was. (remove and replace a bad outdoor spigot.)

Wow, we got outstanding service from Gus Drabik and the team @Crows Plumbing. We had a serious problem with high water pressure which damaged our water softener and consequently we had little water pressure throughout our house. Gus came out and diagnosed the problem and we discussed replacing the water softener. He returned the next day and installed a water pressure relief valve and a brand new water softener. I was very busy on web meetings and was unable to review the repairs when he finished late in the day. He came out the next day and reviewed the repairs, installation and care of the new water softener in great detail. Dont hesitate to use Crows. They are some of the most professional and transparent plumbers Ive ever worked with. Unfortunately, Ive had to call them 3 different times this year for various fixes / leaks, and theyve taken care of me every time. Luke especially has made us feel extremely comfortable with some extremely complex repairs we needed. The best part is Luke thoroughly explained what was happening while we diagnosed the situation, and laid out the prices of each step of the repair before we attempted them to make sure we were comfortable with that. Luke has always done a great job with us and Crows is our go to plumbing team.

Just had the plumber, Jonathan, from Crows Plumbing Service leave the house. My wife and I were nervous about the bill, but Jonathan came in, looked at the kitchen facet, took a piece off and said; Done! He then proceeded to tell me what to do if any of the other sinks have the same issue. So what we thought was going to be a hassle was easy to deal with! We certainly will be using these people from here on out!Just to be thorough, if your home isnt flooding, you wont be their first person of the day, and thats fine. They do, however, give you constant updates. I got in touch with someone over the phone on Monday, they said they would be here on Wednesday. All through the day I was given updates and an opportunity to have the fee waived if I would reschedule another day, which I did. Now today, they showed up here around 9:30 am, and gone by 9:35 am (it really was something simple, thankfully). So they do respect your time, too.So, again, thank you, Jonathan and Crows Plumbing Service!

Tim showed up as planned. He explained the possible cause and fixes carefully while diagnosing the issue. After the cause was identified, Tim presented us with a couple of options to fix it. When doing the fix, Tim did a very thorough job, and tested to make sure the issue was fixed, followed up by a careful cleanup after the job is done. Now, my kitchen sink works as expected. Crow texts the customer with a photo of their service personnel so you are aware of who is coming to perform the work. Tim is a great customer representative for Crow and replaced the disposal in a timely manner. I was not aware of Crow before and due to this positive service, I will use again in the near future.

Tim came out an did an amazing job! He presented solutions to me, and wasnt pushy at all. After selecting a solution, he did the work, and even cleaned everything with bleach. He did all of this with a smile on his face! I highly recommend asking for Tim if you need work done!!

I had a leak spring on an outside faucet and needed help. Crow couldn’t make it out for the full repair that day, but sent Jackie out to help me turn off the shutoff valve (I didn’t have a valve key). First off Karen did a great job at the initial point of contact and was able to get a colleague out to my residence one day early. And then Josh quickly identified the issue and broke down it down in terms I could understand. He quickly fixed the issue and followed up with additional service. I have no complaints, except maybe the cost, but who doesn’t complain about that. They responded quickly and replaced the water heater in a few hours. Zack is a serviceman worth keeping. Courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and did a great job. Even explained a few things about the water heater I never would have known on my own.

We were unable to use our sink or washer, and we called many places. We called Crows and the receptionist added us on the schedule for services THE SAME DAY. Tim was amazing he came in he knew exactly what was going on , he gave us all of our options so we started with the less expensive option to see if that would help. It looked like it did BUT we had to call back! Tim showed up back at our place in less than 10 mins. He got the problem fixed and went over and beyond. If u could give him 10 stars I would!!!

I needed a kitchen drain unclogged. They originally scheduled for next day but made a note of my urgency and were able to schedule Tim to come within a couple of hours of my initial call. Had an emergency in the house because of multiple blockages! Businesses I contacted had a long waiting list...l finally located Crow’s and Karen was most helpful telling me that she maybe able to squeeze me in that day or latest the next day! Crows plumbers got my natural gas grill hooked up to the gas line. Josh was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. A proper gas line fitting was needed and promptly went to get one from the business office and returned quickly to finish the job. Highly recommend Crows for gas plumbing needs.

We had a water supply line to an outside spigot break during a hard freeze. The break was inside a wall very close to the foundation in a difficult place to reach. We called Local Plumbing Service the next morning, and they said they could arrive at our house between 12-12:30. Jack and Paul arrived at 12, immediately diagnosed the issue and proposed their plan, including an estimated cost. We agreed, and they went to work. The job required removal of some siding and minor modification of some framework to access the affected area. Their work was fast, effective, and of high quality. They were friendly, courteous, professional, and thorough in all regards. The job was completed within two hours, including a good job of temporarily replacing the siding that was removed (permanent replacement is a job for another team). The cost was within their estimate and very fair. We are very pleased with the results, and we highly recommend their plumbing services. I called several plumbers and they were either rude and did not want to be bothered or said it would be weeks to help us and we had no water due to a leak! when I called Crow they were so nice and let me know they would try and help. Josh came out fixed the problem and were so nice and professional!!! I highly recommend to call them for plumber needs!!!!

Our experience with Crows Plumbing was just amazing! We had a major pipe leak caused by the recent freeze inside our home. Luke Englund came to our rescue. Luke was pleasant, professional and precise. Luke found a very hard to find pipe that busted, traced it back to a point that it could be repaired and repaired it. Crows Plumbing will be our first and only call for our plumbing needs. I would also like to mention that Karen was a delight to deal with. She scheduled our appointment and called to make sure we where happy after the work was performed. Class act from start to finish.

Josh the plumber was professional and offered alternatives (repair or replace) for me to choose from. He listened to my description of the problem and my concerns. He got past a few difficult hurdles to get the repairs done properly. Its the next day now and no faucet leaks this morning. The only issue was the interaction between Crows plumbing and Angis List - Crows contacted me because I first contacted Angis List, but there were issues with the Angi discount because Angis emails to me didnt explicitly say the discounts were for Crows plumbing and I didnt book the repair through Angi. And that was because Angis booking emails did not actually state WHO Id be booking the repair with. So thats really an issue between Crows and Angis management. The repairs were pricey, and any discount would have been good to have.

Josh did an excellent job of removing our old failing kitchen faucet and installing a new one that we had purchased earlier. The space below our sink was limited and he found ways of getting the job done well. We will definitely recommend Crows Plumbing Service and Josh to our friends when they need a plumber.

Great guys, they were very personable and professional. Respectful of our home and what we had going on at the time with another vendor setting up a Audio Video system. Crows Plumbing I highly recommend from the call to the service completion everyone was very responsive and communicated well through the process. When I arrived at the rental property Jonathan had already assessed the problem and went for parts. He returned quickly and showed me what the issue was and how he was going to resolve it. A new problem arose after the 1st problem was resolved but he showed me how he could save me money and repair both for less. We went without water for 4 days as we had to shut it off after noticing water pooling in the front yard. The moment I called Crows, the office was polite and accommodating in trying to get us scheduled asap the next day, but were upfront of the possibility in not being able to make it, due to other projects. I was fully expecting we would be without water for the weekend, and assumed someone was going to come out to only assess the situation.Luke arrived early in the morning on the day scheduled and was very open about what he would be doing, what I would be billed for, and possible scenarios depending on what he found after digging. Overall the price was far less than what the company who came before quoted me for. Luke repaired our main water line on his own within a few hours. I also inquired about future plumbing projects, and Luke was very helpful in letting me know what would be involved and potential costs.Luke was very competent during this project, and I highly recommend Crows Plumbing Service.

Luke came out and replaced old style gas line shut off valve fitting with new up to code and compatible fitting for new gas dryer install. Everything seems to work great. Thank you.

You get what you pay for... I reached out to Crowes for a dual water heater replacement, and the whole process - email request to onsite estimate to job completion - was done in a week. Lukes team were pros, showed up when they said they would, were done when they said they would be, didnt leave any mess, and my wife is a happy camper. I couldve spent a little less on Home Depot, but I used them on another project and the hours of back and forth you can spend trying to resolve unnecessary issues is just not worth it.

This company is professional, honest, and on time. Each of the eight personnel I had contact with, either in person or on the phone, was cordial and clearly stated what was needed for the work to be accomplished. Items discussed: Time frames, issues that may be encountered on site, price ranges, personnel requirements, and since this visit was due to weather; how that weather would effect each aspect.The people at Crows Plumbing call and text prior to arrival. Invoices and any other documentation can be (and was) sent via email.Upon arrival, the Plumbers look, act and speak with professionalism. They clean up messes as they work and ensure the area they are working in is cleaned up prior to exiting the site.If a return visit is necessary to complete the job, the particulars of what is still unfinished and when this will be accomplished are discussed and agreed upon prior to the Plumbers leaving.Billing can be done a couple ways, electronically was the route I utilized. Easy as a signature on mobile device. Done.Thanks to all involved in this repair/replacement.

Was able to come a day ahead of scheduling. The plumber, Paul, was professional, explaining all the changes needed, provided multiple choices for replacement, and ‘got ‘er done’ efficiently, all within a short few hours. Good job, Paul and his assistant!

Paul was awesome! Very nice, professional and good at his job. We’ve had continuous plumbing problems that other people have not been able to fix properly. He got to the root of the problem and took care of everything on the same day! Luke was really very very knowledgeable. Waiting for 2 weeks in this situation was worth it and very happy with Lukes knowledge and his work ethic. He was clear with all explanations and options. We need to order parts to get our water heater fixed and we will be asking him to come and fix it. I had a friend with a major water leak outside. I recommended Mustang Plumbing. She called they gave her the run around never followed up. They gave her the impression that they didnt want to do the job!! She used Crows Plumbing the leak was fixed less then 24 hours and it only cost $850. She thought it would run upwards to $3000. And lastly there customer service was AWESOME!!!!!!

Had great service with Luke to help find and repair a leak that was causing water to pool in our yard. He got the pipe switched out in a jiffy and was happy to explain all the questions I had.
